Don’t count on a call from them if your test was taken by a different company (like Anderson Walk in clinic). The clinic should call you. I found this out after leaving Lab 24 a message about my irritation with them. I appreciate they were professional enough to call me!

Quick and painless. Best part was that I tested negative. Very friendly staff.

They handle their long line efficiently and effectively. However they have no sympathy or compassion for the patients they’re intaking. After a 45 minute wait outside in 93 degree weather I began to feel faint and dizzy. I have a history of heatstroke and popped my head inside the building and asked if I could lay down or sit somewhere in the cold air for a minute. They offered no help and immediately began to treat me as if I was an annoyance. The nurse was more interested in making sure payment for the test was handled rather than checking on me. When they finished swabbing me I asked if there was anywhere I could get water. The nurse just said “No” and shook her head. No making sure I was okay. No regard for the patients well-being at all. Just there to test you and get you out the door.

They are AWESOME! Melissa brought the papers and the test lady to my car since I am in a wheelchair. I received my negative call right on time the following day.

As much as I hate doctor offices or lab work, the nurses here made this visit as painless as possible. They were quick, they explained exactly what they were going to do and I was done within minutes without having a scheduled appointment.

Rude and incompetent too. Lost my test, never contacted me about it. Called 3 times, each time I was told they would call me back, never did. Now their mistake became my problem to fix. I would never use this service.
