A few months ago I came to Dr. Kole’s office with not that much hope. I had spent thousands of dollars with different treatments but nothing worked. I couldn’t bend without pain, I couldn’t do house work, I walked with a limp and on my worst days I couldn’t get out of bed. A saw a few doctors and they all gave me 2 choices, loss 75 pounds or have surgery. Finally I told my husband “this is the last treatment I’m going to try and If it doesn’t work I’ll have surgery”. Well 3 months later Dr. Kole has changed my life. After 5+ years of pain, I am almost pain free and I can do normal daily things. I owe Dr. Kole the world!

I got hurt over five years ago with no relief, other doctors told me “just realize this is your new normal” with continuous pain throughout the day (sometimes to where I could not walk). Dr. Kole completed a thorough assessment on me. I had never been diagnosed with scoliosis until my first day meeting him. That along with other issues he identified, made so much sense for my back pain. Although I was initially hesitant to see a chiropractor, I am overjoyed and so thankful I did. Dr. Kole has utilized various modalities to help my back, hips, knees, neck and shoulders feel better. He also helped greatly decrease and even remove any back pain. I went from 15 years of back pain with a L5-S1 bulging disc to after doing the spinal decompression and laser to no pain at all! When i first went into see Dr cole i was in so much pain couldnt sit stand walk lay down i had to move around all the time to feel confirtable so i did my free consultation and decided to start the program with in about 2 to 3 weeks i started to feel better like from a 9 10 to a 6 7 that was huge for me melissa and Dr cole take the time to get to know you they are very personable and make you feel at home i 100% recomend non surgical disc and spine of redlands they gave me my life back and now im back to doing things i love to do -shane

I have seen Dr. Kole for years now on and off with different back issues. I have had long spans between visits (over a year) and have seen him up to three times a week for months. This facility is AMAZING!!!! The receptionist melissa is sooo kind and receptive to your needs and Dr. Kole is so knowledgeable in his field of study... Ive been going there for some time now and prior to visiting the Spine center had constant debilitating back pain and spasms and needed pain meds constantly.Then I started working with Dr. Kole.....the difference in the way I feel is like the difference between night and day. My back spasms come a whole alot less frequent as well as my headaches. I couldn’t be happier with the services and results I’ve received from Dr. Kole. I’ve dealt with scoliosis most of my life.Last year I began feeling tingling and discomfort in my right knee which went untreated and ended up progressing into harrowing sciatica this year. I couldn’t sleep at night and driving had become a trigger for the sciatica.After seeing Dr. Kole I got an MRI which confirmed the disc bulging that was causing so much pain. 1 year ago my husband out of nowhere could not move due to severe back pain. He was only able to lie flat for 5 days. His M.D. wouldnt help him and told him to wait and take pain medicine. I wanted action now so Dr. Kole got him an MRI the same day and recommended non-surgical spinal decompression. The treatments significantly improved him. He was able to walk and go back to work within a few weeks. Very pleased with the results without surgery (2 other doctors recommended which was not a feasible option for us). After spending months in excruciating pain in my neck, I finally made an appointment with Dr. Kole. I Should have made an appointment sooner because within a few weeks I felt much better. Recently I reached for a sweater, swung it around my shoulders and put it on with ease. A few weeks ago I could not have done this simple task without considerable pain. I am a waitress and injured my right shoulder over a year ago at work while lifting a heavy rack of glasses.
