The technicians are always professional, nice and usually able to assist. The office staff is usually very friendly/helpful, until recently. I returned a call from them in order to schedule a routine service that was due, and the entry level employee turned the call into a rude/demeaning collections call because there was a balance due from service completed just a couple of weeks ago. I had not yet received an invoice (neither via e mail or USPS, and they have both). We have been customers for 40 years and have always paid our bills which is why they gave the courtesy to us to be billed (caring for elderly parents house) v. time of service. Behaving like your customers are your enemies is not good or smart business practice and does not properly represent the caliber of company that we have known and appreciated over the years. I asked to speak directly to the General Manager and I guess she agrees that it is not important or just prefers to not know of her employees poor behaviors because she has yet to respond to my request.

Burgesons Heating & Air Conditioning was highly recommended to me by 3 friends. I called Burgesons on Sunday afternoon and they were able to send a technician to my home the next day. The lady I spoke with on Sunday to set an appointment was very courteous and professional. The technician they sent the next day was John Beech, who arrived on time, and had no problem diagnosing and repairing my HVAC system. John is very knowledgeable and has exceptional diagnostic skills. He was well-prepared and had all the parts needed to repair the system. Additionally, the company does NOT try to over-sell, but just replaces the parts needed to fix the system. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. It gives me a great deal of comfort knowing that I have a company I trust that I can call to service such an important part of my home.

Juan arrived on-time and did an overall great job! He needed to access our attic through our master closet and he made sure to cover up our clothes so dust wouldnt get all over them, which I greatly appreciate! Juan also installed two new smart thermostats. He did a great job of helping me get connected to the website to register the thermostats. I was also able to download the app. Juan even showed me how to change the color scheme on the smart thermostats! We always get the best when we call Burgesons and today was no different! Thank you!

2nd time Ive used Burgesons AC service in the past 2 months...Very happy with the repair on my ac unit the first time & repair on my furnace last week.Thomas was the employee who serviced my a/c unit & my furnace...He is courteous & explains exactly what repairs are needed...Also appreciate that he wears a mask while inside the house..Burgesons has been in business for years...& I think their prices are reasonable.I highly recommend them.

I bought my dream house at Four Seasons Beaumont 2 years ago. The only thing that was an issue was the air conditioning and heating unit. I had it serviced after first moving in but was still not pleased as the unit was loud..and constantly woke me up in the middle of the night going off and on. Finally I decided to see if the unit could be serviced and if not let’s look at replacing this thing..after all its 16 years old. Made the appointment for service and then discovered I had a conflict but knew my husband could handle. When I got home, I had forgot about the service being done at first I though the air-conditioning was off, but it was nice and cool in the house. Later I ask my husband..did the guy from Burgeson’s show up?” Yes he told me two nice guys.. Gary and Isiah came and went though everything..changed filter ..fixed something and they were gone. That night I’m laying in bed and can not believe how quiet and cool my home is..so comfortable. I am very happy with Burgesons heating and air company. My technician arrived on time and was very courteous and pleasant. I had requested another tech but he was not available. I had not updated my contact info so they were not able to call me. Henry (New Tech) explained and was willing to reschedule me if I still wanted the other tech. I decided to have Henry do the maintenance on y unit. Like I said he was a pleasant young man knowledgeable and answered all my question. He went above and beyond in making sure I understood pros and cons of some of the items items I was thinking of doing. He gave me recommendations. I did not feel pressured, as other types of businesses make you feel. I would recommend Henry.

Burgesons A/C installed a Lennox 4T A/C unit in our home the first part of July. Let me tell you, it has been heaven in my home since then. From the Sales Rep. Jose to the installers Joshua, Richard, Mark and David they were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company. Punctual, finished in one day and conscientious of their work!

Number one they hide nothing when it comes to pricing! They give you the best deal (I quoted 4 other companies they didnt come close to Burgesons and one company even admitted Burgesons was the way to go ha-ha!) I wanted to wait for a hot day to see how my new system installed by Burgesons performs, so its 93 today, and the system works great! When it turns on it only runs 5 minutes, reaches temperature, then turns off. The crew did a good job installing the system. Happy to know its going to be a comfortable summer this year.

We needed to have our unit checked it would freeze. We called 2 other companies and both had the same result refill the gas and done. But Burgesons came out looked deeper into the issue and it was a clogged up coil We choose to replace the unit since it was very worn out. The price we got for a top of the line system was the same as the companies that had gave us the same price for a much cheaper and less efficient unit. They came out to install it and boy you can tell this company cares about its work. We had Balthazar and Kyle come out to do the work great guys great skills but not being enough rich should up thats one of the foreman and the very main person the president of the company Diane came by to deliver a few items and make sure thing were good. The salesman robbi called and made sure everything was going good and that we were happy 😊. I have used Burgesons for many years. A couple years ago they installed a complete new heating and air conditioning system that is very advanced and the best part, very easy to dial in the temperature I want. What really amazed me about them, is last year I had a roof leak under my solar panels and still under the solar warranty. I called the solar company they were out of business...my roofer would not touch the solar panels...many companies would not touch it...Burgesons came to the rescue !!!....they took off my 30 solar panels, the roofer came and fixed the leaks, and Burgesons put my panels back on !!! I highly, highly recommend them !! they have totally earned my TRUST !!!

Burgesons was very quick to respond to my inquiry and perform the install of a new heater. The crew also took extra time to add sheet metal to my heater pedestal to increase aesthetics. The office team was exceedingly helpful with questions I had about different models.

We had two mini-split AC units installed back in May 2020. The crew that came out were fantastic, efficient, came on time, and did an overall excellent job. Now 4-months later in Sep 2020, one of my units started to leak water. I called Burgesons and they had a technician come out an hour after placing my call. Lance came in, diagnosed the problem within minutes, cleaned my whole unit and showed me how to do the same, and left within an hour. Absolutely the highest degree of professionalism I could ask for when inviting someone into my home. It was awesome how quick Burgesons responded to my inquiry and fixed the problem. Mine was a very complicated project. Its a vacation rental property 2 hours away from my home and its difficult for me to get up there. The house is nearly 70 years old and had multiple additions with varying rooflines and foundations. The furnace didnt really heat the house even though it was only a few years old. Randy Young from Burgesons came to the house TWICE, got filthy crawling around under it, analyzed the situation, got very creative and proposed a solution that was way more expensive than I was expecting. after I got over the sticker shock, I confessed that although I agreed with Randys assessment and thought the solution he was proposing was the way to go, I just couldnt afford it. Burgesons did something that absolutely shocked me. They worked with me on the price! They came down a little and I was able to scrape together some more money and we moved forward. The installation was a nightmare for the guys as nothing was as it should have been in the house, but they guys remained upbeat professional and steadfast in their efforts. They were actually pretty cheerful considering the project was taking twice as long as had been budgeted for and it was very, very messy and complicated! To make things more complicated, I had to go out of the country before they finished the job and was unreachable! I finally made it up to the house to inspect the finished project and was thrilled with the results. I am VERY happy with both of the new furnaces; they absolutely were the right appliances for the job, and the installation of both units and accompanying ductwork was EXCELLENT. Both units work great, the house heats up quickly and silently. I really couldnt be happier with my purchase and my experience with Burgesons! Hire them NOW!

My heater was broke going on four months - I never felt I was receiving a fair price. I only wish I had found them early on when I had other work completed. Where to begin? I recently purchased a new home and I knew that my AC and heating system needed some work. I waited as long as I could just knowing that the work would be costly. I was approached by a representative from Burgeson’s while shopping in Costco & she sold me from the start. I expressed my concerns to her in regards to the cost being so high etc and she immediately explained that they offer different financing options that could fit my budget. I agreed to leave my information with her and have someone come out to my home and give me a quote(possibly the best decision ever). Nate was the representative who came to my home to give me a quote and immediately I was sold. I could tell that Nate had my best interest at heart and that it wasn’t just another “business transaction”. Nate explained all of my options based on my situation and made me feel comfortable with the decision to go with Burgesons for the job at hand. Justin and his crew came out to do the actual installation and replacement for my new air and heat system and I was also impressed with their service. The guys were very professional, punctual and made sure that the job was done well despite working in 109 degrees. We are currently experiencing a heat wave and although it’s 109 degrees on the outside I am happy to say that my new system has my house super cool and works wonderfully. In this recent August heatwave, my AC decided to stop working. I called their number at 8:45pm on a Thursday and they said someone would be out the next evening. They came and an installation was scheduled for the following Tuesday. They were prompt and professional. Temp was 107 but they were wonderful! By 4:00 that afternoon they were done. Very friendly installers (Kyle, Randy, Andy and Bart). Oddly, my sons condenser quit Tuesday evening and he called Wednesday morning and was able to have someone come out that same day. We are both very pleased with the work and the quick response.

Had Burgesons come in to see why my thermostat would not get any power. The technician Juan gave me a price that was very pricey and after complaining I agreed to it. My insurance company said they may be able to reimburse me if I had a breakdown of the charges. Contacted Burgesons and they could not give me an itemized breakdown of what I paid for. Could not even tell me how much the part cost. I dont know how much the part cost or the labor. They told me that they dont have that information to share with me. Oh well. No compensation from my insurance company because Burgesons only give out a flat rate. I wonder if their technicians get a commission?

We have always been happy with the service and professionalism of Burgeson’s. Right after Christmas, we had a big plumbing problem and Travis and his young assistant worked in the rain to make sure that ourhome had a workable sewer system. We are truly appreciative!

Superbly skilled company in all areas! Deegan, Noah & Cody replaced my entire HVAC system, including new duct work in the attic. Gary Weghorst came out today to follow-up on a recent installation of a new Lennox Air-conditioning system including a new furnace and thermostat. He is amazing. Professional, very service oriented, customer focused and clearly proud of working for Burgesons. He taught us how to use our remote to control everything and answered all of our questions.

I was having problems with the gas line in my fireplace and then had a hose spigot that was leaking and needed to be replaced. Travis was my technician who came out. Helpful, friendly, and explained work prior to completing it. He showed up on time with appointment and cleaned up both areas he worked in when he completed work. Added fitting to hose spigot to make any future replacements spigots a thread on to make life easier for self repairs, but told me to call back for any issues I wasnt comfortable tackling myself. Gas line work was taken care of too and checked for bubbles on lines ahead of work with me. Professional work and my go to for any issues they handle.

We want to thank Travis Rainey for such a wonderful job. He explained everything we needed to get the hot water heater replaced and replace the regulator valve that was not working properly. Very thorough, professional, and safe during the covid19. Thank you again!

After routine maintenance of our furnace from another company, it was finally recommended that it be replaced since it was almost 30 years old! The other company gave us a quote for the furnace ONLY & install and was trying to rush us to sign work orders that day. Thankfully we did NOT and a couple weeks later, we stumbled upon a Costco email about Lennox HVAC systems and gave them a call for a quote.The Costco Kiosk said it would be about 3 days before a local company got back to us to set up an appointment, but Burgesons called us back that same day, probably only a couple hours later! They were super courteous and we set up an appointment for an estimate. Dustin came out. He arrived on time, was super friendly and explained the whole process to me. He checked out our furnace, outdoor A/C unit and even went up into the attic to check out all the duct work. After seeing everything, he recommended the furnace and the A/C coil sitting on top of the unit be replaced. Burgesons quote for the furnace, A/C coil and an awesome air filter system was $500 LESS THAN those other guys who only wanted to replace the furnace and just make the old A/C coil fit back on top. Added with all the Costco incentives, it was a no-brainer. However, furnaces arent cheap, so it took a little while to get finances in order. Dustin was understanding and patient and informed us Burgesons has financing options as well. About 2 1/2 weeks later, we were finally ready, gave Dustin up a call, was able to sign work orders quickly and that same week had an appointment for the install.Balthazar and Kyle arrived on time and were very professional, courteous and entertaining. They explained to us what they were doing and how much room they would need and went to work. Anytime they needed access indoors, they asked. That afternoon, we had a shiny, new Lennox furnace, air filter and A/C coil installed. Balthazars work on those lines were nice and clean and honestly, beautiful! They made sure the HVAC components were up to code and showed us all their work. They tested the systems for heating and cooling and answered whatever questions we had along the way. They left the areas they worked in neat & clean.We were extremely pleased with Burgesons from start to finish and would highly recommend them. They even gave us a follow up call just to check up on our satisfaction with the unit! Fantastic customer service. Wonderful installers. Definitely 5 Stars!!!

This rating is for the Furnace only and not Burgesons installation or service as they have provided me with quality work ethics.I Purchased the Dave Lennox Signature Collection Sl280NV Gas Furnace and XC21Two-Stage Air Conditioner with duct replacement and had the complete system installed in just two days 6/4/2020. Installation crew did an incredible job replacing my old unit with this new unit. AC has kept my home cool throughout this hot summer months.During my 6 month service call in December, I spoke to the technician about a loud pitch noise coming from the furnace. He indicated that possibly the bearings in the Combustion Air Inducer were bad and would order a replacement and install another Inducer as the motor was under warranty.The loud pitch noise was eliminated by the replacement motor but, now there is rumbling/vibration from the Inducer Motor. The technician indicated that this is normal for this type of furnace. Preferably, the unit would be perfect if it only ran in the stage either 1 or 2 that has less rumbling/vibration.Reading reviews on the Lennox Website indicates that this Furnace system is an issue with other customers. This text is from a customer at the Lennox site Unit was installed about 1 month ago. When heat requirement called for and went into the second stage the unit noise and house vibrations was very high waking up residents even in send floor bedrooms. Installer said the high noise/vibration was coming from the NOX fan and only cure was to disengage the second stage. Furnace has been set to only say in stage 1, obviously slowing the time to heat up the house.It is disappointing to have both Lennox in their brochure and Burgesons in their advertisement for HVAC reference that this unit is quiet.I expected the fan/blower operation is normal but, having the Inducer running continuously during heating is both noisy and not cost efficient.Anyway, I cannot recommend the Sl280NV Furnace. But, the XC21 AC works great.UPDATE:I would like to thank Burgesons for their prompt attention to the noisy issues I had with the furnace they installed. Burgesons technicians replaced the inducer motor twice and added insulation to my central air closet door. The noisy/vibration coming from the inducer was still loud after these attempts.Burgesons removed the original furnace and replaced the unit with a condensation furnace which has reduced the noisy level to a minimal sound.I would recommend them for all your replacement/service needs as they stand by their commitment to the customer.Thanks again,Gerry

He not only found the part that the previous repair techs from another company missed the last time but also was able to patch up a few things that were done incorrectly since the home was built. Had them service the A/C unit and service tech was great. Very professional, let me know when my unit was made, took plenty of time to check inside filter, check vent flow and cleaned the outside coil. Offered a service plan and did not push hard. Burgesons will be my go to moving forward.

We removed three existing HVAC units and installed two new HVAC systems; a Lennox 5 ton and Lennox 2 ton and reconfigured ducting to have electronic dampers for two zones. The workmen arrived knowing what there job was; they were careful to protect existing surfaces and when there options they discussed with us and let us make choices. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The iComfort S30 thermostat is very smart (be sure to ask someone to help you set it up for YOU, it personalizes to your personal living). Qudos to Brent for helping me with my thermostat settings.

Andrew came out to put in a new blower motor for us - He was very friendly, efficient, explained what he was doing, gave me an estimate before starting that he then beat. Very Pleased with the service. Not his or the companies fault that its expensive, I dont think we could have beaten the price anywhere reliable. I was thoroughly impressed with the representative (Travis Console) sent by the company to service our heating & A/C systems. Right from the start I appreciated his respect for our homes cleanliness, by using shoe covers before entering/re-entering the house. He possessed a comprehensive understanding of our homes systems and patiently answered all my questions, throughout his service call.All my concerns involving our systems were addressed and I was pleased with the work performed to our systems. Also, during this visit, Mr. Console discovered a missing electrical wiring joint cap, leaving exposed wires within the electric box in the crawl space of our ceiling. This created a fire hazard in an area unseen, and were it not for this thorough service call, would likely have remained so until a possible fire resulted. Mr. Console corrected the hazard and in doing so, provided a safety correction above & beyond the A/C - heating system service call for which he came. I am completely satisfied with the fine service provided and have set-up a bi-annual scheduled maintenance service plan. Kudos to Burgesons for their excellent employees and service program. Lance was truly wonderful, even in the 100+ degree heat and with my dogs barking at him the whole time. We have been using Burgesons for regular maintenance for our AC units, and are looking into having them replace the breaker box on our 94-year-old house.

Daniel was the best! He was so kind and went out of his way to fix my heater. He had to run all the way to Riverside to pick up a new motor for me. After he replaced the motor he even put brackets in so my filter wouldnt move around and he put in a new filter for me. He was so nice and polite. My AC compressor went out last minute on a weekend on a very HOT weekend and they were here and fixed the issue within 2 hours. They were great to explain to me what happened and what was the issue. THE ONLY reason the I wouldn’t give them five stars is because they are a little pricey but you do get what you pay for.

Just want to recognize your crew for their outstanding work at our home this week. We had the furnace, A/C unit, and ductwork replaced. Rick Avila did a great job of meeting with us at our home and providing an excellent proposal. The crew demonstrated a great work ethic combined with true craftsmanship. Also they are good people to work with. We enjoyed their company. They reflect well on the level of professionalism that Burgesons represents. We are completely satisfied with our new system. I couldnt recommend a company higher than yours.

Had no heat for the weekend. Lance came out on Sunday around 4:30pm to trouble shoot the system. The condensation overflow relay was bad, shutting down the system. Replaced the part, unit heats. All is good. Thanks. Great company and family owned. The best there is.

Burgesons installed a new system for the last owners of my home. When I moved I called them with an issue and they honored the warranty and come out quickly. Most recently my LED thermostat was going out. They were able to send over Josh the next day, who showed up on time, wore booties into the house, installed the thermostat, got everything up and running, gave me advice on the system set up and helped configure the filters correctly all under the warranty. I was very happy with my experience.

John Beech came to our home to fix our A/C unit today. He was very professional and personable. This was our first time receiving service from Burgeson’s Heating and Air Conditioning, INC. and based on the quality of work brought forth by John, we decided to sign up for Burgeson’s Preferred Membership right away. For someone so young, we were very impressed with John’s impeccable level of knowledge and skill. We will definitely be keeping our business with Burgeson’s. I signed up for the service contract with Burgesons because of their sterling reputation. Last month I needed service for my heating system and they had to come out a couple of times. Genevieve was very patient and helpful when I called for the second time. I enjoyed talking to her despite my issue with the heater because she had such a great demeanor. Andrew came out to complete the work. He was professional, explained the service and the heating system since I have a two-story house. This information was and will be helpful.But what really surprised me was a refund for one of the service calls. In all my years I have never received a refund from a company. Their ethics, professionalism and the work they quietly do in the community to support programs is par none.

I just had my routine service done. I needed two issues addressed. I did not have to wait for the parts need. They were able to fix my issues within less then a hour. ( carried exactly what I needed with them)Alaeddin was my service technician and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. Always great and efficient service.

From the start to finish we have had great service from Burgesons. Rick came out and gave a quote, explaining all the equipment in terms we could understand. There was no pressure and he answered every question we had including any rebates there might be. We were able to set a start date, qualify for the HERO program and get started right away. Frank and his crew started to work on the scheduled date and worked efficiently explaining anything we had questions about. The work was done neatly (they even cleaned and vacuumed after they were done each day!) They even suggested adding new vents into our bathrooms. They were thorough and always protected the flooring/walls in the house. We are so happy with our new AC equipment, heater, duct work, and insulation. This is an amazing company. They are so polite, helpful and do great work.

Very pleased with the prompt service, Thomas diagnosed and resolved the problem with maximum expediency. He also gave us a valuable tip on running the air; for more efficiency keep interior doors open for an even flow of air. Impressed with the HONESTY of the service. The invoice very detailed. Every time I have your technician visit for my semi-annual service I am impressed with their professionalism and pleasantness. If there is something they feel would help me, they give me all the information to allow me to make the best choices. Burgesons has been servicing our household for nearly a decade and have always provided us with outstanding service and quality products. Weve used them on everything from maintenance to replacing an old system. Most recently they came out to make a repair and the technician, John, realized the issue was from maintenance work that hadnt been completed. He went above and beyond to get our system back up and running and didnt charge us for any of it. Incredibly competent and kind man. AC is back blowing cold and ready for the summer heat. Amazing customer service. On this hot weekend my AC went down. They could have made us wait for a service appointment but went above and beyond. They had one of their crews working in my area come by after their normal shift to check on my system. Also sent out a service supervisor to make sure all was done right. Burgesons is such a strong service-oriented company. Just had my winter service performed and the technician John went above and beyond for us. Pleasant, professional and caring. Strong service like this really stands out these days, and I strongly recommend this company for all your AC and heating needs.

Sunday night our heater broke down, Drew came out in the freezing temps to repair. Drew had our heater up and running in no time and we are so grateful to have heat in this very cold winter. He was efficient, quick and very thorough in explaining the issues with our unit. Also, we were amazed that he put on shoe protectors each time he entered the house. Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable, he deserves a raise!!

I don’t know how these guys got all these five star reviews. I called them on Thursday and asked for an estimate for a new A/C unit installation. The operator told me that everyone is out there and no one is available to give me the estimate. She took my ph # and told me that someone will be calling me . Since then it’s been three days and no call yet. I guess these guys are too busy and does not want my business and the five star reviews makes them too proud.

Weve had our A/C and heater unit for 3 years and have it maintained by Burgesons every 6 months, and have not had a problem. Every service technician that has been to our house is very professional (even puts on shoe covers so they dont dirty our wood floors). Henry Padilla serviced our A/C unit today and took the time to explain everything he did and answered all our questions. Very pleased with Burgesons service, and would highly recommend.

The end of that time was after the office was closed so we assumed we would hear from someone the next day but we didnt. I do not recommend using them for service.

They provided a competitively priced quote in a timely manner after inspecting the house, and followed-up with competent answers concerning the proposed installation. They arrived and completed the installation exactly per the schedule, which was extremely important to us. Highly recommend, especially for doing work in the Big Bear Lake area that suffers from poor access to excellent services.

Life Savers! Thank you so much to burgesons for fixing my heat. My husband and I had just come home from for a week. We came home around 4 PM in the afternoon and it was so cold in our house because our heater was not working. We called the Burgesons and they sent somebody out within an hour and had it fixed within 20 to 30 minutes. The service tech was very clean-cut and polite. He answered all of my questions and even called for a follow up to make sure everything was ok the following day.They recently added an electrician to their team, and he is amazing! My neighbor has an old Redlands home and the electricians were able to rewire everything.They are a very fair company and do not overcharge. I love this family owned company and would recommend it over and over.

I was very impressed with how well organized the crew was on my AC/Heating pack install. It was a very hot day in Barstow they pressed on the completed the job. The crew was awesome and all work was done in one day I was enjoying the cool air same day. Will definitely use Burgesons again

Heres the deal guys....I bought into this companys Service Membership deal. The technician (Vince) who came to our house was awesome and the company was also awesome at responding to my call in a timely manner. I am a new homeowner and a city boy with no domestic skills whatsoever, but after dealing with this company I see Id better start becoming my own handyman fast and in a hurry.The company boasted that since I am a Service Member I would be receiving a 20% discount, the company wouldnt charge me for an after hours rate and they were also going to waive the service charge because my unit had just been serviced by them a couple of months prior.Well, the part (AC Capacitor) that was replaced, cost $20 on Amizon and it took the companys technician approximately 30 minutes to replace. Total charge by this company to replace a whopping $221! A 1100% Mark-up just seems ridiculous! Just imagine the charge if I didnt receive all the so called discounts. Lets tack on probably another $100 and pour more salt in the wound if that was the case.There just doesnt seem to be any justice in this world, especially when some companies seem to take advantage of hard working Americans with outrageously ridiculous charges!My wife called the company and spoke directly with the service manager, he could not provide a breakdown of the charges. I got it, businesses are always trying to craft a dollar, I just wish there was a fairness to some of the work thats completed. Im sure this is a great company, but in my case I feel that they are too pricey for my budget.So, my best advice, just do it yourself! YouTube can show you how to fix just about anything.

Burgesons yearly maintenance service for our AC and heater is outstanding. Every service person has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, their service technician, Vincent Phillips, serviced our system and was thoroughly professional and answered all questions regarding how to use our system the most efficiently. Their paperwork is also very thorough in describing their evaluation and work. Also, they dont solicit any other services or equipment that arent needed.

Our AC broke on a day that was 103 degrees. Called Burgesons and they came out right away. John Beech was awesome and our AC was up and running in less than an hour!! Friendly, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions!!
