Yesterday I hit my 30 days since visiting your office.I quietly waited the 30 days as I was skeptical that I had found someone that could help me with my migraines! I didn’t even tell friends or family of my appointment.For 24 years I have jumped around from PCP to neurologist to homeopathic doctors to massage therapists to acupuncture time after time. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on recommendations in the attempt to find a solution that didn’t consist of my triptan or shots, which may or may not work on that day.Triggers have never been consistent. It could be stress, sinus pressure, anxiety, hunger, insomnia, excessive heat, hormonal, or just it being any ordinary day.Worst part is that just having daily migraines as we all know create several the previously mentioned “triggers” so it’s a never-ending cycle. Additionally, I have Raynaud’s syndrome, which cannot be treated as the medications contradict with triptans.When I found you online, I showed my husband of 17 years, and he said at this point it is only worth a try. Now keeping in mind that I live close to 700 miles away, it would be an expense. But my husband said to me “imagine everything else we’ve spent on”, the expense may just be worth it.The day of my first appointment with you, I arrived with a migraine which was not a surprise to me as it had already been over 45 days with daily migraine.You did your thing making me feel so comfortable and unjudged and validated. Well you may not be a neurologist, but let me tell you, I have been migraine FREE for 31 days! Not ONE triptan taken. Not one day of having to tell my daughter I couldn’t play with her. It is so surreal to me and my family. And you’ll never believe that it has helped tone down my Raynaud’s flares. I have been sleeping every single night and I think all of that has helped stress and anxiety. I feel GOOD!I will be back soon! I spoke to my PCP last week and he was amazed and so happy. He said, “save all your medication co-pays and make it a consistent visit to him”. And that is exactly what I plan on doing.Thank you so much!Paola

I could write a novel on this place just in my first visit. I have had migraines for years but just recently had them daily , it was like rush and roulette with them not knowing when I would get it but I knew it was coming. I , like many people have been to hospitals other doctors and they just didn’t care. I came across this app and just listened to everything he was saying, soaking up the information. I decided to call many specialists in my area and nobody returned my calls or contacted me. I made an appointment request one night and next morning I woke up with a message from him READY to help. A few days later I travel 4 hours , yes 4 hours to my appointment and someone in my area calls back 1 week later to just get a follow up conversation not even an appointment. Second I walk in I am greeted with a smile from Angela! It wasn’t a normal office. It was a home away from home. Angela engages in conversation making all my nervousness disappear. Dr. B came and was just AMAZING ! He made me feel like I was a regular patient of his though it was my first day. Very thorough and calm and LISTENS !!!!! After finding my issue he gave me my first treatment and then took more time to make sure that really was the treatment I needed. After confirming that, I made another appointment to come back because after the comfort and personalized treatment I received from him and Angela , I couldn’t trust anyone else to heal me. He is worth every mile and every hour spent getting there and I’m 100 percent sure that previous patients and new ones to come will agree! I spent hours crying just so grateful for his help and care and his passion to help EVERYONE feel better! You are my Doc for life and thanks Dr B for being so amazing and saving lives ! The world needs more Doctors like you ! Btw , I have been migraine free for 5 days so far and didn’t need a single drug to prevent !

My go to chiropractor when I am in Texas. Dr. Brown and The Specific Chiropractic Centers - Richardson is the best clinic to go to if you’re suffering from migraines or chronic diseases. He is an absolute specialist and has helped me immensely with my migraines when no other doctor or neurologist could (in fact they wasted my time and told me to lose weight or drink more water 😑). Dr. Brandon Brown is AMAZING! I came in for a neck pillow and was so excited to see that it worked. I have been sleeping throughout the night with little to no neck pain. If you are in the Richardson area, hes your guy for all your chiropractic needs. I highly recommend this practice!

My 11 year old son has suffered from migraines for as long as we can remember. I have picture of him in kindergarten laying on my classroom carpet sleeping it off. We’ve been under the care of a neurologist and have traveled for 2nd opinions. We’ve been on numerous “preventive” meds and on “rescue” meds. Until recently we found Dr Brown and went under his care and his partner Dr. Alex. We are 1 month in and as of now his migraines have not completely deminished BUT have become less severe and he is able to bounce back fairly quickly. The progress he has made only has me more excited to continue this journey.

Ive been dealing with chronic migraines and neck pain for 16 years. Ive been to more doctors than I can count and have spent thousands of dollars on treatments and medications that have not worked. Ill admit...I was very skeptical of The Specific Chiropractic and Dr Brown. Thats what chronic pain sufferers tend to do. Im currently 4 weeks into working with Dr Brown, and Im here to tell you he works magic! Im on to my 5th migraine free day, which has never happened. Ive never met a doctor that truly CARES about his patients. He has given me so much hope (despite my skepticism). I cant recommend him enough! He also has an amazing assistant, Angela...I look forward to seeing them both every week :)

After serving with the Marine Corps, lower back problems have assailed me every day ever since falling from 30ft. I was taking Advil, Aleve, Tylenol, anything to mitigate my back pain. Upper cervical chiropractic care has been the solution I found to not only relieve the pain, but to keep it away longer than any pill could. I can not recommend upper cervical chiropractic care enough. Dr. Brown has been a godsend ever since I moved back from California with my family. He is calm, courteous, and effective in his treatment. If anyone has chronic back pain or migraines, I implore you to give upper cervical a chance. Give Dr. Brown a call!

Since Dr. Brown shared his expertise through social media, I decided to give a chiropractor a shot. He was the first doctor to listen to me. I’ve had headaches every day, all day, since I was 10 years old. That’s 32 years. I’ve done EVERYTHING. Only narcotics would stop migraine, and Excedrin with the daily headaches if it got bad enough. I’ve gone twice to the chiropractor. The first time, I left without a headache. The second time, I woke up the next day without a headache. He said it’ll take a while because I’ve had 30+ years of tension - but he’s hopeful and thinks I’m going to do well. I cried when I woke up pain free. And while my doctor is in Maryland, I wouldn’t have thought to see him without Dr. Brown’s videos. THANK YOU for saving my sanity. Pain causes severe depression and for the first time, I have hope.

This pillow really does wonders. Not only do I not have much tension I am also able stay comfortably asleep. It also helps while at work sitting at a computer all day. Great product I love it.

I drove 14 hours from Minnesota to see Dr. Brown and he changed my life. I’ve had migraines for years and I can’t remember a day in the past 10+ years where my head felt okay. I have seen tons of specialists and have had multiple x-rays and MRI’s that never showed anything wrong. I tried countless medications over the years and having Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I was just convinced I’d suffer from them the rest of my life. Dr. Brown was incredible. He’s really nice, listened to every question and concern I had, and spent a lot of time getting as much information as possible. His tests and specific x-rays showed things that were wrong that my previous X-Rays and MRI’s never showed. It was all incredibly validating. The adjustments went really well and were unlike anything else I’ve seen from a chiropractor. He also checked up on me later in the day after my appointment to make sure I was feeling okay. His office has an amazing atmosphere and eased my anxieties. He answered the thousand questions I had before leaving to go back to MN and it really meant a lot to be heard and understood. I’ve only been feeling better and better ever since seeing him! I haven’t had a migraine in days! I feel like I’m seeing life in a new light now. Like I’ve been in a fog for half my life and I’m finally out of it. I now get the chance to do and try things I never thought I’d be able to do. My life is never going to be the same and I can’t think you enough, Dr. Brown!!

The pillow is very sturdy. I like to use it when Im sitting at my desk. It keeps my posture straight so I dont have to slump over while at the computer. Its perfect

For years I dealt with random, but steadily increasing in frequency, vomiting caused by a huge array of different factors (heat intolerance, spicy/fatty foods, scents, positioning of my body, etc.) that hindered EVERYTHING in my life. I saw all kinds of Doctors, regularly saw a traditional Chiropractor, endured surgical procedures and testing, was on several medications and so on, but no one could even figure out the problem, much less help me.A friend learned of upper clavicle chiropractic care and found Dr. Brown, who after learning of my issues said he could help. At my wits end, yet extremely skeptical, I decided to try it, so for 6 months (every 3 weeks) I traveled from Seattle to Texas to see Dr. Brown (this wasnt offered in WA until recently).
