Never going back again. Booked an appointment and I came 20 minutes early. Waited till my schedule time at 9:30. I sat waiting till 950 and Lindsey never came up to let me know shes running late or to even apologize for the Waiting. If you cant be on time for your appointments then dont book the appointment. I have other things to do so when I come to an appointment I expect to be serviced at the time of the schedule appointment or at least get an apology if youre going to be late

One star for getting me & my 3 girls in on a days notice & for them all leaving the salon happy. On another note, I was thinking, how could she have gotten mine all wrong, even with a picture of exactly what I wanted. I said trim, she cut off inches, wanted heavy & chunky blonde streaks, got thin, light streaks. Specifically said bangs that hung over the right side of my forehead to help cover my skin cancer. I got a trim in the front, no bangs & a style that was parted on the side I wanted covered. Thats 4 big fat stars this salon isnt getting from me.

Absolutely abhorrent I have never been treated so rudely as I have in this salon . I made an appointment as a first time customer with Julie , totally unprofessional over the phone and adding insult to injury I show up the day of and wait half an hour for her not to call or come in . I had to leave to go to work and was upset , revieved a call from her 3 hours later wanting to argue with me! She tells me I got the time wrong and it was my fault when I knew I had work I would not have agreed to a later Time. So unprofessional and rude , awful first impression and never going back. Awful people .
