Such a great care facility, workers are very nice and respectful people who do there jobs perfectly.

I worked for JonBec Care for almost 7 years. The company strives to provide exceptional quality of life for their clients through ongoing client care and safety trainings with the staff, providing the clients with a highly qualified team of licensed therapists, and making sure that all policies and regulations are implemented. The facilities are extremely well taken care of and when there is an issue, it’s resolved in a timely manner. I honestly don’t have any complaints with the company and for those with the negative reviews, it’s all about the attitude you walk in with that determines your experience. You have to have a heart, patience and passion in helping the developmentally disabled. If you don’t, no company that provides such services will be for you. If it’s the staff you work with that makes you unhappy with your job, contact HR. Many times it’s an issue that can’t be immediately resolved but it eventually is. “Be patient, be kind, be respectful”.

Worst company I’ve ever worked for honestly. Managers play favorites and they like to try and get the people they don’t like fired. The clients are amazing but the company and the way they go about things is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone working here. The staff are ghetto and disrespectful. All the managers do is sit on the couch on there phones. Nothing ever gets done, houses are dirty. Worked here almost 3 years and bent over backwards for them and they never appreciated it. They NEVER show appreciation to there staff , just the office staff and managers.

I love my job here. The experience of working at Jonbec is as good as you make it. If you do this job with a bad attitude, you will not have a great experience. So it all depends on you.

Horrible place to work and even more horrible to have your family living in one of it facilities.

The staff is horrible , to much favoritism, just unprofessional!
