Love this place, quick and clean. Just the way I like it!

Overwhelmed placeCouldn’t imagine, how they handle many customer with only 2 people. I seen only 2 staff, 1 person do double task handling all the paper/administration and withdraw a blood. It Is really crazy for the place closed to hospital.Waiting time average, I would say 40 minute from the actual appointment time.Appointment system made by phone or onlineNot able to speak real human unless u come to the spot.

Came for normal blood work, super nice and helpful when I was unable to scan my barcode at the kiosk . The lady that did my blood was awesome she was super super nice! Only downside was that I couldnt speak to anyone when trying to call, wanted to make my appointment for 2 weeks out and the website would only let me make it for the week we currently are in.

Have been coming to this particular location for about 4 years now. I generally try to make an appointment but even when Ive come in as walk-in the wait time has always been short. Staff has always been courteous and friendly. Compared to other locations I like this one the best.

I resent that there isn’t an actual person to call and ask questions or assist with an appointment. Everything is automated. I was accidentally disconnected on the automated appointment line and not sure if I had two appointments for two different times when I called back.I tried to call at 7:00 AM to use the option to speak with a live person, but there was no one and it kept sending me back to the main menu.Upon arrival to Quest, I am once again having to sign in on a kiosk with no one at the desk. Another person who was having issues signing in finally left. Finally the approximate wait time is completely inaccurate.Very frustrating and would appreciate better customer service.

Been going there for years. Never had a problem. There is an occasional wait, but its never very serious. The phlebotomists are wonderful.

Good luck finding it. Apparently they think an arrow pointing to the right indicates you need to go downstairs. There is no one in reception, you have to check yourself in and hope they have the right information.

This was quick and easy to do my labs. I had an appointment and had only a couple minutes to wait when I arrived. The staff was courteous and professional. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Worst lab experience ever! I went in today for the new method for TB screening which entails a blood draw. I was checked in and seen by the same female (long hair & glass; no name tags). Even though I shared my uneasiness with needless, this was by far the worst lab visit ever. She asked which arm without checking out my veins. She poked my right arm and asked if I wanted to switch arms (of course not! That means doing it again). Then the vacuum didnt work properly so she had to do it again anyway. When she poked the left arm it was a stern jab that caused me to yelp and proceed to cry throughout the two viles (Im needle shy but have never been brought to tears before). During this arm she asked if I wanted her to take it out (Ugh no! That means doing it again). Even though it felt like it might be poking something else in my arm I just wanted it to be over. Over an hour later my arm still hurt and I have a bruise. If this is your job, you really should be much better at doing it. I wont return here if I can help it, but should I have to that woman will NEVER touch me again!

Im annoyed theres no direct line to a live person. I have questions about my testing and have no one to talk to. They need to add a live person opition, this is ridiculous.

Worst System ever! Tried to call to speak to someone. I had a question that no computer could answer, but beware the 909-798....# listed here takes you to an automated loop that you can not get out of....Looking for a better lab

Quest entered the wrong Date of Birth and did not send the results to my doctor, leading to my medication being delayed by a week.If you absolutely have to use Quest, treat the process like a toddler: prone to messing it up at every opportunity.

No complaints , got in & out within 30m.Painless & quik.

Everytime I come here for some very quick, standard, work done it takes 2 hours just to check in. I make an appointment and I still wait that long.. Ive decided that today you effectively lost me as a customer, youre not even worthy of the one star they make us give you.

If you are forced to go here make sure you do not go to the Hispanic female phlebotomist who wears glasses. It should not be that painful to do a simple draw and she should not have to attempt it more than once.By far the most painful / worst experience with lab work that I have heard of. Ill use any other lab I possibly can in the future.

The failed to do a lab and I had to pay to have it done again. Distracted, not very polite, did not take responsibility for their mistake.

Not a bad experience what needed to be done was done, and that is the important part.

Convenient, fast, and an easy in & out if you arrive 7am or 1pm.

They made me pay $150 to get my blood drawn even after I questioned it. I should have paid $35. Now I have to get my money back... ugh!

Unprofessional and rude. no one is there and they still make you wait.

Bad service for appointment, you waste time on the phone, ridiculous, it is a trash company..
