Sara is amazing. She helped me individually with anxiety and through some really tough times as well as providing marriage counseling. She helped us to communicate with each other effectively and provided a safe place to work through some stuff. She is kind but also up front and not at all judgemental. She has helped me while having fertility issues, thru pregnancy and post partum and beyond. Cant say enough good things about Sara.
