I don’t usually review places but this place prompted me to. I’ve called about 4-5 times regarding a bill and have not been able to get in contact. When I was a patient, I had many concerns that were just brushed off as normal with very little course of action to fix it. Lastly, when I had blood work done, they never reached out or gave information about the results. I had to call multiple times trying to get the results when they already had them. Overall inefficient and very little care and time was given.

Did not enjoy my experience at this office. Super overcrowded in the waiting room and didnt feel sanitary. All the trash cans were full, almost overflowing. Felt very frantic. Dr. Abraham was nice but seemed a bit rushed/overwhelmed. I will not be returning.

If I could rate more stars I would. Toni is amazing. Dr Abraham is great but I see Toni on a regular basis and she is the most kind and caring Dr I have ever seen. Im sleeping more, my anxiety is controlled with less medication, she remembers me and our visits and I just adore her. They are ALWAYS timely and always helpful and they LISTEN! I love this place. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Dr. Abraham and the nursing staff are very thorough. Theyre legitimately concerned about your health and ask lots of questions to understand your medical history and give you the best care. Very inefficient and irresponsible team of office staff and nurses. I have had several incidents of their inefficacy in dealing with patients needs. I had to spend enormous amount of time trying to fix issues and confusions they created with my prescription. They even said a medicine their doctor prescribed is not mentioned in their system while I had the same doctors name on my prescription bottle. The office staff is super unfriendly and they do not respond in time to your messages.

I really like the PA Toni. She is VERY knowledgeable and listens to you. She is awesome at explaining things so that you understand what is happening to you. I cant say enough good things about her.

In 2018, I came in town to visit family and after a 3 hour flight, I was feeling pretty sick. Dr. Sam Abraham was wonderful and as a new patient he treated me proactively and started doing diagnostic test immediately to figure out what was wrong with me, I must say his level of care and concern for my health saved my life. I love Dr Abraham, but not a fan of Toni at all. Doesnt seem knowledgeable and wanted me to provide PROOF of a pap to prescribe my birth control pill. Ridiculous. I came in for concerns of arthritis in my knees and Toni didnt even LOOK at my knees. The only person who assessed me was a PA student in their 3rd rotation. Really? Im finding a new practice.

Dr.Abraham and PA Tony are the absolute best. They have been treating for years now and always take great care of me. I have multiple medical issues including diabetes. They always communicate well, are fast and thorough. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

This place is great. If you have an issue they work hard to get it solved, most of all, my son loves seeing the male doctors that work there. He’s mostly had female doctors since he was little. He’s now becoming of age & seeing men in that position seemed to inspire him to want to know more about the medical profession. They have been efficient. Follow up promptly. And, answer any questions & most import Amy listen to your concerns. I’m looking forward to continued treatment under this office. His front office staff is a breath of fresh air from where we came. The old doctor’s staff was always rude. And, the doctor would get mad if you complained & do nothing about it. This front office makes the experience worth the time.

Im not a fan of going to the Dr, I absolutely have White Coat Syndrome. That being said, Im a huge fan of Dr. Sam Abraham. I started seeing Dr. Abraham on my late fathers suggestion as he had been seeing him for a while. My father passed after a year long battle with Pancreatic cancer. In my opinion, Dr. Abraham had a HUGE hand in giving us that year. In a crazy hectic world where its hard to find empathy, Dr Abraham has it in spades. This is MY doctor for life.

I would highly recommend Dr. Abraham and his staff. He and his staff are friendly and attentive you my needs, whenever I need to go in to his clinic.I am also a licensed health insurance agent and I have felt very comfortable and confident in recommending him to several of my clients, especially those that Ive enrolled into a Medicare plan. Dr. Abraham is in-network with several Medicare Advantage plans, so as to meet with patients and they dont have to worry about their insurance being accepted.

Very terrible during this covid pandimic. I have been taling 2mg Alprazolam through this doctor for 5 months now and i have a niece who is staying with us who has a fever and caused us to miss a family trip to Tennessee because we have to stay quarantined. Me amd my fiance just had a baby last month above all else which is a blessing of course. But anyways i scheduled an appointment for next month September 8th for a follow up and they will not write me a pscript until then. They wouldnt even write me a small pscript to cover me until the 8th of September. Above all they asked me while im quarantined to come in and take a drug screen lnowimg i have an appointment scheduled and then to go back home and do a telephone conference. That makes no sense and i will never put a good review on them. They are literally letting me deal with possibly having covid on me and to come in just for 15 minutes instead of waiting 2 weeks until the 8th for my sceduled appointment. Makes no sense. And i will report this to the FDA.

This was my first visit to Texas Primary Care Center and I was very pleased. The staff and the P.A. (Toni) were very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I will definitely continue as a patient at Dr. Abrahams office.

I like Dr. Abraham and his PA Toni, but the last time I went in for a scheduled appointment, I waited an hour and a half before being seen due to walk-ins. Toni was the only one working and trying to see all the scheduled patients and the walk-ins. They either need to stop taking walk-ins or ensure they have enough staff to see everyone in a timely manner. I wont be going back.

This is the best primary care provider I have ever experienced. I got there by accident, and after 3 years as a patient, I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have never seen a medical office, or a business rated so high, and it is very true and deserving. P.A. Toni is whom I am treated by and there is no one better. The doc is great as well. Kim, at the front office is the most organized, efficient, helpful, and kindest person you could meet. She is the perfect example of the type of person you should meet upon entering any business. It was a very personable doctors visit with Dr. Smith-WhiteEagle. It was my first time seeing her, but the care and concern she took with me, made me feel like she had been my doctor for 20 years... very nice, and knowledgeable. Starting with the front desk receptionist, to the nurse who took my vitals, and on to the doctor, it was a customer service delight, and thats hard to find in ANY profession these days. An appointment here is more of a suggestion on their busier days, and I dont mind the wait. Dr. Abraham and PA Toni take their time with you, youre not herded through a trough. They listen, and even after everything is discussed, they ask what else is going on.

Loved my first visit. The office staff was amazing and helpful. I had my appointment with Toni who is the nurse practitioner and she completely understood my symptoms, explained my options, and got me set up with referrals. They did all the testing in office (blood and some other lab stuff) which was awesome and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor (Dr.Sam) even came in and said hi and shook my hand just to introduce me to the practice. Coming from someone that does not like going to the doctor, I give them five stars and major props!

I feel they are very professional. I can tell that Dr. Abraham is very wise and his staff are great.They had excellent communication with me in notifying me the results as soon as they were available (next day). I really appreciate this.My only complaint is that it did take some time to get me checked in, but this may be my fault because I arrived a couple minutes late to the appointment.Overall a great practice, and potentially my new go-to for general healthcare.

Ive left a message for Dr. Abraham and for his nurse for the past 2 days, with no response. I have a possible compression fracture in the thoracic area of my spine. This showed up in an x-ray I had, but it was not definite.Dr. Abraham ordered a CT and the office confirmed he has the results, but he hasnt reviewed them yet. I had the CT done last week.Yesterday and today, Ive left messages, but NO ONE has called me back letting me know the results. My pain has gotten worse. It hurts to move, bend over, and take a deep breath. I cant sleep laying down right now - I have to sleep sitting up. I should probably go to the ER, but I really dont want to shuck out the $$$ unless I have to. Dr. Abraham should *call me back*!I really dont think he cares about his patients.

I made an appointment to get seen the same day because I was concerned I had the flu. when I got there, I waited 40 min in the waiting room and the exam room before I was seen. then the PA comes in to see me, not even the doctor, didn’t see the doctor at all that day, I would have appreciated if they would have me know I was seeing a PA. not just that, a PA student was the one who did the exam. when the PA came in, they told me they couldn’t test me to see if I had the flu for some reason. and that was it, PA didn’t even do an exam. basically I was diagnosed by a PA student. Sure enough, a few days later I came down with the flu. I probably won’t ever come back here.

I saw Dr Abraham right at a month ago. I needed a complete physical and the whole staff were very accommodating. I went for blood work first and then once the results were in, I went in for the physical. There was almost no wait time to get back and then very little wait to see the doc.He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I even had a few extra things I wanted checked and he had no problem with it. I hated to monopolize his time but he assured me I wasn’t.I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor or internist.

Quick Visit- Nice Office Staff I went to see the doctor due to a pain in both of my feet. Different reasons in each foot. Doctor shot x-ray of both feet and established that I had a bone spur on one foot and a corn on the other. He resolved the issue and referred me to a podiatrist for future issues. Staff is efficient and quick- I waited less than 5 minutes from my appointment time to see the doctor. I will definitely go there again..

I have been going to Dr. Abraham for 15 years. I started when he was in Dallas and have followed him to Richardson. The review before mine by Attyiah Bayan reflects what sounds like an angry patient who is trying to milk the system. From her own words she is trying to get Cigna to pay for disability but there is no evidence of a disability. Dr. Abraham is a VERY smart doctor. He always tries his best to help his patients, but sometimes it requires testing and seeing specialists. I work with insurance companies and their interests are different than the doctors or the patients. They DONT want to pay you disability benefits. Their sole job is to find holes in the care provided so they dont have to pay. I strongly recommend Dr. Abraham and ALL his providers. He is kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honorable. His office staff have always been kind and helpful.

Dr. Abraham is a fantastic Internit. He has been my family primary physician since 2013. Patients are seen on time as per scheduled appointment. You’re not left waiting in the lobby or in the exam room. His staff is courteous and good with kids. My son has phobia to needle and he has one of the best phlebotomist who works her magic. Dr. Abraham returns your calls pretty quickly during after-hours. He constantly checks on his patients post visit to make sure recovery is as expected.Highly Highly recommend Dr. Abraham and his staff to be your next family physician. Beware of extra charges after the visit. Got charged $110 as full charge of the visit because I have not met my deductible; However, my statement came with detailed charges which include insurance adjustments of $159 and they are billing me an extra $64. If I had known the original charge of this visit would be $334, I would not go with this Doctor as there are plenty of GOOD Doctors that charge way less then that. Dishonest... Go somewhere else.

I was looking for a new DR when I scheduled an appt here. My previous Dr would not sit and listen to my concerns. He never spent more than 2 minutes when I went. Dr. Abraham spent 20 minutes talking to me to obtain my history and checked on me throughout breathing treatment, xrays and spirometry tests. He did not seem rushed at all. So nice and friendly. His entire staff is amazing. I will be making all of my appts here and he will be my primary doctor. I highly recommend him!!

Been going here 14 months! Been happy with their staff, the doctor, and Toni his P.AWe have a number of issues but are given good care here. He has an Allergist who works there on staff too. A lab, and xray capabilities!

Update : upon me posting my first review. I had gotten a call from the P/A Tony to ensure me that their practice was trying their best to help me with my issues. I thought that was the case. I went back to the office had a visit with Tony advising her that has still had issues and was depressed because no one could tell me what was wrong. Now mind you I had a CT scan done advising I had a small hernia and a few Gaul stones ( not that serious I guess) Not only am I worried about my health but I’m worried about maintaining my job and needed to get restrictions to give to Cigna as to why I’m not able to perform my job. So they agreed to write a letter and fill out my FMLA papers. After speaking with Tony she explained that Dr. Abraham wanted to have a short visit with me. I spoke to Dr. Abraham he explained “ I’ve been doing this for 15 years and Cigna doesn’t want to pay you. You would have to have cancer, had an heart attack before they would pay you. I found our little meeting insulating considering that I was never diagnosed nor could they tell me why my pain wasn’t getting better. It clearly made me feel at this point that I had been just waisting my co pay and time to get treated like a pear ant on the streets. Although they agreed to write a letter and work on my FMLA papers, I however had to wait for these papers over the weekend only to receive them on that Monday. to realize that it was worded as though I didn’t have restrictions . I then was advised by Cigna that I needed my restrictions. I called the front desk spoke to someone at the front desk she tells me that it’s true Cigna didn’t want to pay me and we got into a heated discussion. Now as a person who works with people everyday if I know someone is yelling at me as long as profanity is not used I listen with empathy. She kept cutting me off and being condescending as though my lively hood didnt matter. I then got off the phone with her and started making calls. So being I’m now stressed, have no earthly clue to what is wrong with me because they didn’t know . I went to Baylor ER only to find out that for 3 months I been going to Dr Abraham/ Tony the I have Biliary Colic Adult Cholethithias and my Gaul Bladder has to be removed which explains the sever pain, nausea, vomiting and my inability to sit or stand for hours at a time. Like having contractions all day which could have possibly lead to pancreatitis. Although the CT said I had Gaul Stones there was never a sonogram performed to look further into why I had sever pains. Nothing was ruled out except the fact that Cigna did not want to pay me.I am not pleased with their lack of concern and does not get things done in a timely manner. I had been sick for a few months with my stomach. Took almost a week to get my H Pylori Test back which most doesn’t take that long. I could not go to work and perform my duties and let it be know that I was in pain , and passing blood in my stool. Despite letting them know about all of my issues. I wasn’t able to work they sent my paperwork back incorrect as though nothing is wrong with me. Although I wasn’t released to go back to work the PA Tony is the sweetest but make the mistake of allowing the front desk to fill out my paper work piss poorly. Not only could they not figure out was wrong but explained would recommend a referral to a Gastroenterologist. I made the appointment went only to find out one was never sent . So I’ve been fighting to be healthy , no added stress doesn’t help my stomach at all and to add to that I’m like hell to save my job all because this office is tellling Cigna nothing is wrong with me. I saw Dr. Abraham twice in all the times I was going to his office. He happened to be on vacation why my paperwork was time sensitive this office has been insensitive to my needs. I would not recommend anyone go to this office. Yes the service is quick but they will do you a disservice. I trusted them to do their Job this has been a complete nightmare. I’m still sick and I’ve spent money trying to figure why they don’t seem to care as much as I do.

I absolutely love this office! I see Dr. Whiteagle, and I honestly fell in love with her and the staff from day one. I’ve even moved 45 min away and will drive for anything I might need. I am actually moving my kids to this office as well (16,4,3) AND my husband. They speak to me as a person and I feel so comfortable with Dr. Whiteagle it’s like as I am with a dear friend, and not a dr. She’s honest and up front. I’m also self pay and they never once charge me for unnecessary labs or tests or blood work, and always work with me if needed. I never have to wait more that 5-10 minutes TOPS. I had two apts I missed strictky bc I’m always late everywhere and forget most everything, and for a drs office, that’s really annoying to the staff and drs too, but they have never once been ugly or kick me out of their practice. (I’m NOT saying you should not worry about missing apts and standing them up bc that’s rude, I’m just saying in my situation, they made me feel like I wasn’t a horrible person like I have felt at others drs offices for just being 2 min late!) This might sound silly but every time we go, they always acknowledge me by name as well as my boys!! No one likes going to the dr, but when I do have to go, there is no where else, or anyone else I will ever see. I truly would recommend this office to anyone in need of a primary physician.

Dr. Abraham & his staff are great.The facility is ideal for regular check-ups and routine labs tests.

Let me preface by saying that the doctors here have been helpful. BUT the front office receptionists, techs & nurses have been H O R R I B L E. It makes it unbearable. They are rude & unhelpful and constantly put everything back on the patient to do. They make HUGE mistakes with prescription refills and they are just plain difficult to deal with. The only reason we have stuck with it is because its the closest office that takes our insurance.
