Dr Peter Elissy is one of the BEST orthopedic surgeons. My husband is 87 years young and needed and extensive hip replacement and parts had to be ordered. Dr. Elissy explained all in detail and his patience was great. But thru all of this having a Dr. actually pray with my husband when he gave his evaluation and before his surgery meant more than you can imagine. He is a very special Dr. and so knowledgeable and experienced. I would give him more stars but 5 is all there is room.

I ruptured the tendon in my left thumb. So I had reconstruction surgery to repair it. I was sent to arrowhead orthopedics. Harold is the best he was not just informative but he is a really good occupational therapist they were very professional. He is. So knowledgeable

Megan the PA at Arrowhead Ortho is the best, she really shows compassion and you know she really cares about you. The front desk ladies are usually very nice. The last visit one of the front desk ladies was kinda rude like she did not want to help me( I took it personal) another young girl came to the front desk very friendly very helpful. Was great. After jumping from doctor to doctor I landed here, where they found the break in my hand where other doctors couldnt. Christina is wonderful and soft. She seemed kind of like she was having a bad day when I seen her but shes great nonetheless. We all have them.

Doctor Hopkins is the best! I went in to see him and he was a no nonsense kind of person. Directly to the point and real easy going about it. His staff were all well behaved and great also. They took care of me with no problems!

Arrowhead orthopaedics is unmatched when it comes to patient care. From the moment you walk in the door youre met with nothing but the kindest staff. From the receptionists up front to the nurses and doctors in the back youre treated like family. I was referred there because they specifically specialize in shattered bones, Ive had 2 surgeries and have done amazing when the prognosis wasnt the greatest. They truly fixed something that didnt seem to be fixable. I love this place and will always highly recommend it to anyone needing surgery.

AO is an excellent treatment facility. I am experiencing a third major surgery later this month. I have zero worries as the staff is very professional, caring and efficient. Dr. Paul Burton is one of the nicest men, I have met in a while and is also professional. He explains everything. It is good place if one must have surgery!

So glad I chose arrowhead orthopedics! Front office girls were super nice! I was in and out of there is such great timing. The gentleman that called me back to take my X-rays offered to carry my purse ( I’m in crutches) seriously so helpful🙏🏽 I was nervous about my appointment and the outcome of my broken foot. Luckily my PA was Anthony Smith, he was so awesome! He addressed all the questions and concerns I had without me even having to ask. I felt so relieved and happy with my whole experience!!

Zero ratings for alan zane physical therapist at redlands. Messed my leg by not doing proper total knee replacement therapy. Kept postponing bending therapy for the whole period of 8 months there, draining all medicare funds. Cannot bend more than 85-90 degrees, cannot come down stairs properly or tie my shoes. Now, to improve will have to go elsewhere and pay from my pocket.Administration should remove tv and should regularly supervise this therapist/s and make them work physically every minute with their patients. Manual therapy, not machines for the whole hour.

The staff at Arrowhead Orthopedics in Redlands, are by far the most helpful and kid. The staff makes you feel so comfortable and welcome, they are just like you and I, real people , that have a heart. The knowledge that I have had shown me is exactly what I want to know. They always make sure that I understand what is happening and what they are going to do.

My experience was only positive, it was smooth all the way. No waiting time really for any of my appointments and the time spent in the exam room was very minimal. I actually wouldn’t mind if I had to come back for any treatment here because I know the people here are professional and very nice to all their patients from what I saw. I have a back injury requiring physical therapy. Arrowhead Orthopaedics has proven to be an excellent resource for helping me heal. Patricia McIntyre-Heller, PT has been excellent in providing an exercise regimen and clear explanation for goals. What a great team!

We got 2 stars because the appointment was quick and we love the PA (Megan). The assistant who cut off my daughters cast burnt her arm several times with the machine. They were not as pleasant with pediatric patients at the Redlands location. The assistant who put her cast on didnt know how to do 2 colors like the Rancho Cucamonga location. If you have a young child save yourself the trouble and go to Rancho Cucamonga location they are more friendly and accomodating.

Dr. LaRose is a great doctor. Although I have a lot going on he has done everything he can to provide me with the best medical advice. He makes sure that I am aware of options available to me. The one thing I like most he wasnt so quick to rule out surgery. Hes a very easy going guy and a snazzy dresser. Wish I could see him for all my issues.

Dr. Steinmann is the best. Hes very knowledgeable and smart with great experience. He looked at my MRI results and was able to explain and educate me, on what was actually going on with my problem.He was able to immediately create his treatment plans, which was satisfactory to me. Hes very humble, caring and patient, thoroughly assessed and listened to me, while I explained my pressing medical problem.The nurses are caring too. Thank you all.

Very professional experience. I was treated like a person not a number. The staff was pleasant and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Even though I was a new patient I felt like I was a patient there for a long time. The doctor was great made me feel as if I was an important person not just a number. If the rest of my treatment goes this good 👍 to everyone there.

Dr. Anthony Smith was awesome, along with everyone that I encountered along the way, the people who took my X-rays, as well as the person who casted my foot. However, the reception did a poor job at following up with my PCP regarding the referral. Although I provided her with the verbal confirmation number, she informed me that it was not enough to confirm the appointment and stated that they didn’t receive the faxed referral packet from my PCP. When I requested that she follow up with them to make sure that the referral is completed, she stated “we don’t do that” and suggested that I call for this information. So, I ended up calling my PCP back to ask for the date and time they sent the fax, etc and to confirm that they sent it to the correct fax number. Long story short, I ended up having to play the middle man and calling back and forth between the two offices for a total of 4 different times within the same day to coordinate my own referral and ensure that I would be able to have an orthopedic surgeon finally look at the ankle that I had broken 4+ days prior. If I hadn’t been proactive in following up, I am not confident that either office would have followed up in a timely fashion which might have prolonged my pain and delayed healing. My advice if you are being referred here.. make sure your PCP emails you the referral notice with the authorization saying that you can schedule an appointment to print and bring in with you, also be sure to give that confirmation number verbally when you are scheduling your appointment. Be on top of your care.

I was very satisfied with the professional service that was provided. I felt like he was sincerely trying to give me his best advice that would be the best for me. The staff was extremely rude and Unprofessional. I have never been treated like this in a professional setting. My appointment was rescheduled two different times, after being confirmed. Stephanie was one name I had to write down and post. She was extremely rude, never said hello, by, you’re welcome. I felt like I was in a third world country, and treated less than human. This is my first and only post ever. Dr Steinmann however was professional and kind.

Dr. Hopkins and the staff at Arrowhead Orthopaedics performed my spinal surgery recently. I was very pleased with the service and outcome and would give it high recommendations.

Super helpful staff at the front desk sorting out insurance issues. Got me in super quick barely any wait time. I was in and out in 45 minutes that’s including X-rays meeting with the dr and getting a cast put on. All the staff was super friendly and professional. Dr. Grames was nice, understandable, and made sure all my questions were answered. Overall best experience I think I’ve ever had in any type of medical office! Highly recommend them!

I really appreciated how the Doctor was upset with an MRI that was poorly taken and not clear enough to properly diagnose my problem. He requested a detailed specific MRI exam that would be able to narrow down and see clearly the issue of my knee.Anyone can be a Doctor but very few people really care now a days. Look forward in continueing my treatment with this Doctor.

If you’re not having surgery, they have no interest in helping you. As soon as I told the Doctor that surgery was not an option for a young woman like me, the Doctor did not even attempt to help me find a solution for my pain. The only treatment option I was offered: “take Advil and take it easy, you’ll be fine.” Did not need to pay for a doctor to give advice like that.

About 3 years ago my insurance company referred Arrowhead Orthopaedics Redlands for my left leg. I met with Alan Zane to start physical therapy sessions. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was very nice, friendly and very patient.after I finish l was completely healed, very satisfied with the results and the treatment.about a month ago I started going to AOR again for my other leg with symptoms like the ones I experienced with my left leg, I was lucky this time too to meet with Alan again and started physical therapy with him and Janesses. She is a great, helpful, polite and professional. I recommended them to my family and friends and recommend them to everyone else.Thank you Alan, thank you Janesses.

Well it turns out that i am very happy with arrowhead i had a bad experience with a P.A. at the San Bernardino office and it kind of put me on the edge so i didnt have to much trust in the rest of the staff but turns out they are very nice competent people in all of there offices Victorville could answer the phone that seems to be a problem and gets frustrating but they are very nice there to so im excited to finally get my surgery done and i would recommend Arrowhead orthopedic to anyone that that need an orthopedic

The Rancho Office is wonderful, the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I dont recommend going to the the Redlands office, it needs to take some pointers from the Rancho Office on how to treat the patients. I had an early morning appointment and everybody was bright and chipper Dr Burton had a wonderful way about him I was in and out in an hour and very satisfied.

The doctors and staff were extremely friendly and patient with my daughter. They took the time to explain everything before hand. I would recommend them to anyone with small kids.

My opinion has drastically changed. How does a doctor speak out of both sides of his mouth. He told me tarlov cysts do not cause symptoms. And then told me the surgeries he has seen have made things worse for people. Huh? So, people are running around having surgery for things that are not causing symptoms AND how can things be worse if they were fine to begin with. That makes no kind if sense. Im so disappointed in the lack of care I received here.

My appointments are over 2 hours long. I wait always around 45 minutes to getTo my room for my consult and then wait another hour to see the doctor there. I love Dr. Patton but it is frustrating to lose a whole day just waiting.

Parking is very poorly designed considering it is an orthopedic clinic. Both times I visited I had to park far on the street and limp to the front door. Facility inside is clean and wait times werent too long. Of the 2 doctors staffed here that I saw 1 was knowledgeable, friendly, and ordered more tests before deciding on treatment. The other had no idea what he was talking about when diagnosing my condition and prescribing treatment. Before accepting treatment from a doctor I always get a second opinion. This time I am glad I did.

If you dont think a doctor can be dismissive of an injury and probably bought by an insurance company in todays world then you would be very wrong. I had to make a complaint to the Medical board of California in this case because I was only supposed to go to Arrowhead Orthopedic for rehabilitation and not decide my disability status.

Dr Ghazal is a very knowledgeable personable and thorough doctor and surgeon. I’ve been extremely happy with my knee and shoulder surgery at least eight years ago. Unfortunately he doesn’t do back surgery but if he did I would also trust him with that. It’s not easy finding a doctor like him.

This clinic is the absolute best. Hands down. My Doctor is Dr. Nikachina and she is just amazing. I have serious back and orthopedic problems that she has helped me through with the utmost care and prudence. I love this clinic and my doctor. This clinic rules.
