Extremely poor response times. Cannot call in for status of referral (they dont answer or tell you to email them). They do not reply to emails checking on your referral. It took about a month to receive confirmation of receipt of my last referral sent to them. It still has not been staffed, 28 days later and I am just getting a confirmation that they received my first email. If you are a doctor considering this scheduling company for AME/QME evaluation scheduling, please look elsewhere. I would not be surprised if this company has cost their doctors money in lost business due to their response times and business practices.

Had a great and quick experience. Lee Ann was awesome and very professional. Got a fast appointment and processed my IME report in a matter of 2 days. Simply amazing staff. Definitely recommend.

Arrowhead Evaluation Services provide an unbiased addition to any situation you need. I have had many years of experience with this company and have not experienced any problems. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

A doctor by the name of John L Howard was sent from this evaluation service to evaluate a work related injury I had. This doctor was an elderly man that could not see very well and had difficulties walking and standing. The evaluation he gave me was false. He said he evaluated me for 2 hours when in reality it was 30 minutes at most. He is listed as a surgeon but is unale to see well enough to read my medical records and medical history report. I feel this was a very unfair report and found false statements made in the report that was sworn under the penalty of perjury.
