Ive been here twice and both times were great! Their food is delicious and the atmosphere is very romantic and cozy. Its great place for date nights or group get together. The lamb dish is very good I highly recommend it.

THIS PLACE IS HEAVEN-SENT. DEANNA, THE MASSAGE THERAPIST, HAS FINGERS/HANDS THAT READ YOUR BODY LIKE A BOOK AND SHE GIVES YOU EXACTLY THE MASSAGE YOU NEED FOR THE CONDITION YOURE IN AT THE TIME, WHICH IS DIFFERENT EVERY TIME. WHAT A PLEASURE! MY WIFE HAS HAD MASSAGES, WRAPS, ETC. AND EVERY TIME IT HAS BEEN A PEAK EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE THERE IS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND, MORE IMPORTANT, CARING. MY WIFE AND I HAVE HAD THESE TECHNIQUES DONE FOR MANY, MANY YEARS, AT HOME AND ABROAD, AND I CAN TELL YOU: LITTLE OLD EUROPEAN SKIN CARE AND HOLISTIC CENTER IN LITTLE OLD RIVERSIDE, CA. IS THE MOST CONSISTENT AND BEST THERE IS. I SUSPECT THAT ANYONE GIVING THE SPA LESS THAN FIVE STARS HAS NOT ACTUALLY BEEN THERE.

The owner Pauline, is very discourteous, rude, supercilious, and condescending. About two weeks back, I woke up with a high fever, and a painful sore throat, almost no voice, but a barely audible whisper, among other things (keep in mind that I am going through rough chemo at the moment). My appointment was for a specialty facial.Right before I phoned them to cancel and reschedule my appointment when they opened that morning, Pauline happened to phone me at that moment to confirm my late-afternoon appointment. It was clearly evident that I was struggling and forcing myself to speak past a whisper. I apologised and explained my reason for rescheduling, and that I didnt want to get anyone sick, as they would be working in close proximity of my face obviously.She then went on a very truculent, condescending rant, berating me for having to cancel that day, scolding me like a child, interrupting and speaking over me stating that I should have known and called beforehand, and that next time I should call in advance as its the right thing to do etcétera. Now they had just opened that morning, and were closed the day before, and its not like I had planned and wanted to get sick to deliberately cancel my appointment.Bottom line: Due to the owners very unprofessional, insolent, berating, and inconsiderate demeanor, I will never go to this place for any skincare/beauty services, nor will I recommend others to, and will share my experience to all I know, and to online review websites, to inform the readers/customers to save themselves the unpleasantness of having to deal with such a person. Spend that money on a far more professional, courteous, nicer-looking, updated, reputable skincare/beauty business, offering more selections in services (newer very relevant services as well), new technology, and skincare line selection. I was told that if I didnt stick to their exclusive, German skincare line of products used during my service, that there was a big chance my skin would breakout, essentially rendering their facial useless; so it seems they try to up-sell you their products (fortuitously for them), understandable but unnecessary, as some might find the products to be super expensive, or that their line might simply not work for them. Major turn-off for me when I already have products that work from my dermatologist. Its okay to recommend a product, but be honest and open-minded to the fact that other products can be successfully used in conjunction with their servicesA few years back, I was warned by several different people of the owners demeanor and treatment of others, but heard positive feedback about their services. Im a firm believer in giving people the benefit of a doubt, especially knowing that sometimes someone can be having a bad day. That said, the business owner is held to a much higher standard than the rest of the team; and if the owner carries that type of attitude, what example is she setting for her team of employees? For the business owner to behave in such a manner is simply inexcusable. One bad apple can truly ruin a bunch.I rarely get a day to myself for such luxuries, and look forward to some me time to not look like Ive been hit by a truck; so having to cancel my appointment for a lovely relaxing facial, over being sick as a dog sucked for me too! Look, having had a career in business management, and leadership, and ran several successful clinics for about 15+ years, I understand the importance and responsibility of maintaining professionalism, excellent customer service, excellent communication skills, and a generally pleasant positive, understanding and courteous demeanor/attitude at all times, especially when you are the owner of your business. I also understand how cancellations can impact a business, and how all kinds of customers can be, especially in the health and beauty industry. Having been in business for quite sometime, youd think a business owner would know better. Thank you for reading. Cheers 😊

I have never had such a bad experience with brow tweezing the lady was very unprofessional and very painful she didnt seem like she wanted to help me once I wanted my eye brow tweezed she recommended wax not what I wanted? I have been tweezing my eyes for years never have I had anyone try to change my ways and Never so painful!!!!
