I called to get my mamogram, and phone is disconnected , i went there and they closed without notifying the patients keeping all the records and i brought my records from my previous labVery unprofessional people, thats why they closed. Now I am left without my records, which I need! Theres no contact information to receive my records of any kind, I am very dissatisfied with this whole experience and will follow up accordingly with lawyer.

I was on paying plan for 3 MRIs done and now I get a letter with an old balance and no one answers the phone in this office. They sent me an itemized statement with no information on it and a due amount that doesnt match the last payment confirmation I received. Talk about disorganized....Safe yourself a headache and do not go here. I have been calling them since 4/29 and no one ever answers the phone.

I made an appointment for CT. When I arrived on time they told me that my appointment was made by an untrained receptionist which resulted in absence of approval from insurance, I was not instructed on how to prepare for CT test (fasting, drinking barium), and the doctor taking care of contrast was about to leave, so my valuable time was wasted. You can judge for yourself if it makes sense to go there.

The receptionists are very nice and friendly, but my ultrasound tech seemed to be in a bad mood. She said the bare minimum to do her job while I was with her, and I heard an unprofessional comment from her before I went into the exam room. The office is clean, but could use some new chairs in the waiting areas. You feel like youre going to sink thru the cushions. It also takes several weeks to find out your results. I didnt receive my mammogram results for 4 weeks. The tech today told me my results would be sent to my doc in 48 business hours. Business hours? Who even says that?

I have gone to Ridgefield 3 times in the last year and have had a good experience each time.I have no health insurance and they do give quite a break to you in cost. Without their price break I would have paid more than double elsewhere, which was cost prohibitive.The service is a bit slower than other places, but I feel like they are understaffed rather than rude. They have always been pleasant to me and have apologized when I have had to wait.

I have been receiving mammograms at this place for the past few years. I have been very frustrated with them in reference to their slowness in getting me in and having me wait longer than I should. This past year has been the worse of all. I had an appointment end of last year and when I went in I was told that I had received a call canceling my appointment because the mammography machine was broken. When the woman looked into the computer she noted that I had not in fact received a call. When I went in the next time, I had to call to confirm the appointment myself because they had not bothered to confirm with me and never do. My mammography was done by a woman who was learning and did not know what she was doing. She had to call in the regular person to help her out. As a result my mammogram results were not complete and I am now having to go back again to get a second one done. I go in today, am made to wait fifteen minutes before I go into another area to complain only to be told that I received a call at 8:40 a.m this morning canceling my appointment because the tech had a family emergency. I never received that call and it was not on my caller ID. This place is so very unprofessional with no bedside manners. This morning when I was there I spoke to two dark skinned hispanic women who were friendly and speaking to me. I was shocked because normally the person at the front window is very rude,unfriendly and with no bedside manner. As a matter of fact, I saw her today stating that she is fed up with a patient who was standing right behind her. She did not hold herself back at stating her frustration and dislike for this woman while speaking to another co worker. What ever happened to the customer/patient/client is always right? The other thing is that when I call I am made to wait for ten minutes or more while the person answers other calls then I am told that they are short staffed with no apology whatsoever. Ive had to tell the person that enough is enough and demand to be taken care of and not put on hold again. Next year I will take my X-rays and find a more professional place where I am treated like a human being and given the respect that I deserve. I am putting up my review on Google because I could not find who to complain to at the imaging center although I checked all over the internet.

I must confess that I never write reviews, however, I have to state comments about this facility. I am very surprised how untrained and unprofessional this site is. I have had 3 major mishaps at this location and they are all due to employees who just do what they are ask to do and dont think or follow-up on their actions......they do not consider what the task details. I have had enough, I called a week ago to ask for my mammogram film on a disc to take to a breast surgeon per my primary doctor and their recommendation. Please know I am a new patient as of November 2016....had two different scans done within a three month time period. I drove 40 miles to pickup the important film package, then had to drive to Newark and drop off at the breast surgeon office. When I stopped in to pickup the film in Ridgefield, the office had attached a hardcopy report to the disc which I already had from my last visit plus they added an addendum to the report. I took the disc and delivered it to the surgeon. Today they called to say they dont have both of the scans the report note, they only have ONE. The scans were taken three months apart. Why cant the imaging folks do their job. I asked for my film which THEY suggested that I follow-up on. Now I have to circle back to Ridgefield Imaging Center, 40 miles to pickup another disc with the scan they failed to copy on the first disc. This is dishearting and non-proactive. I clearly stated the film was for a recommendation to a surgeon.....surgeons need to see everything to make sound judgements!! I am a new patient....my records are small!! Poor service.

First time to deal with since yesterday. it asked me to pay upfront $150 for deductible. I cancel the appointment since having real bad experience a long time ago with 401 Medical imagingc enter in Englewood cliffs, NJ. It forced me to pay $100 and insurance asked for less. No refund after revisit. Personally, I do not like this. No business from this kind health provider:(

The MOST unprofessional office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. NOTHING about this site is positive. My elderly mother who fasted for a contrast exam, and who took a bus to get to the appointment, was turned away at the site. The staff never reached out to her to reschedule the exam. The scheduler never took any information, they had no authorization, no insurance information, and their excuse for not performing the exam was not having a radiologist on site, to which that story was changed to the radiologist on site did not perform IV. Never have I ever met an MD who could not perform an IV injection.I am absolutely disgusted over the level of unprofessionalism here as these are mindless mistakes that could have easily been avoided had the scheduling staff been properly trained. I especially do not appreciate being lied to about the reason the exam could not be performed. Had they been honest from the start, I perhaps would have let it go and rescheduled rather than to take our business elsewhere.With so many other imaging sites in the area, do yourself and your loved ones a huge favor and steer clear of this location.

I just finished calling about my CD from MRI that was done. The lady who answered the phone couldn’t understand my concerns and said I’m working alone you have to call back.
