I always hated going to the dentist.. and thought every dentist I went to was just ok; they would do the cleaning the filling and whatevers needed and done... but now I actually understand the difference between just any dentist and a GOOD dentist. I came to see Dr Reza for a couple of things.. his personality made the visit fun at the start and he did his job with such intricacy and attention that I now truly understand the difference between a regular dentist and a very good one. Ill definitely be coming back for any future work needed and will recommend him to all family and friends.I have to mention the staff were amazing here as well. From the receptionist that greeted me, to the lady that did the X-rays to the office manager that answered my questions... Everyone had a smile on and made things as painless as possible!Couldnt thank everyone enough.

Highly recommend this place. Dr. Eugenie will really work with you to make sure the problem is fixed. She gives 110% in what she does. She made sure I understood what needed to be done and listened to all my concerns. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Went into this dentist office after a few years of not going to one for not being able to find one I felt like I could trust with my teeth. I was pleased to find that not only was the reception and dental assistants super friendly, funny AND professional, they were also accommodating with any questions I had! The dentist was extremely kind and showed me my x-rays and took pictures of the affected areas and what was to be done with them. They worked with me having Denti-Cal and made sure to inform me on everything that was going to go on in my mouth. This was my first visit and am sure to go back in the future.

I recently saw both doctors Kim & Parhizkar. I initially tried to go much closer to home, but the other dentists were over crowded and had 3+ hour wait times. Not only did I have anxiety about going to the dentist, but was also nervous about COVID-19. First, I noticed the office was adhering to CDC guidelines. Also, what I expected to be another awful experience at the dentist...ended up being extremely pleasant. Yvette and Tara were sitting at the front desk, and immediately I was given a warm welcome. Then, Dr. Kim and Brenda were quick and thorough, and I felt relief right away. I had been in pain with two compacted wisdom teeth on the left side of my mouth. Since I have such anxiety about the dentist...it had been a minute since going...so I did have to return. Each time I returned I was always welcomed and given the best treatment by Dr. Parhizkar and Brenda. I wish I knew everyones names, but I truly did receive excellent customer service from the entire staff who work at Vive Dental. There were different ladies who did x-rays, cleaning, etc. And all were very knowledgeable as well as kind. I am going back in 6 months, and surprisingly enough...I am looking forward it! Thanks to everyone for being such a wonderful team! And, most importantly, for being so patient and thoughtful of those of us with anxiety.

This was first dentist visit in I’m not sure how many years but it was a great experience. From the very beginning I had just called for quotes or financing options and the lady who helped me was an ANGEL! She not only answered my million questions she looked me up and told me my insurance would cover it 🙏🏽 (Really a relief!). She even helped me schedule an appointment & it was in a couple of days. Normally appointments aren’t open for the same week sometimes you even wait months to go in so i was so thankful for the early scheduling.So the day of my appointment comes and I call to get directions they were so nice and able to help me find it. Upfront was friendly and check in was easy. The nurses were amazing making sure I was comfortable and explaining everything to me as they go. The best experience I have ever had at the dentist!

Dr. Eugenie is amazing! She has given us personalized care for the work we needed. I am cautious as to who does work on my kids and Dr. Eugenie has been very accommodating to each of their needs. They ask to go back more than any kid should ask to see the dentist. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you Dr. Eugenie for making patient care a high priority in your office. We look forward to our appointments.

We love coming here! Everyone is very gentle and considerate of your comfort, not always a priority at the dentist! My 4 year old has been coming here since he was 3... the dental hygienists and dentists are so sweet to him, he loves going to the dentist and talks about it for weeks before & after an appointment! Highly recommend VIVE for children and adults!

This office is above and beyond expectations, From the beginning of checking in greeted with a feeling of being family not just a patient or the next dollar coming in. To the xrays the staff was gentle fast and precise. The exam was excellent as the doctor and staff took time to get to know me and wanted to talk to me. The equipment was the standard for this industry. Im glad I came here and me and my family will be long term patients with this facility. Dentist seemed to care about my teeth and made some aggressive recommendations to help preserve my teeth and gums. Also, I like the fact of not double booking appts. I like to get in and out as my time is just as important as the Dentist time. Its appreciated being seen as scheduled and not seating through other peolples appointments. I also take my daughter there as well. Thanks Doc for running a smooth practice.

Everyone was friendly, easy communication with ad hoc scheduling , relaxed environment, and ease of scheduling. The front and back office is great and Dr. Kim is a master class.

Its hard to find a good dentist that accepts mediCal/dentiCal but here it is. Great customer service, pleasant office, and gentle dentists. And if you get a chance to see the panoramic xray, even the robots sound friendly. I had Dr.Jaber as my dentist and even though he looks serious he was nice and took the time to explain everything and even laughed at my lame jokes.

Took my son for the first time, dr. Eugenie was gentle and very kind, she made my son feel so calm and relaxed. got the treatment done so fast too.. the staff are nice and courteous.

Place looks nice. But WASTE OF TIME!!!!! I made an appointment and when I got there I was told in the waiting room she wasnt going to see my daughter. Because of her age. COULD HAVE SAID IT ON THE PHONE!

Very disappointed about my experience with Vive. I have been waiting for 2 months to see the dentist and when I arrived to their office for my visite, I was told that they dont deal with my insurance anymore and, they notified me in advance: which is not true at all!!!!!
