I would like to take a moment to say how grateful I am to this agency not only are they very professional but the staff is very caring and supportive with positive energy. I see some of these negative remarks on the reviews and I would like u to know That it takes time you have to Have patience because it’s not the agency fault some of the backgrounds take longer than others we had to wait about six months. It was an a bad thing it was perfect timing and I think Knotts Family Agency for helping us with our placement. So far our experience has been wonderful with the children and the staff I would like to give a shout out to Diana, Verónica, Mina, and Racquel for all the wonderful help and guidance during this procedure.

Not a great agency! I been approved last 6 months and never was called to place children in my home with them they ignored my calls and messages I switched to ARK homes foster family agency and the best decision I made in 2 months I have my children 🙏😇
