Been here twice now. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and Ive loved how my hair turned out both times. First time bleach and all over color, second time just a touch up. My hair actually feels healthier after getting it colored.

Michelle made me feel like a princess with my wedding updo. My hair is very difficult to deal with, but she made it gorgeous.

Had the best experience. My appointment was with Katie, she the owner of the place very professional and so helpful. She had great recommendations for me, I have problems with hair thinning and also just knowing what to use to bring back my natural curls. She brought my hair back to life made my hair look thick with the way she styled it and the products she used. I love my hair she brought my confidence back! She even took the time to explain and show me what I can use for my hair. Really sweet receptionist too. I will be going back for sure.

I had a wonderful experience with Samantha! She listened closely to what I envisioned for my hair. I’m an artist and I could tell she took the time to understand what I wanted and with her own passion and artistic flair and skill she made it happen. It was a long process, but that’s because I have really long, thick hair and she was very thorough. From the color to the cut and wash each stage was accomplished in a professional and competent way, and I am so happy with my bright dimensional blonde look! The environment is also cute inside, Katie the owner has poured a lot of love into the space, and everyone was welcoming. My hair dresser Samantha also made sure my tea was refilled and I had everything I needed!

This is my first time going to the salon. My sister has gone before to this salon and she sees Hayley! Hayley does wonderful work but she was completely booked. So I was seen by Emily swank. I had a faded red color all throughout my hair with really dark roots.I originally made an appointment with Emily as she was the only person available for a next day appointment. I am so glad I took the plunge. I briefly looked at her Instagram and she consulted with me via text briefly.My appointment is was at 9 am and by 1:30pm I was done! She was able to get all the red out! I am sooo In love with my hair. I attached photos for you guys to see the work.

My first experience here and I loved the vibe. The staff had a great energy about themselves and everyone really seemed genuinely happy to be there.I got my hair done by Felicity and she did a great job. Prior to my haircut, she discussed my wants and needs before anything else. With this being my first time here, her bubbly personality made me feel comfortable and welcome. Being a college student new to Redlands, I asked a good local friend of mine for a recommendation for a hair salon and she told me I had to go here. I am so glad I did! The salon is very beautiful and the employees are awesome. I had a really great experience, and my hair looks the healthiest it has been in a long time. I got my hair done by Kevin, and I will definitely be sending all my friends to him. Level 10 is an 11/10!

Booking an appointment was easy. They followed safety concerns with Covid very well so I felt safe (Im immunocompromised so thats important). Kelsey, my stylist, was super sweet and attentive. I told her what I wanted and she gave her recommendations based on that and the results were beautiful! Im new to the area and she even gave me some great tips about that. This is a lovely and clean salon that is staffed with talented people. I highly recommend this place!

Emily did my hair a couple weeks ago and was amazing!! I was in need of a big change and she made me feel so comfortable and make me feel great!!The salon was very clean. They are requiring face masks and made it feel very clean and safe.

Went in for hair color and was not disappointed. Katie was amazing. All of the staff are very attentive and friendly. My appointment lasted longer than anticipated and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend going here.

Today I had a Brazilian Blowout by Katie and it was the best experience! She took her time with me and gave me stellar service. I had her undivided attention and she was thorough when dealing with my hair. She did not rush! She and her assistant, Kevin, made me feel important. My hair is completely different; its soft, SILKY, and feels like a million bucks. I am hooked on the Brazilian Blowout for life (:Thank you to the staff at Level 10, they really treated me so wonderfully!

$25 for crooked bangs after showing them a picture of how it should look. Had to end the cut early cuz it was so bad. And they still had the audacity to charge for it.

Samantha did my hair. She doesnt know a thing about mens hair. I asked for an undercut She messed my long time grown hair for nothing. She didnt do the tapering correct. She left the last level hideous not even clean With hairs sticking out. She seemed like she was in a hurry. Poor quality.

Katie Baker is consistent, edgy and all about the now! Her enthusiasm to try something different when I request is beyond refreshing. She gets as excited as I do. Katie has been cutting my hair for 8 years! I still cant believe I got so lucky! Level 10 and Katie Baker are who I tell my friends and family about. I absolutely love this salon. I drive 1 1/2 hours just to come here. The staff is always SUPER friendly and helpful. They carry great products. I see Marlene and she is the best of the best. After moving to California and having 2 people at other salons ruin my hair, I was so thankful to find Level 10. I really enjoy Level 10. All the employees are very nice and go above and beyond expectations. I have always had excellent hair cuts and colors. One time they were out of stock of an item I needed and they went and got it while I had my hair done.Also, my son has been coming here since he was 1, so 9 years and he loves it. Kids ARE allowed to have their hair styled here. They are not allowed to run wild in the salon like the two toddlers were today. The employees very politely explain to the customer that they could not keep her appointment since she was 45 minutes late and she brought her two toddlers with her and no one to care for them while she had her services.

Katie did a great job on my haircut as a first time customer. She is very friendly and has a fun personality. I will be returning to see Katie in the future!

Level 10 Spa is a beautiful environment that provided me with a great surrounding for relaxation. I received an hour long deep tissue massage by the massage therapist Anna. Not only was she extremely thorough in her job, but she was also very knowledgeable about the sources to my pain. The massage was the best I have ever received and left me feeling healed. I completely recommend Anna and Level 10 Salon to anyone!On another occasion I had a wonderful experience at level ten spa with my hair stylist Mavereen. She was very gentle with the shampoo and condition. She messaged my scalp perfectly and made me feel very relaxed. In addition, she styled my hair exactly to my liking. All together it was a great experience and I will continue to be a Level 10 Salon Customer.

I have known her for nearly 25 years and she has cut and styled my hair for many important occasions in my life. My daughters are also her clients. I have extremely dry, coarse hair and Ashley Hays did wonders! On top of that, my hair went from straight to curly after surgery. She took the time to show me how to care for my own hair. Shes an angel!

I give this salon five stars. I have been here many times and each time I am greeted by everyone with a big smile, always made to feel very comfortable, offered coffee tea water. The salon itself is very clean and sanitary. The services I have received so far: eyebrow waxing, highlighting, low lighting, complete color, haircuts and Brazilian Blowout. The best part of the salon is Mavreen Jimenez, she has been my stylist for about two years. I followed her to this salon She is so amazing, and also being an artist, she knows what will look best on you as far as style and color. I have also purchased hair products from this salon and am very satisfied with both the products, prices and service.

So i was looking for a hair salon in Redlands and Level 10 poped up it had great review so i decided to try it out and let me tell you best decision i made!!!! I was very skeptical to get my hair cut because i didnt know if it was fixable due to i have a pixie cut and its growing out so I am in the ugly stages of it growing out... But mavreen Did a great job she gave my hair texture and gave it shape So now my hair can grow out evenly and it will look nice!! .....(I didnt even think it was possible to get sometime of shape )due to its so short but she did wonders... ohh and the hair treatment she put on my hair left my hair silky smooth (my ends were really Dry )!!!! everyone there was very welcoming just a great experience overall!!!!
