I usually cut my own hair, but I was in a hurry and Great Clips was the place my sister recommended. The service was good and the stylists were friendly. They seemed a bit understaffed so I dont think they were as fast as they usually are. But overall I dont have any complaints. I would return in the future.

Longest wait for a haircut I think I have had in a very very long time. Signed in online and it said 15min. I was across the street at the gym so I showered and headed over there. Was 2nd in line when I arrived. 50 MIN LATER!!!! Holy hair flip... I was very bugged. For a $16 haircut.. to shave 1 on my sides and trim the top... it was not my cup of tea. Definitely won’t go back.

I showed up on my lunch and the place was empty. Right after I checked in someone showed up and they told me I’d have to wait because he checked in online. There was more than 1 lady working at this time and she could’ve not pushed me aside like a nobody. This is a stupid policy as the store was empty when I arrived and now you permanently lose my business.

They know what I like and if my wife says, Nice haircut, then its a good thing. Sometimes busy but I dont mind. Bring a book or take a quick trip to Petersens nearby.

Good, affordable haircut, friendly staff. Love how they keep notes on how my last haircut was done and the online check-in through the Great Clips app is the best!!! I wish the app would show who is currently working so I could go when my favorite stylists are working. My boys love the suckers they get whenever they come here.

They cut hair here. Enter as a shaggy ragamuffin and exit as a fine upstanding citizen with a fresh funky razzle dazzle on your mop of mammalian growth.

This one often looks understaffed, but that doesnt keep them from doing a good job. This picture is my haircut next to a log cabin so dont expect the wood to be there when you get a cut.

The service here was great! The wait was short, the lady cutting my hair did a stupendous job and was quick about it. Anytime she wasnt sure about how I liked things, she asked for my input first. She also made sure that she understood my preferences clearly before starting. Well earned 5 stars!

Hairdresser doesn’t listen and cut my hair wayyyyyy to short and was mouthing off to my friends. wouldn’t stop when i requested and kept screwing up my haircut. will NEVER go again

I really enjoyed the person doing my haircut!! But it was super cold inside and I couldnt tell much of a difference from being inside and outside. Especially with it being december it was chilly and I almost needed my coat while being in there. Other than that it was great!!

They are pretty good for a hair cutting place...they have always been good with my mom...who is the one that goes. I would say download their app (at the app store its just Great Clips) and then you can check in and find out how much of a weight you have!

Absolutely great haircuts. Everyone very polite. They all ask how you want your hair styled and how close you want it trimmed, Etc. I recommend Great Clips to anyone. I get my haircuts in the Riverton Utah Great Clips, on 12 600, in the shopping center, on the right, as you drive West on 126 00 South.

I was visiting family in Utah and decided to get a haircut last minute... Long story short I got the worst haircut in the 27 years of my life here. The lady who cut my hair (name might have been Harriet? Had lots of tattoos and was middle aged) cut my hair about one inch shorter on one side than the other, totally uneven, shelf layers, choppy, more than I asked her to cut off, literally everything you can do wrong she did. She never checked to see if it was even or showed me how it looked at the end. Seriously horrible... I dont think she should be cutting hair anymore. Im not in town so I cant get a refund, and I had someone else fix it for me because it was so bad.. So Im not doing this for a free follow up haircut. It was just a total hack job.

I personally like the service, they are polite and nice, they talk when I am getting my hair cut. Only down is that when they cut my hair they dont always do the best job, I got my bangs cut and my mom ended up cutting them when we got home because they werent the best. All in all though, I love great clips.

This place would not except theyre own coupon that I had to pull up online because the one that came in the mail this week accidentally got thrown away. They would not honor or let me print the three item coupon that they confirmed did get sent out last week!!! Its always a long wait and uneven in my sons shaved sides.Will be driving to further away location. Have given this place chance after chance!!!!

Always a busy location. Check in online and youll hardly ever have to wait more than a minute or so. Stylist and barbers are professional and do a good job.

I know my hair cut is simple but they did a great job as the ladys here so every timeThe last time I went we were worried cuz I also needed my 18 month old hair cut too and he has only had me do it and he hated it. They notified me they could do it and did a excellent job with my son. Father and son left happy and with much less weight on our heads. Will return often!!!

One of the worst haircuts I can remember having. The blending is horrible. At the end when she was apparently finished I asked to see the back. She said, “oh yeah wait hold on” and did a little more cutting. I have more complaints but I’ll leave it at that. Just a horrible cut. Will be going somewhere else to fix it and won’t be back to great clips again.

They were q quick to get me in, the cut I get always looks uneven when I leave. It takes a few days to look semi-normal. Maybe it is my hair? I went to a barbershop for a while, before the girl I liked to cut my hair left, and I didnt have the problem with it being uneven. I guess I just need to find the right person to cut it. I dont know great clips is the place as everytime I go here there are new stylists. I dont know I have ever seen the same stylist twice!

This was literally the WORST haircut Ive ever had and all I needed done was a straight trim. No layers, nothing even remotely complicated. It was TWO INCHES shorter on one side than the other, and it was all supposed to be just above my shoulders, so it was obvious. The girl started on one side and just cut around to the other without even checking if it was even. No starting in back, no pulling the ends to the chin to even it out. Nothing. Not sure how she graduated.

I gave Great Clips two stars and not less because I have been going to this location for years and they have been great. This last time was awful. It was close to closing time, but my sideburns were not the same, my neckline was crooked, I cut off almost an inch and my cowlick was untouched. I noticed most of this when I got home. I will go back because I have had a lot of good experiences here. But this time was pretty awful.

I have been to this Great Clips a number of times and have never been disappointed. I find it funny when people have complaints about making an appointment and then waiting... Great Clips Doesnt make appointments. I have used the website check-in several times and never had a wait that was extreme.

Depending on who you get, it can either be decent or just bad. One of the stylists, while I was there most recently, openly admitted that she couldnt cut or shave straight lines, and she said this after she had already started shaving his sides. And my stylist seemed distracted the whole time, but she got the job done.

Walked in, sat down in the chair told her what I wanted she did an amazing job. Quick professional Lisa was her name my new spot for hair cuts.

I have had great success with my haircut from here. much better than other Great Clips locations. Always friendly and engaging.

If you want 1 inch off, ask for a third of an inch off. If you want a low fade, expect the highest fade of your life. Cant believe this chick had a license and got paid for doing this to my hair.

Very bad customer service they were rude and made us wait for 40 min. They treated us like dirt. They refused to acknowledge us so they could talk amongst themselves as hair dressers.

Worst haircut Ive ever had. Ive never been self conscious at all, but Im literally embarrassed to leave my house looking this way. The picture I brought in of the cut I wanted is all shoulder length layers and the cut I received consists primarily of a layer that goes to the top of my ear. At one point my stylist even said Oops. I dont know how to cut long hair and he had to ask the other stylist how to do things several times. Wish I could have known that before he started. Now Im desperately looking for somewhere open on Easter Sunday who can fix it so I dont have to go to work looking like this tomorrow. Epic fail.

I went in 10 minutes after they closed and was told no. No customer service what do ever at all. I deal with people all the time and I know if youre closed youre closed but be more customer service oriented

I ve gotten hair cuts here when VASA was a grocery store but this last time was awful. The stylist was a little scatter brained, so i was hesitant but friendly so i decided to give it a go. She knew nothing. It took over 45 min to trim short hair. Layers and framing. At the end of it basically nothing was done, she sprayed it wet and dried it. It wasnt until she finally called over another stylist that i got layers that took the weight off the ends. Even then, i got home and realized i have a chuck of hair longer than the rest. Now i have to go back.I know they have good stylists but i feel like the new batch of people are sketchy or something is going on.

Asked for a haircut to make me look like my favorite anime character tashudo hahornyy they said they dont know what that is so i assaulted the haircutter and they got mad so i jumped out their window and they made me pay for it! TERRIBLE

Not to happy with how they dont know how to shape a beard or how to trim one ! This is the second time Ive gone to this location and left unhappy. Wont be going back to this location!

Worst customer service. I came in during my lunch to make an appointment for a wash and style. Left work early for my appointment, then get told theyre behind staff so itd be another half hour. Hmmm I didnt know walk ins get first come first serve meanwhile Im leaving work early to get my hair done. Wont be returning to great clips.

Werent super friendly didnt do a very good job on the cut the lady there was grumpy and cut my hair shorter than I wanted it. I have been there in the past and like it a lot but the past few times they just have not been the best

The older lady with glasses is a real hag! Smart mouth and not friendly at all!! I brought my 16 yr old here today and she was “ Very rude!! “ We will not be coming here again!!! She said they worked her too much!!!
