The new management at the Lodge is awesome. Chad and Paula are doing a fantastic job of getting this place back on track. Their staff does a great job of treating their tenants like individuals with individual needs. They are professional, goal oriented, and genuinely care about their clients.

My Grandfather spent the last year and a half of his life at the Lodge at Riverton and each time we came to visit, the staff was friendly and the place looked clean and neat. My boys enjoyed the theater. I liked how knowledgeable and caring Pam was with my family. They have a barber on site, and tried to get my grandfather to be as active as possible. The price of the room was considerably less expensive than any other facility in the south end of the valley.

I have really enjoyed my employment at The Lodge at Riverton. The owners and administration are very committed to the staff and the well-being of the residents.

The activities coordinator here (Brittany) is literally the best! She loves the residents, she tries to make them happy and fulfilled.

Although I dont live at the Lodge, I have visited there and participated in some of the activities. Those who work there seem to sincerely care for the residents and try to fill their needs and provide them with interesting things to do.

Our patient has been here for a couple of months and it has been an awful experience. They are always under staffed. We had an emergency when our patient passed out and started vomiting. They had only 1 cna available and when we asked the owner why there were not more people to help and her response was “ well we have a cook and a housekeeper to help” ! What! The owner will not buy proper supplies for cleaning so the relief society and staff had to start buying them out of there own pocket. Another patient needs medical care weekly but the owner won’t keep insurance on the transport van. So 1 of the 2 cnas on duty has to drive their personal vehicle or walk to go get them. The cnas are doing their best but it is impossible for them to keep up because they are not allowed to have more then 2 on duty for over 30 patients. We were definitely promised a level of care and luxury that we just aren’t reciving and the most frustrating thing is the owner knows and refuses to make it better.
