Scheduling was a nightmare, working out the Zoom call with them was a nightmare(I work in IT and use it frequently). After finally getting my first teen in via phone call I received a call from them saying due to company policy they cannot work with my teens because they are part of a court case.Long story short, my girls(Im their new legal guardian), have been abused and mistreated for years by their parents and grandparents. So some of the people who need help the most this company refuses to work with. Why couldnt they ask these questions prior to setting up appointments and wasting my time.Take your issues and money/insurance else where to someone who wants to help people who need help and doesnt hide behind whatever legal red tape, etc. that they are so afraid to help those in need the most.

Shelley is a wonderful counselor and my daughter loves her. Shelley has always been very respectful of our beliefs and wishes and has never tried to be pushy about anything. My daughter trusts her and has a very good relationship with her. Shelley is a no-nonsense type but also very easygoing, friendly and empathetic. She is my favorite counselor I have met over the years.
