I saw two different practitioners at Yuen Acupuncture, both of whom expressed little interest in hearing about and understanding the multiple health issues I came in with. I was interrupted multiple times, felt rushed, and generally like my personal assessment did not matter. I was surprised that no one took my pulses. I came to acupuncture for holistic ongoing treatment that addresses the big picture of wellness, but my experience over two sessions felt very disconnected, and cold. Id like to note that I did NOT see Gami - everyone seems very pleased with her so I will try again and ask specifically for her this time.

After my second visit and working with Gami on recovering from a cycling strain, I feel comfortable in posting a review of my experience. Em at the front desk is courteous and attentive, looking to make sure Im taken care of. Gami has been very professional and excels in her bedside manner. Not only that, she just has good energy! After two sessions, Im back on my bike with drastically less inflamation. Im glad to have gotten a referral from a trusted family member. Well studied practitioners. Good at what they do. Very professional, helpful and mindful of their patients needs. Could use some of those room water fountains and a bamboo tree or 2 for treatment room ambiance

This place is amazing, Gamie is so awesome!! everyone there is so nice and very helpful.. my first visit I was nervous but Gamie immediately made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.. she really knows her stuff!! I highly recommend this place!!
