I wish I could rate zero stars. I was provided a phone number to contact to reschedule. The day of my appointment unfortunately and truly the week of my appointment was just not encouraging for me at all. I ran into late complications the day of my appointment and notified close to two hours prior to my appointment. I had anticipated my appointment yet missed it. Due to my situation I was unavailable when I was contacted, for some reason, during my scheduled appointment time. I was contacted subsequently hours later told that I could not be scheduled due to missing my initial appointment?! Perfect response from a mental health company I reached out to for help. Thank you for all the help during this pandemic!

Love this place my therapist is the best small lobby but very serene, I sometimes fall asleep with my he music the aromatic n tranquil ambiance.

Never had a chance to really connect with my therapist. To many reschedule appointment. I guess therapy isn’t for me.
