I was told I have 10 cavities and need two deep cleanings.I called the next day to ask what medicaments meant on my treatment receipt (it was $260). Debby said it was medicine used after deep cleaning and she went on about how my full treatment was much more and that my insurance was covering most. I asked for the code used and she quickly gave it to me rather annoyed.I mentioned Ive never had that many cavities and that the cost per cavity was more than Ive expected since they do not offer silver fillings which is usually covered with my insurance.I asked if it was possible to see my x-rays again (since I dont remember the doctor showing me 10, I thought there was about 6). She said I have a right to a second opinion (I merely wanted to count them myself) and she will email me a form so I can fill it out with another dentists information. I told her I didnt have another dentist and she said I can fill it out for myself and shell send them to me.Debby then said I have an appointment tomorrow for my first cleaning and that she will cancel it. I told her I was only concerned with paying for 10 cavities and would like to get my cleaning done still and she insisted that the doctor doesnt want to work with people who are not 100% confident in their dentist and that she will indeed cancel my appointment.I had no idea what a second opinion was, I just wanted to look each cavity myself before going in for my other appointments. This is a new dentist for me so I dont see why asking about my records would cause them to discontinue treatment with me.Ive called back twice the same day since my appointment was cancelled and requested to speak to the doctor, Im still waiting on the call back. Im not sure if this is standard office policy or if Debby overreacted.I haven’t seen a dentist in years and wasn’t questioning this dentist’s observations, I merely don’t have a budget for all these dental expenses and wanted to look at the x rays myself.I understand businesses have the right to refuse business to people, but I didnt do anything wrong! Now I have to spend hours looking for another HMO dentist, Ive waited months for this appointment since I was a new client but happened to get a toothache and they saw me sooner.The doctor and staff is nice, Debby is fake nice. But if this is policy to discontinue treatment with anyone who doesnt understand something or wants to look at their own records/ check whats covered in their policy, thats pretty messed up.My husband looked up this office online after I told him what happened and he found a similar situation where they discontinued treatment with someone else as well.

They find ways to overcharge you.

Very professional staff. The doctor is great, she made sure that I knew what treatments I would need after she was done with the initial exam. No surprises when it comes to treatment.Had a filling done, and I am glad I was able to escape the needle. Way to go!

The staff are simply terrific.Sooo courteous and professional.Five stars to Kathy and Royce.These ladies will not only make your appointment around your schedule but they will calm you down and make you feel right at home.This is the best Dental office I have ever been to.The atmosphere is so relaxing I have a tendency to fall asleep during the procedures. Dr. Beckley and her staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the entire experience much better. I am a little nervous about getting dental work done, and they were very patient and took the time to explain the procedures to me so that I could understand them better and be more comfortable. The office is clean, comfortable and well-decorated. Would definitely recommend.

Nope. I felt like the doctor was trying to milk me for production. Cleanings are way too short and everything feels rushed here. Feels like a dental factory rather than a friendly office.

There is no doubt in my my mind that Elite Dental Associates is the worst dental office I have been to out of MANY!!! Now I will help everyone out and tell you where to spend your money, go to Redlands family dentistry!!! They are literally so intelligent here, so understanding, so professional. Elite kicked me out of there office after I said I didn’t feel comfortable getting 5 cavities filled, I said you guys can just do the scheduled cleaning and they said no and kicked me out. They do not use the best Technology in the Industry and it’s so Obvious. This is just my opinion but you know what I’ve been to the best office which is Redlands family dentistry so can you blame my comparison? I’m a firm believer you get what you pay for so just save yourself a little heart ache and go to Redlands family dentistry. I’ll be paying the extra money now. My treatment plan is 2k so I tried to save a little money by going to Elite dental associates and I’m so disappointed I wasted my own time. Elite won’t even give me a copy of there treatment plan they made for me... hmmmmmmm.

Great office, all women, they know what they are doing. I am a retired dental assistant of 17 yrs, they are very good, nice, I enjoy coming here. You get the best care, good cleaning job, the dr is sweet and great. I love this office.

This is a modern, well-run dental office. The facilities are clean and well-kept. It has been my experience that the front office staff is not congenial -- they have interacted with me in a somewhat robotic manner. Among the hygienists, I can only speak to mine -- who is friendly, efficient, and concerned. (I like the fact that I am always scheduled for the same hygienist.) I would like the dentist to spend at least a few minutes with each patient during every visit, which does not happen. My interactions with Dr. Beckley have been minimal. On balance, this is a desireable dental practice and I would recommend it to patients with normal oral health needs.

My husband recently went and they said he had TEN cavities even though he went to the dentist less than a year ago and he had 0. Seems suspicious. I wouldnt recommend. Dont spend the time, money and pain for them to do work that doesnt need to be done.

These people are too busy to give quality service. Cattle call...... I made an appt over a week in advance as a new patient because Im new in the area and had a tooth ache. They said they were fitting me in and would only look at the tooth in question. I get there and wait about 40 minutes to be seen. (I drove an hour to see the dentist I dont live close by)They bring me in take an x-ray and the dentist sees me and tells me I need a root canals done then a crown and that I need to make an appointment for their specialist. They fit me in just to tell me I have to come back? REALLY? I go back to the lobby and was told to wait until I was called to discuss. I wait 30 minutes to make an appointment and when they finally call me up they tell me Im going to have to wait 3 WEEKS! They dont care I have a tooth ache! They clearly cannot provide full service in a timely manner. Then they just want to give me drugs like pain meds for 3 weeks! Now we know why America has an Opioids problem. Im a professional athlete and work with kids! I cant be drugged up for 3 weeks! Sounds like the longer I have to wait the more work thats going to be done and oh thats more money in the dentist pocket. I said you dont have someone in your office on a regular basis to do this?. The answer was yes once a week! THAT IS NOT FULL SERVICE DENTAL CARE. Youre doing a disservice by making one wait over a week to fit them in see them for 5 minutes and tell them to come back! I was frustrated and said I was going to have to think about this. Do I want a Dentist that does not provide full care and do I want a dentist that does not care that I AM IN PAIN! They also said it would take 3 appointments to fix the tooth. I later had my assistant call to discuss and they said they could not help me! Then I asked to get my X-ray.... they will mail a form to me where I will fill out and mail back and once they receive the paperwork they will mail X-ray to me. How may days will that take..... probably a few weeks. They refused to email or help. Not good and they do not truly care about the patient and cannot think outside the box..... My friend goes to TJ for a 1/3 of the cost to a USC grad dentist and I just made appt and it will all be done in one day. Root canal and crown for a 1/3 of the cost. Good riddance Elite. Youre not so elite after all! I will be updating this review...... do I really need a crown? Hmmmmmm

My family goes to Dr Beckley , I have a wife and 4 kids. She has always done a great job with us and we love Dr Beckley and her staff. She has the best dental hygienist ever. Her name is Alisa and she rocks. Any way all the people complaining are crying about money issues. If your worried about money when it comes to your health / teeth then go down to Mexico and have them work on your teeth. You get what you pay for people.

The whole staff is awesome, extremely comforting and helpful no matter what ur there for. I dont do doctor appointments or dentist visits but they make it very easy to keep coming back.

Im very disappointed with this office. My entire family has been clients for the last four years and over that time I have become more and more dissatisfied with the service.One major thing that happened was that Dr. Beckley told me that I needed a crown on one tooth. It was quite costly so I needed some time to save up my money. In the mean time, since my husband would also need a lot of expensive work done, I took out an Aflac dental policy that would give us back some money after the procedures. I waited the allotted time for the policy to be effective and went back in. All of a sudden Dr. Beckley said the tooth didnt need a crown and she wasnt quite sure why she would have diagnosed that in the first place. That made me have a lot of doubts about other things she said needed to be done.I did need to have some cavities filled though so I went ahead and had those taken care of. Aflac would also give me back some money for those. I requested a detailed receipt and was told only the office manager could print one and she would not be in until the next day. I was told it would be mailed to me. It never was.I gave the office my paperwork for Aflac for them to fill out. I waited for my check in the mail. When it didnt come I became worried and called Aflac. Apparently Elite Dentals office manager filled out the paperwork, requesting Aflac to pay them instead of me, even though I already paid my bill and the money was supposed to be mine. She also cashed the check and never notified me.I called the office to request a check be sent to me and was told the office manager would be in the next day. The next day I called and they said she would be out for over a week. I said that was unacceptable because I had been waiting for over a month for my money and I needed it now. They said there was nothing they could do. There was nobody who could handle the issue except for her.They requested a check be sent to them that belonged to me, cashed it, and refuse to send me my money until she comes back. She is always out and doesnt follow through on most things and what she does follow through on is handled incorrectly. The level of professionalism is appalling!
