Isaiah was my massage therapist. He was amazing! He listened to my concerns, asked questions before the session to reassure me that he understood what I needed, and wasnt afraid to apply pressure and work out the knots that required additional attention. This is something that is really hard for me to find. Most therapist are afraid to apply more pressure because of my small frame, but Isaiah confidently worked out my neck and shoulders in the way my body needed the most. He was highly professional even with how he draped the sheets around different parts of my body. He also did an exceptional job of explaining the technical details about how massages benefit the body. However, he will only share those details if you happen to ask during the session, and then he will politely say, he can explain the functioning if you would like. So professional! You dont have to worry about getting a wordy massage therapist if you are looking for a quiet session, but he is a great conversationalist if you chose to have that kind of session.

I finally had it with Massage Envy Redlands and cancelled. Their lnability to communicate their policies to us was out of control. They charged me through covid and I had a ton of sessions- they wouldn’t refund me for them even though they kept canceling my appointments (same day) for lack of staffing.Then they said I could transfer sessions- which I attempted to- but neglected to tell me there was a limit on them- And charged me 140.00 for a massage session last week.When confirming our appointment for today (and they even started to only call my boyfriend even though I am the account holder) he specifically asked if there was going o be a fee for today- he was told NO - they can be transferred.I had a feeling he didn’t get the correct info- so I called And sure enough- no they can’t be transferred- and further more because my account was put on hold (as I was told I could because I had such an excess of unused sessions) - my already paid for sessions were also on hold.... and here’s the kicker- they were going to charge me 40.00 for a same day cancel.I would highly warn people before they sign up- find a local therapist- massage envy is a corporate money grab- and no one seems to know what they are doing or knows the policies. Lost a ton of money- but lesson learned.

Theres so few massage envys so I have to drive an hour and a 1/2 just to get to this location but they rescheduled me 3 times already for one appointment. THEY DONT have THEIR ACT TOGETHER.DONT BOTHER !!!!

Been going here on and off for a few years and usually always leave pretty satisfied but the last therapist I saw wasnt so good. She came and got me from the waiting area 8 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and the actual massage literally felt like someone was just applying lotion to me, I even asked her to increase the pressure and it never happened. She only got a tip from me because I plan on going back to massage envy but never again to her.

3 stars cause it took me way to long to even get a call back to book an appointment.

Be very careful in dealing with the staff. Not sure why but this is my second time that they have overcharged my credit card with out my approval! During COVID they are not supposed top be charging for a service we cannot use! They just charged me for 3 months without my approval! Now I cant get ahold of anyone!! Be careful!

I got my first set of lashes from Brittney. I went with classic because I’m pretty low key. First, EVERYONE in the salon was absolutely welcoming and amazing. From the wonderful lady on the phone to the lady who checked me out. Second, Brittney made me feel so comfortable, she was kind and made me feel really comfortable, even when I felt unsure about my lash length. She was very reassuring. On that note, my lashes are beautiful, I get so many compliments and I feel great about myself with them on. I highly recommend this place to anyone who can use their services. They are a very community oriented business and Redlands is lucky to have them!

They talk you into a membership and say you’re not locked into a contract but they appreciate you giving them 6 billing cycles. When I tried to cancel my membership they told me I was responsible for an entire year. Wow. All I can say is don’t fall for BS they give when they want your membership.

Decent location. Be mindful that it could be challenging to find the right therapist for your needs. Took me five visits till i found the right therapist. Feel confident to say no, or walk out on your current session. You pay good money to get anything but poor service.

I loved my experience here. Everyone was very patient, nobody was pushy about anything ,from the moment I walked into the door til the moment I left, I felt very calm. My therapist was Michael. Hands of an angel. Pressure was perfect, he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I didnt think that Id be able to relax while getting the massage but before I even realized it I was day dreaming about galaxies and stars. I know it sounds silly but thats the truth. I highly recommend this place. And if youre unsure about choosing a particular therapist, Michael was great. I even became a member out of this, since i am a hairdresser and could use the monthly fix me up. :)

Ive never had a bad massage here. The therapists (both male and female) are polite and great with adjusting pressure and table heat and focusing on body parts when I ask them to. The receptionists are friendly and seem to always manage to squeeze me in. The quiet room isnt always so quiet, but I tend to think this is mostly the fault of the patrons rather than the staff. I have no comment on the facials as Ive never tried one.

Oh So Nice! Been awhile since my last massage so it was Soo Relaxing! Scheduled my next appointment for in 3 weeks, not a month!! I Will Definitely go back for my pampering!!

The service here is good. The therapists are polite and reassuring. The problem I had was making an appointment; they called and cancelled my appointment after I had told them I would make a payment when my debit card was reissued because my account was hacked. I had 6 sessions credited because I didnt use them but they still cancelled my appointment stating its policy. This is very poor customer service as well as an unfair policy. I contacted corporate and they stated the manager would contact me, nothing yet after almost a week.

This place is really great and they prices for massages are reasonable. It is definitely cheaper when you become a member. I will be coming back again!

This is a great place for a quick foot massage. Its a little awkward walking into a room of people getting massages, but it is $28 so it is worth it. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because while I had a great experience, my husband had a horrible experience and left with a terribly sore back for the next few days.

Therapists are good, but they seem like their schedules are very busy. Hard to get an appointment for a day and time that fits your schedule.Had a membership issue. When I initially signed up I was told that if I felt that massage was not working for me that I could call and cancel. When I did I was told that I need a doctors note stating this. If you are told something that contradicts the cancellation policy be sure to get it in writing from the employee.

I really like this place. I go in all knotted up and come out feeling happy and relaxed. I have fibromyalgia diagnosed in 2014, and read massage can help the pain. It really does. My massage therapist is both fun and professional. Ive been going for 2 years, and the only time Im disappointed is if I get sick and cant make my appointment.

Knowing I was in extreme discomfort and pain they didnt rush me for all the paperwork. I had Jennifer as my massage therapist and she listened to my needs and verified my comfort level perfectly. I actually joined as a member and will be returning in 2 weeks for another this time.

Nice place but kinda expensive if youre not a member. First visit $60, then $150 for the 2nd visit. I think Thai massage is more cheaper and no membership required lol. The front desk lady was really trying her best to convinced me to buy the membership but I told her I will think about it ;-). Totally not willing to come back ever...

Horrible business and customer service!! I had a 1 year membership and canceled it in November at the end of the year. Its now July and they debited my account for $119. Oh and they did this fraudulently, because the card they had on file for me was expired!! I cancelled my services so why would I update my card info, this business is a complete scam and there customer service is awful. When I called in about the charge the person who answered was rude and not helpful at all. I will be filing a compliant with the Better Business Bureau!! Do not go to message envy unless you want to be ripped off!!!

I made an appt online and they confirmed the appt that it was set. So I call to let them know Im running a little late then they tell me my appt isnt there and that their booked. Im so fing pissed cause Im pregnant and in so much pain I just want a damn hour massage for $50. Everywhere else wants to much so I will never go here.

Very difficult to get an appointment time that fits ones schedule. Not very convenient for those who have hectic and busy schedules which makes the membership almost worthless when you cant get services when you need.
