Spent $35 for a 60 minutes foot massage I expected to get 15 minutes of shoulder massage just like everywhere else does. But NO, here they charge you $35 is for FOOT ONLY massage, if you want 5 minutes of shoulder massage you would need to pay $5 more, at $40. That is really outrageous!!!!

For the price, its worthed. I am very active out door person and they focus massaging on my feet is really good for me.

If i could give it a zero i would. horrible customer service , employees can barely communicate and aren’t too understanding of the english language. refused service while there was an available dude and instead of attending customers went to go smoke.++ super sketchy and creepy dude employee. very unprofessional and would never recommend .

Horrible. I usually have amazing experiences in these places. The man at the counter didnt speak English and seemed annoyed that I did! I was trying to ask for a 30 minute foot massage. A woman came and told me $15 for 30 min, great! That same man was my masseuse. He handled me very rough and almost angry when setting me up. I soaked for 10min which I guess counted as part of my 30. The massage was terrible and he ended early. When it was time to pay I handed him a $20. He didnt give me change. I asked him for some singles. I was going to give a 20% tip even though it was awful. He was really annoyed with me again. Broke the 20 into 5s and 1s. I gave him $18 and he told me tips were $5! He literally forced me to tip him $5! I would have tipped no problem in any other circumstance, but it was literally the worst massage experience I had ever had! Oh, and they had some awful artificial air freshener in there that gave me a headache.

This is, by far, the worst massage experience I have EVER had.1. No one speaks English. Thats not some BS immigrant slam, its just the truth. How do you think you can tell your masseuse more pressure or ouch that hurts if you cant communicate with them?2. The tables are excruicating on your back. They are sectional and slowly slide apart on the linoleum floor, meaning your butt eventually falls through!3. These arent separate rooms with privacy. This is one, single, communal room. Lots of noise, impossible to relax.4. They have people in the attic HAMMERING AND NAILING the whole time Im there! I actually WALKED OUT halfway through!5. My friend gave me a gift certificate. This was free for me. And even at the low price of FREE, it STILL wasnt worth it.Avoid this place like the plague. Its dirty, loud, messy, run down, and you will NOT feel relaxed when you leave.
