Dont go here. Its like a welfare place and the equipment is outdated and from the 70s. The place next door belongs to them, and they dont advertise that. I was there for 4 hours and I never saw them sanitize anything- several people sat in the front office and they didnt wipe anything down. The front office manager openly argued with most of the patients, and a lot of them left unhappy. Find another dental office.

I had radiation therapy done on my head and my teeth suffer from that. Ive had 3 teeth pulled by different dentist at different times. I was ready to get them all pulled because of the pain and I thought they were that bad. I first came here when they were Designer Dentistry in Rialto and told the dentist that i want t them all pulled and he said my teeth werent that bad. He could fix them right up. I love them here. They are super nice and the dentist is real gentle. (I could never remember his name) He dims the lights for me when I have to wait to get numb for a procedure or am waiting for a mold to set because he actually listened to my story and knows i get headaches easily. I became a regular patient even bringing cookies when I baked them. So far Ive had 2 partials done and he sent me to the best root canal specialist in Rancho. Its been a long time since Ive had no pain but ever since Ive been coming here I have had none. I just have to go back for my third partial. The prices arent too bad either. I actually applied for care credit at their office and thats what I pay with.

I do NOT recommend this office. First, there is a long wait time even with an appointment. Second, they misdiagnose! They tried telling me that I have periodontal disease, which was shocking to hear since I maintain my oral health very well. I am so fortunate that I have a mother who works in the dental field (out of state, unfortunately) who advised me to get a second opinion. I scheduled another appointment with a different dentist and they concluded that no, I do NOT have periodontal disease, not even close. This is seriously uncool, and I highly recommend all patients to seek another office who knows actually what theyre doing.

Dr Tavakoli is the absolute best dentist I’ve ever seen. He is gentle, very smart, explains everything and all the staff are so so sweet, I love the atmosphere. He has done multiple root canals, crowns and fillings and all are 5 star ⭐️!!! I’m so glad I found him.

I have had work done here and I did not feel the angst of most dentists. The level of service and amenities of this office are incomparable. I have Delta Dental as well and have never had to pay out of pocket for any of the work performed.The dentists and staff are professionals who provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate the contentment of knowing that the doctors who perform the procedures are all experienced and well trained.

Worst place I have ever been to. The People are rude and unprofessional. They try and lie about everything, like that I had 7 cavities. Good thing I got a second opinion from a real dentist. They try and up sell medication, three hundred dollar toothbrushes, and everything they can. I know the dentist is young and is probably in a lot of debt, but that is not the way to build client tale. I finally had it when I was talking to the hygienist and told me that they were rushed to get us out in 30 minutes... What!! we pay the full price we should get the full time; minimum of an hour to do the job right! I am not a dentist, but I have gone to the dentist plenty of times to know how long it takes. Dont do a half job!! bottom line if you want to be cheated then go here!

It is unfortunate to have a bad experience, I came to my 4:30 appointment made a payment of $400 dollars for a procedure that I really need. In my time there I was moved from room to room... I think I saw all the episodes of flip or flop... until the doctor came over to numb one part of my mouth and had me wait for over an 1 hour. I decided to walk away at 8:45pm.

Slow (even with an appointment), rude, unhelpful and way too over-priced. They wanted to take the most expensive route on all of my procedures and insisted it was the only option. Somethings fishy about this place. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!

Make an appt at “3” get there at 2:45 but not seen til after 5.

Super dishonest people, I am in collection because supposedly my insurance did not cover all my treatment, but on the day of my appointment they supposedly contacted my insurance company and it covered everything I needed, I only paid that same day what corresponded to me not to be left to owe nothing. Weeks later they send me a bill to which I speak to ask what it was about and they tell me that on the day of my appointment they gave me an estimate of what my insurance covered. (Dear) LIES, they never told me that, they contacted my insurance company, it was their mistake that they want me to pay. Be very careful in this place. Soon I will make the claim because my balance payment receipt says zero dollars. They lost a client and I hope with this testimony people do not go to request services with dishonest people who do not mind harming other people.
