This location has the nicest people out of any Kaiser medical center I’ve ever visited. Everyone I interacted with, from the people in the pharmacy to the medical staff & admin on the 2nd floor, were very patient and kind. Thanks guys!

Free garage parking, short walk to KP, most of the way protected from rain. Nice facility, large waiting room. Strict covid procedures in place. No coffee bar or snack bar or vending machines.

Kaiser Permanently Ill is what we call this place. Getting an appointment is a nightmare. The online site doesn’t work 60% of the time. I can’t get through to a person after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. If I do get a hold of someone they put me on hold and then I get hung up on after holding for 20-39 minutes. Has taken me a week of attempted calls and log ins to get an appointment Not Once But Twice. We have had historic issues with getting an accurate diagnosis for both of our children; meaning our daughter went three years of her life suffering from acute asthma without a diagnosis. Our son took 1.5 years to be diagnosed with a chronic pain condition and it’s likely wrong. We are about to cancel the insurance through our employer and sign up for Premera on our own.

Mediocre medicine designed to protect their precious machinery from being used. After a trip to the ER, they denied coverage and have now dropped me into a labyrinth in which they do not return my calls and my only help is from healthcare providers who are not Kaiser. They will post a faux-caring response below, but all those with alternatives should heed Dante: lasciate ogni speranza, voi chentrate.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Kaiser Permanente. They wasted both our time and money, and the visit was not extraordinary as well. Heres my personal experience:I made an annual checkup appointment at Kaiser under the impression they were in-network with my provider. When we called to make the appointment, they told us that they would accept my insurance. After the appointment, I realized we were not given accurate information. I asked the receptionist if everything was all taken care of, and they said I would be receiving a bill which contradicted what we had known prior to the appointment.I called Kaiser after the appointment and was told that they were in-network with my provider and that if I was billed I should call Kaiser and they will take care of it. I later received a bill for $405. I called my insurance who told me they did not have a contract with Nicholas Church (the doctor I visited) and to call Kaiser to resolve this issue. Upon calling Kaiser again, they said they regretted this and tried to stop us from complaining. They eventually told us to file a complaint online. After filing a complaint online, they told us to contact the Redmond office to complain. The Redmond office told us we had to talk to Member Services. After many back and forths, we filed a complaint with Member Services and we never heard back about the status. If you are interested in being given contradictory information, making multiple frustrating phone calls, and not even having a pleasant visit, then this would be the right office for that experience. We have never faced this issue with any other medical provider. If I was given clear information that Kaiser was not in network with our provider, we would not have made the appointment and would have done a checkup somewhere else.

Hidden gem in Redmond for medical care. It is my go to place for doctors pharmacy and lab work. In and out quickly and high quality professional doctors.

Had appointments for flu shots for myself and two of my kids and also had to drop off some paperwork/forms. The check-in process was easy (enter information at electronic kiosk) and I was able to submit my paperwork with one of the attendants. The injection staff was very nice to me and my kids. The waiting area has plenty of seats that are spread out.

Avoid this location for lab work. There is an unqualified phlebotomist there, I was extremely bruised (yes this happens, but I am talking about an abnormal amount) after one of my blood draws. I thought this may be an issue with my veins, or luck of the draw (literally) but the second time I had a different person and all went well (ie the normal amount of bruising). My husband went the other week to have his blood drawn at this location and had the same phlebotomist that extremely bruised me. He was poked multiple times, was extremely bruised as well, he now has major symptoms of nerve damage. We will be seeking legal council if his symptoms are found to be permanent damage. Please avoid this location for blood work. This phlebotomist is dangerous and needs to be retrained.Update: My husbands arm has just recently recovered after 3 over months of tingling and pain. My feeling is one should not deal with issues of nerve damage for over three full months after a blood draw. Concerning. If you are looking for blood draw, I recommend the Kaiser Ballard location– more organized, great phlebotomist.

I love this place. Dr Nicholas Tyler Church my first doctor with who I was super comfortable to talk about my problems and concerns. He listened to me with huge pation. Right now due the virus issue they made appointment over the phone. After finishing conversation with Dr Nicholas Tyler Church he promise me to find something for me. After couple hours later ar evening I got a response from him. He shows a big interest to be helpful all the time. He really love his job and what his doing.

They have absolutely no personal experience. Just cold ppl trying to get through their day by following rules. I needed a form filled out and they didnt even take it to see what they could do. Just went with their rule of having their own form which was nothing like mine. Im just one of those old folks who wished 10 years plus of loyal patronage would mean something.

I don’t like the way they operate their services here, I went in early for my Appt and still had to wait 20mins after my Appt time to get called back. Then they never call you about lab results to at least tell you if they are good or bad. I had to call them and then they said I could either make an Appt to come in which you know we will be charged or make a phone Appt which was in about 2 days later which had to be with the Dr I seen, couldn’t have been with a nurse at least, would of been faster. Then the lad takes awhile even though there was no one else waiting but, me and I was just dropping off a sample. I would definitely not recommend coming here😌

I am new to group health and after meeting my doctor, which was brief but ok, I was sent to the pharmacy to pick up a perscription. I waited 30 minutes for a simple shampoo and some birth control. So far i am not too impressed with my choice to go to this clinic and hope I dont need to come to the pharmacy anytime soon.
