As a colleague of mine, I know that Daniel is compassionate and understanding as well as being nonjudgmental. He understands sex addiction and the challenge of trying to heal. He is knowledgeable in parenting and family issues, and offers a Christian perspective through it all. I cant recommend him highly enough.

I have collaborated with Daniel McKenzie as a colleague for several years and have known him to have a thoughtful and caring approach to serving each of his clients on a consistent basis. I have also experienced him to have an ongoing dedication to learning and expanding his experience professionally. I can highly recommend him as a therapist accordingly.

I have been so pleased in my work with Mike Newman. He has helped many people in my church find hope and healing. His commitment to biblical truth, along with a deep understanding of how people practically grow, have been such a blessing and great resource. I highly recommend him. This review is for Helen Hofman: I worked with her for a period of approximately 8 months.I guess like a lot of people, I put off going to counseling as long as possible, because I thought that I should be able to manage my grief and depression on my own, if only I could just get my act together- but two years after the suicide of my oldest son, I was still trying to hide the PTSD panic attacks from my loved ones and employers. I didnt see any way out of how I felt, and so I accepted that this was my new life-joyless. Originally, I only contacted Helen for better tools to keep up the Im ok showThank the Lord, Helen didnt leave me there! I found Helen to be practical and down to earth. Her approach didn’t feel canned or out of some text book, it was like talking to a wise friend that knew me for a long time.Helen’s approach includes so much more than just talking. Helen used skilled processes like Life Span Integration to unpack my trauma, so I could leave it in the past, which freed me up to embrace the cherished memories of my son; changed forever, but whole. I do feel like our shared faith hastened the healing process immensely, as we were able to integrate the healing of my spirit, along with heart and mind. To this day, I couldn’t say exactly how she managed it all, except that she is a masterful listener, and was able to gently lead me back to a place I thought was gone forever: Myself- fully alive
