Great place for Medi-Cal Recipients under the managed health care provider its a great place to get medical and dental done.

Not a great location. Takes longer to get in to see a Doctor now. Communication needs to be worked on between staff, doctor, and patient. Patient portal needs to be checked more and responded to in a more timely manner.

Absolute disgrace of a care facility, continued to yell at my mother saying we were wasting their time and when she confronted them about it the lady said she did no such thing and continued to lie over the phone and then just hung up the phone on her there is absolutely no reason to treat one of your patients that way

Place is a joke, They just C.A.R.E. about insurance, While I was in there they violated H.I.P.P.A. It was also a very judgemental environment, Northern California is a cesspool of stagnant healthcare providers.

Furious.. Sitting here at ER for a hernia and asked why my primary provider has not scheduled with a surgeon. Um because she told us it is considered cosmetic and not covered until it is emergency. Cannot wait for Monday morning to give Dr Franchek some education. She has not 1x even looked at his hernia on visits. Im furious over her neglect. I will be making formal complaints.

My husband tried to get help from them when he was in crises suicidal they did nothing they dont have a doctor and they dont do meds I cant say more I am lost

Hill Country is experiencing some kind of computer glitch. Call the after-hours nurse line. Refused referral to a after-hours nurse because person on phone woman named starts with p insisted that the Gold Street Center did not exist and there was no doctor or nurse practitioner name Evelyn oxenford. I suggested to the young lady that if she looked online she would see that it is listed has a branch or if she would take a second put me on hold call the nurse and ask if there is a site at Gold Street. Explain the situation in 1 minute and then transfer me to the nurse. Was told no I dont need to do that it doesnt exist go to the emergency. FYI I spent 15 hours at the emergency Friday because I popped or broke a rib while vomiting with pancreatitis. Sorry for the graphics. totally incompetent answering service this person should not be working in medical at all. second took a moment and thought I could call the mental health clinic next door and big possibly they could call saying that yes there is a gold Street and please connect him to the nurse. spoke to a very cold secretary named Hooly. briefly explain my situation. Was told there is no Night Nurse there never was one its not my job dont bother me! And she works in a mental health clinic? So now I guess I go back up to the hospital and wait 12 to 15 hours. To briefly ask if its okay if I increase my pain meds because Im in a great deal of pain and have not slept in 24 hours.
