I am so thankful that Upper Valley ENT accommodated me on an emergency basis!I had painful abscess complications requiring a tonsillectomy at age 58. From consult/diagnosis through surgery, post-op and billing, I took comfort and had full confidence in their treatment. Dr. McMasters clearly outlined my options & potential consequences and gave his recommendations. Everything was smoothly orchestrated through his competent care & coordination with his excellent staff. My experience and outcome could not have been more positive!
I recently had Dr McMaster repair my deviated septum. I was apprehensive to go through with the procedure but I have been very satisfied since that time. I can finally breathe through my nose, both nostrils, especially at night.Dr McMaster was very informative prior to the procedure and particularly concerned with my comfort post operative. I would recommend without hesitation anyone requiring a competent ENT.
Dr. McMaster took my tonsils out and I had a deviated septum. This doctor is a miracle worker!!!!! My cousin had her tonsils taken out a week before me and shes still recovering where as my recovery took a week! Im 19 years old so my recovery should have lasted a lot longer! This is also the first time I can actually breath out of my nose and it feels amazing! This doctor was 100% worth every penny! Thank you all so much for your kindness as well!
Incredible doctor. Trusts his intuition and acts on it. He has integrity. He also saved my life when I came to the ER. Excellent doctor.
Dr Peterson you are such a blessing in our lives. Thanks so much for not giving up on my daughter and figuring out how to help her.
Doctor McMaster is such a kind doctor who really cares about his patients. My husband got his tonsils out recently and has been in a lot of pain, and McMaster has gone far out of his way to help him. Highly recommend!
I had my part of my hard pallet taken out as well as uvilla completely removed and nose thinned. Dr. Told me to pay $500 cash and that would take care of his end in the hospital. I paid five hundred cash and still recieved a bill of 800 for office, let alone hospital that was 3200. I went in to ask about the 500 in cash and they had nothing on file of the cash. I am still paying the hospital bill that has an 18% interest charge on it. That interest is close to the same amount that walmart credit cards carry. I made my payment faithfully for 2 years and missed 2 payment for madison memorial before they sent this in to collections.
Charged way more here then I have at other specialists, dont know whats going on behind the scenes but Id avoid this place.
