I have been seeing this doctor for over 20 years ... I wouldn’t choose another doctor because he is very caring and he pay close attention to my needs... He monitors me very good.. I read some comments regarding the wait time to me it’s worth the wait if any to get good care.... Keep up the good work doctor

Dr Harold Luke is a professional medical doctor specializing in family medical services conveniantly located in the downtown area of Redlands,California.Dr Luke always takes care of his patients with the desire to be sure they are receiving the most professional health care .His office is busy so from time to time their is a small wait time but thats because he is so sought after for his medical services.His practice offers free parking,on a quiet street in Redlands.His waiting room is largewith plenty of seating with a large window overlooking a beautiful floral garden-very calming and peaceful while waiting.He offers his services to all individuals with a friendly staff and courteous demeanor.His practice also services medicare,IEHP -Inland Empire Health Provider services,social security medical services,AFDC,SSI,and other state and government programs.He also has an office in Grand Terrace,California .We are very pleased with services of Dr Harold Luke.

Worst experience at a doctors office ever, had a 10:00 appointment left out of there at 1:00 p.m. still never having seen the doctor but I did see him sitting at his computer the whole time I was there with no other patients having been called. Absolute leading most unprofessional doctors office I have been to in my entire life

This is the second time I made an appointment at 8 am and no one is here. Its almost 8:30 and still sitting in my car. Not only that I was here for 3 hours The first time and I was only patient.

Well aside from the lengthy wait, I am happy with my new doctor, after spending a tortures 4 months in the hospital last year, I was very concerned about finding a good primary doctor, and Dr. Luke has been just that, he has been helpful in making sure my health maintains well, guiding me and helping me get better at a comfortable pace. Doing better each day, a lot of the credit goes to my doctor. So be patient, and you wont regret being a patient:).Trupti Patel

Always have to wait one hour amd some odd minutes!! Cant wait that long, they give appointments during scholl hours everytime and even for physical for school sports you have to take different appointment when you are already in one appt. terrible experience 🙄

Worst office staff and office I have ever experienced! There were no other patients in the office, we waited for 30 min up front, 1 hour in the exam room, and then 30 more min after the Dr came in. For a simple referral. The front desk girl is prissy and has major attitude problems. We dont complain about things like this often, if ever, but I would NOT send my worst enemy here for anything. Also previously when my wife had a simple skin infection, the Dr said it could be caused by diabetes and requested a full blood panel. #1) it cant be caused by diabetes, #2) all it needed was antibiotics. What a joke, the offices themselves were horrible and dated back to 1920.

I’ve dealt with horrible Drs at least Dr Ouke is kind consistent and actually cares. Every Dr makes you wait....

This place is super unprofessional.. I went in for an appointment 20 mins early and had to wait an hour to get a room..(mind u there wasn’t anyone else there) once I was in the room I waited an hour and 15 mins before the doctor came in.. he didn’t even seem like he knew what he was doing. Not to mention it looks like u could be inside a doctors office in Mexico.. save your time and don’t come here

I have had 2 previous back surgeries and Dr. Luke was good at filling my prescriptions until he had to do an authorization through IEHP. He asked me to give him a urine test which I did its been 7 to 10 business days and he still has not completed my referral for IEHP for my pain medication instead he seen me once a week to give me other pain medications and he keeps billing IEHP every week I come in and sometimes I have to see him twice a week because he will only give me a 3 to 4 days Supply. I dont know how hard it could possibly be to fill out a patient plan with IEHP hes had over two weeks I guess his patient or their pain isnt any of his concern. He cannot remember what he says from one appointment to the next hes constantly messing up my prescriptions and he always has negative things to say about my 12 year old daughter and her weight which in fact my 12 year old daughter isnt even his patient. I wouldnt recommend anybody to him. At times Ive waited in his office up to 4 hours just to see him just to have him write me a prescription I take it to the pharmacy its not written out right and I have to drive all the way back to see him again because he wont pick up his phone and he will not answer the emails that his secretaries from his office and him.

Wait time is horrible. My dad had a 4pm dr apt I took time off work to take him and the dr didnt show.up until 630pm we finally got out of there by 730. Needless to.say my job was pretty pissed off as I ended up not being able to go back to work. Im sure this Dr would not want his famiky treated like this so he needs to not treat other families this way.

This is the most horrible doctors office I ever been to . i do not recommend him .I would be there for 3 hrs just for some prescriptions. The nurses are so unprofessional as well.I just filed a greivence on him. Horrible,horrible, doctor.

The second time Ive been here and I waited an hour and 20 minutes. I was the first patient of the day and so I figured I would be in and out fast . Wrong .I got up and told the girls at the front I couldnt wait any longer since I had been there over an hour. I was just in to hear results of a blood test. It didnt even sound like he was there yet.

To these people complaining. Do a Google search. You will find out whats up.

This is the worst service i have ever had. Every time I come in I have to wait up 3 hours, like today my appointment was at 11:30 and by 12:00 I finally got up and asked when we where going to be seen they said their was 2 people ahead of us and not to mention the 2 people ahead of those people!! I am pissed why make appointments if you are going to have people waiting 3 hours after their appointments!!Dr. Lukes office is the worst i advise everyone to go somewhere else!!
