I just want to thank Front Desk Admin for their patience, in particular Morgan Thompson. I was upset with an old bill and she retained a patient and compassionate tone. I hope all staff members may use this as an example for the future. Mental Health is not an easy thing to address, and neither are old bills from those mental health services.

The staff and therapists here are top notch. I always thought as I aged I should hurt. Not so, you dont have to be in pain. Thank you for teaching me about my body and how to get better

I really can not say enough wonderful things about this team and the lovely people who make it up! I have been a patient here for quite some time now and I have never had service that did not exceed expectations. The staff are knowledgeable, well-rounded, accommodating, and compassionate. They demonstrate impeccable discernment in their approach to treatment and service. I recommend them to anyone in need of care!

The therapists at Therapy Solutions are extremely knowledgeable and are experts in their field. They consider and treat the whole person - not simply an injury. We regularly recommend their services to help resolve pain and injuries and will continue to do so.

They dont just look at treating an isolated part of your body, but at parts that may be contributing to your pain or injury. This makes too much sense, and Ive found it leads to better long term results. It still amazes me that I get a full hour with their therapists, instead of being sent off to exercise by myself. They are also helping me with breathing and mental strategies to decrease my perception of pain. It works! Thanks to Dr. Irene, for a week now I havent gone to bed to a sudden onslaught of joint pain!

Outstanding treatment of complex issues.

This was a place my best friend went to to find relief after a car wreck and all you did was make her feel worse by throwing stones because she didnt agree with your unlawful policy. You called her and berated her and called her names and then hung up on her. You were highly unprofessional in how you handled this situation. Not once have you called her to apologize but you called her referrals to say it was handled unprofessionally by you. But not the victim. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope Karma shuts you down.

The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. The work they do is transformational and they have so many great and strategies for chronic pain. I cant recommend them highly enough!

I am very skeptical of physical therapists/doctors, but I am happy to say the P.T. Solutions is a gem! I feel so taken care of there. The front staff is lovely and the doctors are fantastic. I highly recommend this practice :)

Just started seeing a PT here and she has been great. They set up a bunch of appts at the first appt since they fill up quickly. I put all the appts in my calendar in my phone and said no to a print off. I was supposed to have an appt every week for 2 months. The receptionist messed up and didnt put down one of my appointments. I went way out of my way to rearrange my schedule to make this appt work and lost a bunch of time driving. All I got was a oh, Im sorry, I guess well see you next week. My advice is get a printed copy of your appts!

Ive been a client of Therapy Solutions since 2014. After making no progress with shoulder PT at two other physician offices, I started working with Sara and her staff at Therapy Solutions. They helped me figure out the movements and postures that were triggering my shoulder, upper back, and neck spasms, treated them, and put an end to them! I appreciate Therapy Solutions approach to treating the whole human, rather than purely symptoms. My GP only ever prescribed muscle relaxers and Naproxin without exploring the root cause! What a relief to locate the causes and retrain my muscles to behave! Regular acupuncture treatments have also resolved years of migraine pain and some troublesome pre-menopausal symptoms, too. Now If I start to feel off track, my first call is to Therapy Solutions. I wasted too many years of copays (and waiting for insurance referrals) on terrible office visits and careless PT elsewhere - now I pay cash and just sidestep the idiocracy of the health insurance industry. I feel empowered to take charge of my well being and know that Therapy Solutions is there to support me as a whole human. Long-term wellness isnt achieved simply by popping a pill and getting massage - you have to do the work, but Therapy Solutions is there to present options to help you feel whole again.

I came in to P.T. Solutions with a sports injury, grade 2 MCL sprain and grade 2 MPFL tear and walked out with strength, confidence and ability to continue with my active life. The crew at P.T. Solutions (specifically Dr. Kevin Davi, Joseph Derian and Daniel Garinger) worked hard on creating a specialized recovery program for me. They pushed me when I needed a push and listened to me when checking to see how my body was reacting. I feel that I got a lot of attention from 3 specialists, put in the hard work and reaped the reward, which was health. Last but not least, Jessica at the front desk is awesome. Always did a great job treating the clients.
