Very skeptical going in but the whole experience was great. Dr. COOPER was very personable and her presentation of the tests/ results was very understandable and appreciated. Would highly recommend her practice to my acquaintances.

I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Cooper Evans, AUD. She was prompt and thorough in the presentation of what I would need to do. We plainly reviewed and explained the tests she would run and then performed the tests as described.She had already taken the time initially to question exactly what I wanted to accomplish and stayed focused on those things. Specifically I wanted to have rechargeable power and Bluetooth compatibility. she demoed both the brands that would meet my needs. I am hoping that we can come to a conclusion in the next week or so.

My appointment with Dr. Evans was really much more and much better than I expected. Parking was very easy, with a dedicated lot. Office was modern, attractive, comfortable and not crowded. Dr. Evans evaluated me very completely and pointed out some measurements that were unexpected and had some logical recommendations.This was a very different experience from the one I had last year in the West End with a different audiologist where I felt I should have gotten in line and taken a number.From now on, Dr. Evans will be my go-to audiologist. A great appointment!

Last week I messaged Dr. Evans about some desired adjustments to my hearing aid settings, and a short while later, she remotely sent a program software update to my iPhone. I installed it easily in my hearing instruments using the Resound App. This is exciting news for those of us with hearing loss - a real consumer service. Previously this required an office visit - often more than one. Kudos to Evolution Hearing for being on the cutting edge of technology improvements in hearing instruments. Rechargeable batteries and four year instrument warranties are also offered - as well as a 90 day trial period. This is a professional and consumer oriented audiology practice.

Beyond those important assets, she is patient and an outstanding listener who will hear your individual preferences and offer recommendations, as well as offer explanations, at any level of complexity you desire, the qualities and features various hearing devices offer toward improving hearing and understanding.

Ive had my new hearing aids--my first ever--for just a couple of weeks, but I couldnt be more pleased with them, or with my experience working with Dr. Evans (and, at times, also Dr. Kazbour) for the past several weeks: shes knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, professional. What a great experience so far! I feel like she guided me toward the best solution, taking into account both my hearing needs and the cost. I look forward to working with her for the next several years. For, though, Im heading outside to listen to the songbirds. I havent heard them in years!

I am new to Richmond and needed repairs to one of my aids. My son did some look ups and recommended Evolution. I glad he did! No lenghty wait time, great staff and good response time, I was somewhat nervous but Dr Williams worked with me. Had to send the aid to the maker but it was good turnaround time and I was clicking my heels! Now the other aid went out and that one also was back to the maker. I amexperiencing the same quality service and of course the good doctor put me in a balanced loner set. As long as I am in Richmond Evolution will be my audiologist! Thank you for your fine service!
