Im so happy I went to this clinic, they made my experience so great. I have to say that the technician was super professional and nice. He made me feel so comfortable. He explained me everything, and was so patience. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. The room was big with comfortable bed. I slept like a baby:) I highly recommend this clinic, definitely 5⭐ service.

My experience was terrific. The technician I worked with, Amanda, as well as the additional staff, were very kind, patient, hard working, knowledgeable and efficient. My experience was wonderful! My tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. He even brought me extra pillows. At one point i woke up and had to use the restroom so he helped me out of bed and then Re-hooked me back up so I could sleep for two more hours. I was very pleased with this as i have done sleep studies before and if i got up they made me go home and I didnt feel id slept enough for the study. So i left this time feeling id gotten a full nights sleep and cant wait to get the results. I felt right at home there and well taken care of

We had a room without a functioning tv. Believe it or not that actually is the most important feature for a child to feel comfortable before sleeping considering they are hooked to a machine with about 40-50 wires. My daughter couldnt sleep and is now traumatized by the experience. Dont recommend at all.

I had to bri g my 2 year old in! My tech was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! (Andrew I think? He’s working in the field for 14 years) anyways he was the best! He did so good with my toddler and made she he told her everything he was doing and was telling her the colors of the wires!! Regardless he did an amazing job and would go back if needed!!

I was greeted at the door by Ernie (female not sure how to spell her name) from the moment we met she was so caring and very professional. She was very thorough going over everything. I was so excited to have the study done to better my health and I think that made this whole process easier. The room was clean and neat like a 5 star hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Now just waiting the results wish I hoped would be ready sooner. If I had any complaints that would be it. Due to the nature of things with COVID I am understanding that things take extra time . Definitely recommend this place

The care was awesome! The office/rooms were extremely clean and I was setting up for my sleep study/test at my appointment time. The bed was very comfortable and all of the procedural information was explained upfront which meant there were no questions left unanswered on my end.

Five stars is not enough to rate my experience with Byron! He was so incredibly pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable! Super nice guy that put my nerves to rest immediately. Byron exemplified professionalism from start to the end of his shift. He definitely deserves to be promoted!!

I arrived at 8:30 pm Ms Valentina greeted me with a smile and brought me in their suite, she introduced me with Angela. Admission was very easy, I let them know I had submitted everything online, they both checked and found it.Angela was my technician, she is fabulous, caring, professional, friendly, helpful. She explained everything step by step, I felt safe and comfortable making me feel at home. Valentina and Angela truly demonstrates sincere teamwork experience. Both ladies were very kind. I was reluctant but they made me feel safe , comfortable and feeling right at home . The room where I spent the night very clean, comfortable and accommodations better than a five star hotel. Both Angela and Valentina are big assets and are awesome contributors of exceeding expectations, it is truly a blessing been cared by wonderful people who treated me like family

Took my son in for the study and Andrew, the tech, was awesome. He walked my son through everything and explained what each of the wire was for. He talked to him as a person, not a child and just had a conversation with him. Made the experience that much easier and helped to ease my son’s nerves.

Very comfortable facility, great sleep specialist technician handled my sleep study. The administration is a little disorganized regarding paperwork, did not have me on the facility schedule, but the sleep specialist did some research and found my appointment on the computer. Not his fault at all! I had asked them to send me registration paperwork ahead of time, twice, and never received it so I had to fill it our when I arrived.

Great staff great experience. The staff was absolutely fantastic very friendly also, they answered all the questions I had to ask due to the fact I never did a sleep study before. Advanced Sleep Medicine is amazing. Keep up the great work guys and gals

Cameron was very informative and such a great guy. This was my first sleep study and he put me at ease. Very kind and gentle with all those wires and tape. I hope he gets an attaboy from his boss because he deserves it.

I had a sleep study Multiple Sleep Latency Test on Monday night -7/6 and also on Tuesday morning - 7/7. The sleep study went fine until at 5:30 a.m. I was awakened and took my morning medications and ate my peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich @ 6:00 a.m. and I either watched Channel 5 morning news or read my Kindle and II had to stay awake until the Multiple Sleep Latency Test started at 7:25 a.m. The first of four tests - there were a total of four rest every two hours went fine and I fell asleep right away. When I woke up the light in the room was on. I then either watched TV or read a book on my Kindle between the tests. The second, third and fourth tests I just closed my eyes and relaxed my body since I wasnt sleepy at all. The testing was fine and the technician Damien was a GREAT man. If anybody is recommended by their doctor to have a Multiple Sleep Latency Test I would recommend the Torrance location since it was close to where I live.The room that I was in (#11) was really nice and the bed, pillows were very comfortable to sleep on.Loraine Roberts

I thought it was fine. Richard ( the respiratory therapist) was very kind, attentive, courteous and excellent. My only complaint was there was no one else in the building— which didn’t seem professional. Also— I wish I had been aware I would be awakened at 5 am and out the door at 5:15!

The place is really nice and comfy inside. The tech was super nice! I was nervous going there but felt better once I was there. The rooms are not cold like at a doctors office. The bed was super comfy and they had nice TVs with cable.

I arrived at the scheduled time, 9:45 pm, to find the entire parking lot and building dark and empty. No security guard inside or outside. Once in the building, the lighting was terrible. VERY CREEPY. Dark, empty hallways. I almost left then, but decided to just get this over with. When I found the office (3rd floor...dark elevator), the young lady working was very polite and nice. However, there were COCKROACHES in the brightly lit reception area. I could only imagine how many roaches would be running around once I’m tucked in, and the lights were turned out!! I left and will re-schedule with a different clinic.Being a nurse, I am tempted to report this to the health dept!I would not give even one star, but the site will not post without it.

Wonderful. I was there with my 11 year old son. We were asked questions and had our temp checked before we were allowed to enter. We were escorted to a private room . (Very clean) we both felt very safe. Every staff we encountered wore full PPE. The patient was unable to wear a mask due to all of the wires , etc that are put on him. But we were in a enclosed private room the whole time. I personally continually wore my mask ( 10hours)As a personal precaution. Professional staff from beginning to end. I highly recommend this facility.

The technician were great. I had a problem with scheduling or whoever is in charge of giving detail about the procedure. When it was time to hook me up the tech put glue in my hair to hold the wire in place. I was never told that was gonna happen and I had just gotten my hair done. I had to wash my hair to remove the glue. I am African American and we have to handle our hair differently. I spent money i didn’t have to. Communication need to be improved.

After 1 month. I still have yet to receive my titration test results. No response from messages, email or phone calls.

My technician, Patrick, was great! Very patient and kind and brought me a reading lamp so I could read my book and calm down for my study.

The staff were professional and friendly and helped my daughter stay calm and explained everything in a kid-friendly way for her to understand the process. Everything was quick and well-managed and went as perfectly as possible! I really appreciate the care the tech took to be friendly and make sure our needs were met. I can’t remember his name, but he was truly amazing. My daughter is still talking about how nice he was. (He had tattoos on his arms and I think had a 3 letter name. He told me when I was filling out paperwork and it just didn’t stick in my brain.) The facility was very clean and well-kept. I was literally blown away by how well it went. Thanks so much!!

My technician was wonderful! Patient and amazing. It did take almost an hour from my scheduled time to actually be seen and get all the wires done, so I’d say wait to take any medications your doctor said to take. They seemed short-staffed so it took more than fifteen minutes to be seen. Walls are pretty thin so it’d be nice if they had more “quiet” signs and reminders posted. Close and convenient place.

The facility was good. Chairs were too small for plus size people. Bed was great. My nurse was awesome!!! Patients should be told exactly which door to go to so they are not walking around outside the building. For patients who use a CPAP machine already. It should not take more than 2 hours to determine what needs to be done. Sleeping without a machine was very hard and I felt like I was suffocating and gasping for air.

Very nice place ... The lady who assisted me was very nice and patient I recommend this facility to everyone... Nice, clean, safe, wears the mask and definitely practices social distancing....

When we arrived we were greeted by a staff member who was a lady and she was very welcoming and very engaging with my daughter. The stay at advanced sleep was great. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. I didn’t sleep so well since I was more concerned about my 4 year not rolling off the bed. That’s the only down side of the beds.The facilitator was very gentle and patient in placing the wires on her body. He also asked for my help so nothing was uncomfortable for my daughter and also came to check up on her often. My daughter enjoyed the stay. She wanted to return the next night for another sleep study.Thank you!

I was nervous about my sleep study, my care taker for the night was very professional, I did not get his name. He explained every step along the way, which made me feel relax, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very cool, I even watch T.V to help me fall asleep. I highly recommend Advance Sleep in Encino, Ca.

I am very thankful to the very helpful gentleman that was working the evening I had my appointment. I forgot his name and I feel bad about it but he was very helpful with any questions I had and accommodating. My previous experience at another sleep center left me putting off my appointment here for some time but now I wish I had done it sooner. The beds are very comfortable and I was so excited when I saw they had adjustable beds too! I have one at home so it was almost like being at home except with a bunch of wires attached. The rooms were also nice, I would suggest everyone to go here if you need a sleep study.

The technician was great (sorry I dont remember his name). He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything he was doing. He made sure we were both protected with masks, gloves, hand sanitizer. Best night sleep Ive had in a long time. Facility was extremely clean. Very pleasant. The room was very nice & the bed & pillow were very comfortable.I would highly recommend this place to veryone needing a sleep study.

I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to sleep being in a different place and being hooked up to wires. But the room and bed were very cozy. And Vanessa was wonderful. Very sweet, personably and professional. She made the experience so much better and made me feel at ease.

Melissa was very professional and calming as the wires/connections at first seem uncomfortable. Her demeanor made it easy and I went to sleep right away, which is unusual even fir me at home. I highly recommend doing this test. It will help you to know how you are sleeping and diagnose what to do to live a longer healthy liver life by getting a deeper, longer sleep. I’m glad I did this now and do will you be.

This was my 3rd sleep study. My technician was Paulina and she made all of the difference. I have never been able to tolerate the CPap part of the study before let alone become accustomed to using the machine at home. She chose the right mask and air settings to allow me to sleep with the machine for the second half of the night. It was a revelation. I have not slept or dreamed in years! My health has been declining and I am looking forward to getting back in shape and being healthy. Thank you Paulina.

I thought it was a very pleasurable and intellectual experience regarding my overnight stay at Advanced Sleep Medicine Services. I thought the staff was very agreeable and had great customer service skills. I enjoyed my time at Advanced Sleep Medicine Services.

My review is based on their lack of communication/ organization when trying to schedule an appt. I had tried since September to get an appt. I had to call numerous times and they kept messing up the paperwork. They never called myself or my Dr to say they needed more of this or that. It took so long that I never got an appt because they closed indefinitely and NEVER called to say they were even doing that. Now Im stuck paying out of pocket because of the new year and I need to meet my deductible for my insurance when finding a new company.

Overall my experience was very good! Nathan was excellent! He was kind, polite, attentive and gave instruction all through the night to reassure me and contribute to my level of comfort. He called me earlier in the evening to see if I had any questions and if I knew where to go. That call did so much to lessen my apprehension of being in a strange place, especially overnight and with someone I didn’t even know!Overall the room, bed, linens, were very attractive, clean and comfortable. There was a large recliner chair in the room that had damaged the side of the wall which was a bit unsightly. Also, used toilet paper could not be flushed and had to be placed in a receptacle which was a bit off putting.In general I would recommend the procedure and the facility especially under the direction of Nathan!

Staff was very nice and my staff member when I needed something she was very kind, and helpful to me, however to me the room was cold. The call button was placed in the wrong place it should have been on the left side of the bed where the apparatus that I was hooked up too. But all in all it was very nice and clean, and my staff member brought me an extra blanket that was very nice of her, I do not remember her name, she was the only female there so to her thank you for helping me, there was a gentleman there too he was nice also. I give them two members a 5 stars the room setting gets 4 1/2 stars just because of the placing of the call button and being cold other than that it was a very nice stay.

I had a great experience with Advanced Sleep Medicine Services for my in-office sleep study. Made appointment online as well as completed paperwork. Check in for the appointment was quick, and the technician was friendly, professional, and proficient in installing all the various sensors. The sleeping room was very nice and the bed and bedding very clean and comfortable.

The nurse who worked on me she was perfectly 👌. She made me feel at home since it was my first time to do this she cooled and made me relax to get through this sleepy study

All was efficiently set up for my sleep study. The bed was comfortable. The room temp was just right. Of course, it was difficult to sleep with all those wires but I hope they got enough data for the study. The walls could have some additional sound proofing but they had ear plugs available - yeah.The instructions said I could bring my own pillow so I did. Unfortunately, after an almost sleepless night I forgot my pillows at the center. Ive been unable to retrieve my pillows as the center has no open hours during the day and no one returned my call to schedule a time for a pick up. So, I guess Ill have to kiss those pillows good-bye.

If you have to have a sleep study, this is probably as good as can be expected. Very professional, prompt, clean. Tech was very good.

I originally thought I was going in to be the main cast member for SAW 7 but upon arrival felt at ease and very comfortable. The person monitoring me was very helpful and comforting. The whole thing was over in the blink of an eye.

It was a very pleasant experience all the way around. I wasnt sure I would be able to get to sleep in an unfamiliar environment, but I went to la-la land pretty quickly in spite of being completely wired up, plugged in, and monitored by Big Brother! Even got into some vivid dreaming, as usual for me, so got to watch my own private movie too! The dude with the long hair was exceptionally nice and professional (sorry, dont remember your name at the moment) --- a great blend of friendliness and professionalism which you dont see very often.

Place looked clean and smelled clean. Your employees were overworked, your facility was overbooked, my appointment was at 9:45 and It was 1 hour and 15 minutes before I attended to. There were 5 people that evening for a sleep study and you only had 2 technicians working. Additionally, I filed the paperwork on line and for whatever reason your technicians could not access it, and I had to redo all the forms and questionnaire, so I recommend you warn people on your website or via email, that way if they have an early day the next day, they can plan accordingly and maybe book themselves for 7:30PM if they plan to be in bed by 9:00PM.One more thing, for some inexplicable reason, there is an 16 square inch hole cut out of the ceiling tile directly above your head when you are laying down. I thought it was for a camera for the study, came to find out its a landlord issue, they never fixed it, so you are staring into the ceiling space as you drift away, wondering if a rat is going to peer its head out the hole, but I kept telling myself the place looked too clean to have rats, and off I drifted to sleep.

Emerson made a very personable and professional presentation for Advanced Sleep Medicine Services. Although I have had sleep studies before (and knew what to expect) he walked me through what to expect for each step to the calibration. KUDOs to Emerson!

The respiratory therapist was very kind and supportive. I was worried about covid and she made me feel very safe as she was fully masked when placing the testing equipment on me. I have had 3 sleep studies in my life and this was the best experience out if the three. thank you.

The nurse there greeted me as soon as I walked into the facility. She identified herself and then let me know what was going to happen and how it was going to happen. She did everything she had to as far as connecting me to the machine. Then in the morning she told me I was ready to leave. I Didn’t have any problems at all here.

Amy is helpful and very experienced and I have high hopes that once I get my CPAP machine I will be able to achieve restorative sleep once again. The beds and sheets were also very nice, like a fine hotel!

Advanced sleep is a very comfortable and home like environment with professional staff that really give you full attention. I felt very relaxed and in good hands during my overnight stay there. Thumbs up and I would definitely recommend this place in Hemet to do your sleep study

Amazing staff, very clean & there is parking available. We waited 5 min to get a room & around 10 to have someone put all the cables on my son for his sleep test. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped us out but he was very patient with my son & worked around him to make him feel comfortable. He also explained step by step & made sure my son understood everything that was going on. He made sure that we were okay and that we were both comfortable. Bring your own snacks & water as they don’t have any available, also a sweater as it gets very cold at night. Overall Amazing experience!

Took $636 payment. Never filed properly with the insurance company and now have gone out of business with no way to reach them. Total scam. Dr. Said Mostafavi should lose his medical license. He is the owner of the company and his office refuses to take any accountability.

My tech was very efficient and friendly. I had a nice, private room and the bed was very comfy! I was very pleased with on-site and auxiliary staff. I highly recommend ASMS.

At Advanced Sleep Medicine Services Facilities in Lancaster Where clean , the technicians were very nice, and very Accommodating.I had a lot of sensors, Wiring and the likes there were connected to me but overall experience was very nice.

The person who helped me was Paulina and she was great! They are so friendly here, and this experience went well and was very interesting, too. The bed was Soo comfy! The room was nice and clean. Overall, 5 stars.

DO NOT put your health in the hands of these people!!! None of the staff holds themselves accountable to dropping the ball. The managers are not returning my calls to explain why they have not sent my paperwork to my insurance company.. They lied and said they were waiting on my insurance Company, but when I called Blue Shield to facilitate my paperork, they confirmed that this company had never even sent in the paperwork at all and I have been waiting for weeks!!!! My doctors office did their part, I did my part, my insurance company did their part, but the people at this company dropped the ball over and over and all they say when I call to get answers is Not my fault, I just answer the phone. No remorse, no accountability, and they take no responsibilty! The managers dont care and they are all condescending. All they care about is collecting a payheck while they answer the phones and basically say Oh well, no my fault, I just answer the phone. DO NOT put your health in the hands of these people!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I had a wonderful experience doing my overnight sleep study at the Pasadena location. My female technician that night was amazing! (I wish I could remember her name right now!) Anyways... she had a sweet demeanor, was knowledgeable and friendly, and she made me feel very comfortable. We had a few laughs together. Overall, I would highly recommend this facility!

This was my first sleep study. Dodge was the person that monitored me throughout the night. Both Dodge and the other technician we extremely knowledgeable and informative. Dodge explained everything. I was apprehensive as I headed to the location on Olympic as I knew the building would be closed. I pulled to the gate, through the intercom I said I was there for a sleep study. The gate opened, they told me I could park anywhere and which elevators to use. I laughed after the set up as I looked like I was in a sci-fi movie with the electrodes. It was a great experience.

My experience was ok. The main thing that bothered me was that the sleep technician didnt speak much English. I felt that I couldnt discuss my worries or anxiety with him concerning the sleep study because I had extreme trouble falling asleep. When I snacked since I was hungry in the middle of the night, he just asked Are you almost finished? Without asking why I couldnt sleep or giving me tips. He just mentioned that I was sleeping in a new place and that could be why. Also, the sleep lab was short. 10:30pm-5:30pm. It doesnt give you enough time to relax and get used to your surroundings. I just felt that they could have tried better and at least asked if I have insomnia. I would recommend a better place.

Our technician was great with my 10 year old! From beginning to end everything went smoothly. The only minor detail I feel could be improved is that talking in the hallways should not be allowed. Other than that, it was a great experience for my son and myself!

Staff was very accommodating and understood its hard to sleep with out my significant other in the room and set her up last minute. He was very knowledgeable and extremely nice and professional.

Staff was friendly and very nice. But my room door was opened by some unknown person while I was trying to fall asleep. It was startling and disruptive. I think that if they put a number or some sign/decal on the door to indicate its a patient room (and not a potential restroom/ or another communal room) then the mistake will less likely happen. Other than this instance, it was a pleasant stay.

The experience was made comfortable with the support and caring Noel. She calmed me down after I was so upset when I couldn’t find the location. The directions should have explained where the Lab was located. It was so dark I couldn’t see the signs. If it wasn’t for a guards help I would have never found the location.The study was better then I experienced before. The stuff that was put on my face was very difficult to remove and left my face very red and itchy. You should have provided something to clean it off with. The stuff in my hair was equally terrible would be better to get something else to use. Room was nice. Bed would have been nicer with a mattress pad Under the sheet covering the plastic water proof mattress cover. Would have liked some low meditation type music to go to sleep with but that’s not expected. I liked the mask that was used.Looking forward to getting the results.

A beautiful clean center with comfy beds. The professional staff, Bryon was helpful throughout the night. Many trips with bathroom breaks. He explained the sleep test, the equipment, the reading, and the report will take 2 weeks. Great smiles, warm and friendly service staffs.

I forgot the guy’s name but he was really really cool he was very clear and detail on everything he did.. at first he was uncomfortable to put the puddy in my hair because I wear my hair Urban so I told him don’t worry about that I can fix my hair.. so I moved my hair around for him, then he asked me what’s my occupation I told him and he asked as I going to school I told him I just started Respiratory therapist program at ACC he lighted up so he talked and explain everything to me while he did his work, he was fun and great if I had to do it again I’ll go to him so the shift for 07-01-20 I came at 8:45pm it was the man who worked that shift cool dude I enjoyed them. Now the lady who woke me up she was very nice and quick

Mostly good.The website and someone on the phone (at the main office, not at this location) both said theyd wake me by 5:30 a.m. and Id be ready to leave by 6. Actually, it was about an hour and a half later. Im not complaining about the opportunity to sleep later, but it is important to know that this may happen so that you can tell your employer that you might be late to work in the morning (or if you are not bringing your car and need plan public transportation or for someone to give you a ride home) and so you know what clothing, sunglasses, etc., to bring.One suggestion: There should be a shower, both to help getting the stuff out of your hair and so that you can go to work after an overnight test without having to go home first.

My tech Andrew was top notch, he was very informative, caring and put me at ease. The room was spacious and like a hotel. Supposed to get results and recommendations to primary care physician in 2 weeks, which is very slow.Called it 10 days ago, said they will do it ASAP.Has been 4 weeks and nothing. Worst ever experience, fail.Do NOT recommend, will NOT visit again by choice.

Very clean, well lit. Ive have a few sleep studies, and this one was by far the best one. The previous one was dated, dark and gloomy. The staff was very unconcerned not once did she smiled. I didnt know if her lack of concern was me or because she just didnt want to be there. The staff at Advance was very accommodating and friendly. These are the reasons I gave 5 stars!!

Staff was extremely professional and explained every part of the procedure. He didnt complete until he was sure that I was comfortable with each segment of the study. And in the morning, he was accommodating and helped me to adjust to the morning.I was able to sleep better than the first time I attempted it, and hopefully the test results will help in my medical condition or verify if i need more assistance.

Technician Rosalinda was very pleasant and efficient. Only complaint is the call button light should be lit at night. I had to struggle very hard to find it in the dark. Also instructions for entering the facility should be given in advance. I had to go around the building before I could get in. I have angina so it was very difficult. Otherwise a good experience. We were turned away after arriving and were told that they could note take us in on the night we arrived because they were full. After we went home I called them and said that we would not return unless they confirmed that we were, in fact on scheduled. We never received a call back yet were billed.

I was sooo nervous having to stay here overnight and by myself. However, one of the nurses, Byron made me feel so comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was good. I had a great experience here.

The respiratory techs are wonderful people. They were very curteous, polite, professional, and respectful. My stay was a pleasant stay. I didnt stay the entire night. I just had a knee replacement one month of my visit and I wasnt ready cause I was still having knee pains.

I was greeted properly. Great customer service was treated like a queen. Everything was clean. Very attentive. My experience was excellent five star. Keep up the good work.

Cool dark place. Staff was nice. The beds were decent, but not super soft. They are a bit thinner then I like. But I am sure if I asked them to add more bedding, they would of obliged. It is hard getting used to being strapped up with wires around you and straps around the chest were constricting a bit. I also had to call to get code for the door. No one text me or gave me one prior? Overall it was Clean and I felt safe and sound.

Staff is polite informative and extremely helpful! They took care of me and my little girl during her stay and she felt safe!

Personnel were friendly but professional. The bedroom & bedding were clean and comfortable. They willingly accommodated my nighttime bathroom needs. Considering all the connections & wires, I slept quite comfortably. All in all it was a pleasant experience for me.

Going to be hooked up to a bunch of things and sleeping elsewhere knowing you are being monitored doesnt seem appealing in the least. The facility and staff member made this the least amount of horrible that it could be. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff knowledgeable.

I’ve seen several reviews that were not very encouraging, so I was a little apprehensive about my sleep study. However, my experience turned out to be very good... so far. My referral came through quickly and my appointment was scheduled within two weeks. I was given several choices for a day that would fit my schedule. I was contacted several times just prior to my appointment to make sure all of my questions were answered and was given detailed information of what to expect. My tech was very friendly and sensitive to my needs and the apprehension I expressed. The room was pleasant, the bed comfortable and once I was all connected and the system calibrated, I fell asleep comfortably. I don’t have the results yet, so I’ll post a follow up once the results are in and I find out what the next steps are.

I had the kids room. Not fancy but comfy. 3 pillows . Lots of noise from freeway unfortunately. The staff are all awesome. I would recommend it to others.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean I don’t have not one complaint my appointment was canceled and the staff straightened it out and took me in the bed was very comfortable if I had to do a sleep study again it would be at the clinic on Olympic thanks to the staff again so compassionate and caring
