I had a lot of hope for this doctor but he the laser treatments he did on my skin left me discolored permanently. I wish I never got treated by this doctor.Edit: I have and the response was to continue treatment because yall just want money... And i would like to keep my identity confidential. Love this place! Staff is always so friendly. Just got a chemical peel done to have a fresh look for the holidays. Next plan is microneedling. My daughter has done 2 sessions to help with acne scars and her skin looks amazing. Erika and Dr. Dawood are always so helpful with helping me reach my skin care goals. I have been going to this office since 2011.

I’ve been getting Botox here for years. The staff is quick, professional, and helpful. The clinic is clean and nicely decorated, the price is fair and my results consistent and satisfactory. My only “complaint,” is that it’s often difficult to reach them on the phone or get a return call. However, they have been accommodating with walk-ins. I actually just recently tried another provider in Riverside just to compare and found Sumblime to be FAR superior (results & value).

They shoot me in the face with a huge laser and now I feel better, 10/10, would get blasted again

Ive been to many places, over the course of 10 plus years, like too many places and Ive never been treated better or felt like I was in more capable hands! From the snacks, communication, and treatment, this place deserves the best review I can throw at it! Totally pleased with everything Ive experience each and every time! I have had three tattoos removed from here and you can’t even tell I ever had a tattoo. The fella at the desk is hilarious and the girls are very friendly. I never had any issues with payments or getting different prices personally. You do have to wait awhile sometimes to be seen. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!

Id like to start off by just thanking Sublime Medical Laser Dermatology, Its places like this that change lives!!! i had been going around different cities looking for information on tattoo removal but this team was so friendly, as soon as i stepped in i knew this place was awesome! Went in hoping to get a tattoo removed off my back and left out the door with about 4 tattoos off my back, I cant wait to go for my next session!!!! Not recommended, maybe they do good work, who knows, but their bait and switch pricing when you get there, your *Free Consultation* does not include you even getting to speak with the Doctor. Other places use the same PICOWAY technology at way more affordable prices. It was like buying a used car, they came in with a extremely higher price than anyone else, when I say I am not interested they go back and then drop the price in hopes you stay. - In response to your response - May be older technology, but this location is far more professional from what I just experienced in your office. They are willing to work with payment plans specific to peoples needs and are very compassionate. I highly recommend people do their homework on Lasers, the different types of them before you get hosed by this New technology, thats why its so expensive Try other Doctors and get treated with that Doctor/Patient respect you deserve.

I purchased a Groupon for C02 Laser resurfacing. Nurse was able to do a thorough Pre-op consultation and patiently answered all my questions. I was able to get my treatment scheduled next day. Nurse checked in with me again, so did the doctor to make sure I had all my questions answered beforehand. The staff here is incredible, they make sure youre comfortable at all times. Little things like checking in periodically, getting water and snacks. They make sure youre comfortable at all times and have everything you need. I was surprised it was a comprehensive package where the medications were included. They did not cut corners, even though I was using a Groupon. Overall, Im pretty happy with them and my overall experience. Ill update on progress.

From day 1 I knew I would never return. The male receptionist is unprofessional and rude with a scammer mentality. He had the audacity to question where I got my credit card from! It had my name on it and everything matched but his ooh whered u get this from?! Was a sarcastic way of trying to accuse me of fraud. He had no problem swiping it I noticed! I dont like scammer personalities and please dont meet me with one at the door. I will never give them my money and I suggest going elsewhere because the wait times such.

I was really terrified about having tattoo removal because I heard it was painful. I visited Dr. Ronnie; at a discounted price for a deal I got online I am very excited to say he is truly professional. He really made me feel safe and comfortable. He answered all my questions and understood my pain :-) He mentioned it will hurt but it will be as fast as we can possibly do it. Every time I asked him to stop he would and made me laugh the whole time. He is the only doctor in his office and even though he had about 5 people waiting for him he did not rush through it, he told me to ask for rest anytime needed and made me feel as if I was the first person to ever encounter pain. I will definitely continue seeing him. I highly recommend seeing him!

Get ready to WAIT OVER 30 MINUTES for a basic laser hair removal treatment.On my second visit I waited 15 minutes to be seen, my third visit I waited OVER 30 minutes. I asked the gentleman at the front desk how much long to be seen, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional.Unfortunately I bought a Groupon for 6 laser hair removal session so I’m stuck for 3 more sessions. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYMORE. Their time is not more valuable than my time. WORST PLACE TO GET ANYTHING DONE.

The customer service were very helpful knowledgeable about the procedure great atmosphere. Theyre helping me get my tattoo removed because Dr tattoff screwed me handy have a better laser and better price.

Great place !They gave me personal attention. Someone wrote about bait and switch.I have no idea what they are talking about. They were straight forward and honest with me. People should not expect miracles. I would rather the doctor be straight forward and honest with what can be done. If your looking for deals on someone working on your face , go to T.J Mexico. Sublime MD Riverside staff was always friendly and respectful. However, their Candela Gentlase machine (you know what its for) HURTS. Ive since tried two other lasers (alma soprano and I forget the other one) which are much less painful. I have very high pain tolerance. Love the staff and very nice office, but I would prefer a different laser.
