I tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of you folks, all to no avail. I left 2 voice messages and one website contact message and no one called me back. I was trying to schedule an appointment with Dr Finter to diagnose and treat my bum kinee. I finally gave up when I never got a callback.Either you folks have more than enough business and dont need more patients or your administrative staff are totally incompetent. On the recommendation of a neighbor, I scheduled an appointment with Dr Urch at the Center and got in to see her in 2 days. I will be telling all my friends and family to forget about Desert Orthopedics. Even though your doctors may be good, your office scheduling and protocol sucks.

EVERYTIME I go in there the front desk staff are so rude. I dont understand. I sent my husband in there today because I dont like going there and they were rude to him as well! Once you get past them the doctors are cool and nice! If they dont like their jobs they should move on!

They have great care, but terrible management. They don’t care about their employees or things that are going on. They would rather do what is best for them and the company. They let good people go, and keep the people who are terrible at their job. Don’t give warnings, write ups nothing. You’re just done. You don’t stand a Chance here. If you are ever offered a job here I highly recommend that you run far, far away. This faculty and management will make you end up on depression meds. The mind games they play with their employees makes you mentally sick. And question why you are working there.

Not sure about some of these bad reviews. I have had 3 separate operations done over the years and I have always been treated with great respect. Doctors and staff are great. I would not go anywhere else.

I was treated bad by Jodi, receptionists and a male physical therapist, on Dec 6, I was returning wrist gloves for my niece. Jodi started arguing with me that the gloves were old and my niece was fitted had been fitted the day before that she watched the therapist. The gloves were for 2 left hands. She proceeded to make rude comments while examine gloves. Then she got up and walked away. Brought therapist with her who was as rude as Jodi, regret not getting his name. I told them I had driven from Madras and was doing a favor. The two of them were very insistent that they wouldn’t exchange glove for the right side. I left wondering how DO went to extremely bad customer service and exchange not made.Tonight I was informed that Jodi told therapist I threw gloves at her. That is a lie. I am a professional and would never act in that way. Too bad I liked Dr Moore, Dr Finter, I have been a patient well over 15 years.

WORST doctors office I have ever been to in my life! What a joke this place is. It took them 2 weeks to fax in my prescription. It has been 1 month and three weeks and they STILL HAVENT sent over my secondary authorization for physical therapy. I have called them so much I have lost track of the number of phone calls. So if youre looking for a place that cares for their patients, this isnt it. This place is pure garbage. Go anywhere else but here. This place should be shut down. Theyre horrible!

Terrible service. Pretty sure they fill all the buildings Schedules then cancel the ones with the least people. My appointment was scheduled in wrong city. Then they called and canceled my next one cause doctor was in another office and my time was no longer available. Also couldn’t guarantee that the doctor would be in the right building for they one they just scheduled. Almost a month late.

Excellent Doctors but terrible support staff. The doctors appear to have no control over the office staff. The office staff have outright lied to me stating that the doctor has given certain instructions that the doctor clearly never gave. There is no way to reach doctors for follow up care and concerns. They will only direct you to the referring doctor who just refers you back to them. Its a circus. Once you see a doctor - its impossible to get any questions or phone calls answered. You have to make another appointment which could take weeks or months.

Horrible patient service when it comes to referrals. You can call and no-one knows what you are talking about. They used to have pretty good patient care I am not sure what happened. God forbid you are injured and in pain because they do not seem to care at all!

I accidentally cut off part of a finger and my immediate care provider scheduled a next-day appointment with high desert ortho to repair the damage. Showed up for my appointment and was told it had been canceled. No phone call, no explanation, noeffort by office staff to assist further or refer me elsewhere. Enter at your own risk.

I was quoted 6500$. It cost over 30 k for same day surgery. In most industries a quote is the price. Not here.
