I had my first child here in 2020, I had a great experience. Focus on natural birthing, and all so supportive. Thank you to the staff, even in a pandemic, they keep working hard to make years the experience special.

I wish there was another hospital in bend because this place is a joke. 👎🏻 I’ve had 3 scheduled inductions and every time, after making endless plans for childcare and other things, they cancel on me. Not only do they cancel last minute but they’re rude about it as well. As if I’m not important. And when I finally get in to have my induction, the nurses are pushy and cold. I had one nurse that was kind and attentive to me. One! Out of so many!! I know their job is stressful and they’re busy but if you can’t handle it, find a different profession. Because I know there’s people out there that have a pleasant experience in their hospitals and it ain’t happening here..

Every single person my husband and I met during our four day stay at the family birthing center was absolutely amazing. Everyone...the nurses, lactation consultants, anesthesiologist, doctors were so attentive, kind, caring. We could not have found a better place to deliver our son and I’m forever grateful.
