The people at this office are appalling!! I was trying to find a doctor for the elderly gentleman that I care for. This office actually told me that they would mail us a patient packet to be filled out an mailed back so the doctor can look it over and decide wether he thinks he can meet the patients needs. So basically its a application so the doctor can pick and choose the kind of patients he sees. If you want to be a specialist than so be it but for now you are listed as a general practice primary care provider. YOU CANT PICK AND CHOOSE YOUR PATIENTS YOU *--+/****!!!

My experince was the greatest he is to me one of the most smaetest doctors ived meat he takes his time to explain to you and goes thw extar lenght to fix or help you better health

Took my father to Dr. Pebble because I needed a referral because of his dementia. The doctor was horrible wouldn’t listen to our concerns and was extremely rude.

This doctor was worthless, when my mom was seeing him! All he did was milk her Medicare! Becareful with this doctor, my mom died of cancer under his care!

Dr Pepple always takes great care of my Mom and the girls are always friendly and you can tell they enjoy working with him

My experience was very positive. The receptionist was very cordial. The nurse was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Pepple was very thorough and complete in his examination and interview of my health history. I feel like I am in good hands.

Staff is courteous and efficient. Appointments are usually available. Dr Pepple really listens. The good doctor is not a big believer in opiates. I prefer caution in this area myself.

I am a man in my 60s... My new Medicare HMO listed Dr. Pepple as a provider in Redding, where I have moved to in my retirement... So, I went to their office to make an appointment... The (very rude) receptionist must not have liked the way I look, for there could be no other reason for her to treat me so rudely... Her first (and only) question was: What drugs are you trying to get?... I was stunned...I asked her why she asked that question... She told me that Dr. Pepple wouldnt prescribe pain pills... I DONT EVEN TAKE ANY PAIN MEDICATIONS! She didnt even ask me about my health issues and concerns... I have diabetes and many other chronic conditions...Additionally, the office was dirty and disorganized..I know I deserve better treatment than this... YOU deserve better than this, too!

I am a 70 yr. old male whose primary care physican retired in May 2014 and Dr. Pepple was listed as one of the physicians who would accept me as a patient. From day one he was more concerned with the pain medication I took for severe neuropathy than offering any kind of treatment. These medications had been prescribed by a well respected physician in Redding, Ca. I was treated as if I were a drug addict looking to obtain illegal drugs. Not once in five months did this doctor recommend any kind of treatment for my disease. Terrible experience. Cant believe I spent 5 months as a patient of his.
