This rating is for the staff and their operational efficiency/style. This is my second virtual appointment with Dr. Plotner, I am 17 mins past the appointment time and still waiting for the meeting link.While scheduling appointment they assure that a nurse will call and check you in 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. I never received a call from them.

Very good appointment using Zoom. Dr Plotner is a wonderful doctor. Very personable and professional! Expert in his field of practice...gastrointestinal issues.. Highly recommend him!

Dr Alan Plotner was absolutely terrific. He outlined the process I was having in detail and certainly made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. He answered all my questions and I found him extremely personable. A+ to him!!!!! I would recommend him 100%.

So far so good. Only had a virtual visit so far, scheduled to have some test done. The virtual was great, Dr.Plotner was very polite and attentive.

Reception person was the nicest person I have in my 69 years ever had the experience to deal with . She was extremely helpful, and not just to me but the next person she had the pleasure to help.
