I have had just one appointment to date. Most important, I am impressed by a capable and friendly staff, and have no reservations regarding the advised care. The only improvement might be scheduling more realistic appointment times. I was told to come early despite having completed paperwork in advance, but was not seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time. Busy clinics happen, and juggling is always a challenge. Still, tightening it up the lag time seems appropriate.

The experience I had at Pacific Dermatology Institute was very pleasant. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. The facility is clean and pleasant. My wait was short. The Doctor was efficient and knowledgeable. My over all experience was very positive.

I had gone to 4 different doctors with the concern of my severe acne until I found pacific dermatology. Not only did they care about how I felt but they made sure my acne would get treated. I was finally able to be put on accutane with them, (which I was refused to with my previous dermatologists) and they were on it, testing me every month; keeping me on the radar and I can’t believe I’m saying this but I have no acne on my skin, nothing! The staff there are always welcoming and nice, never had a problem with them. And my amazing Dr. Munyon, not only gave me clear skin, but he gave me new lips! I also got some filler done there. I’m so happy with my results. I started recommending this dermatology clinic to my friends!

I’ve been going to dermatologists for years. Pacific Dermatology on Ford St in Redlands is one of the best dermatology groups I’ve had the pleasure to visit. Very professional, and engaging staff and Physicians. Dr Munion is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable and a overall kind human being. I will continue to utilize this dermatology group for years to come .

One of the lady’s that answers the phone is really rude and acts like I’m putting her out , I have been waiting a month for them to call me back , these people don’t care .

My specialist showed me care and concern for my treatment and was thorough. The staff were very professional and helpful In my treatment. I was a little concerned on returning back the second time, but it was very helpful for the diagnoses which help the dermatologist doctor so I can receive the correct treatment which cured my hand problem.

Went to this dermatology since all the ones by my area were booked and I had an urgency to get my scalp inspected. I went in n was told I would be getting two biopsies, I’m like okay I’m no doctor they know what they need to do. Got them done and went home.A week later I was getting a foul smell on one of the cuts. When they stitched me up they pressed my hair down so I was unable to see the cut so my wife started to remove hair by hair to see what’s going and to our surprise I still had part of the cut open, it was a hole. It was starting to get infect (which explains the cold symptoms I was getting) and I had to go to urgent care. They were surprised that the cut was open and the smell wasn’t a good sign either. The second wound was okay. Doctor removed all stitches and had to clean out my open wound and to prevent leaving a hole as a scar they put a few staples on my head.A week later I called the dermatology to complain about this since now I had to cover my urgent bill and their bill. Since the staples were put on by the urgent care I had to go back with them to get them removed and then back to the dermatologist. Seemed unfair I had to be spending extra money when it could of been avoided so instead of going back to the dermatology I called them. One out of the two results came back and was told that the doctor would call me back once the other result came back. The other result came in I didn’t get a call back I had to call back again, the result came in but doctor won’t speak to me unless I go in for a visit? Their registration papers ask if it’s okay for doctor to discuss results over the phone but now it seems like i must go in to discuss? Hmm 🤔 Do yourself a favor and do some research on other places before coming here, unless you want to be disappointed with their service.

I found this dermatology clinic to be an answer to prayers. Staff and Dr. Laura provides a great combination of understanding and most of careing! The level of professional medical treatment. I had a procedure scrapping & burning of a basil small cell carcinoma on neck removed.I also had some skin growth froze with liquid nitrogen. My insurance Cigna covered all except a $20.00 copay. I believe this is a gift from God. I was referred by my primary care physician. You must get referred!I am scheduled for MOHS surgery on the 21st of December to remove two other basil cell carcinoma on right cheek, and left inner eye orbit. I will UPDATED after surgery at least a few days. My lid will brobly shut due to swelling.Give a thumbs up, D.UpdateI had my basil cell carcinoma on right cheek completely removed, and the carcinoma from left eye orbit also removed. Thanksgiving to God minimal swelling to lid.Dr. Mudge was surgeon that performed the operation (procedures). I thank my Lord Jesus for giving the sergion and his team the wisdom and courage for a successful outcome!I continue to Praise God for love & mercy to sustain my family & I. Through all trial and tribulation. God is in Control not man.
