Dr.lam performed my cervical fusion last year he will also perform my lower lumbar Fusion soon I could not have asked for a more compassionate competent and experienced surgeon. my surgery was completely successful I am now able to rotate my neck without pain I cannot imagine what my life would continue to be had I not had this surgery and the help of doctor Lam he is a Stellar doctor and an outstanding individual

Dr. Lam saw my husband on Monday and operated on Tuesday. It was a complex and long surgery and it went very well. We were so impressed by Dr. Lams kindness, patience and thoroughness. Honestly an angel Sent From Heaven, I have been suffering for 3 years for my previous neck surgery that was horribly anchored and failed on me I was referred to dr. I live in SacramentoLong story short...looking for the best surgeon who would support my goals, I went to two doctors in the Bay Area and two in Sacramento. I was informed that I would need surgery to avoid further nerve damage of my L4 L5 S1. I was also informed I would not participate in my sporting events afterwards.Im in my late 40s, so this is unacceptable to me. I went back to my primary care in Sacramento and asked for other recommendations ... the PA said his mom lived in Redding and had a wonderful caring surgeon (Dr. Lam). I then was at an appointment for my mom who also lives in Redding and needed spinal help. I heard Dr.Lams name again.He took time and care with her! Which she needed. She had surgery and she is doing so much better and her case was complicated... it was not a procedure most MD s would take on.I made my appointment with Dr.Lam.Told him it was my goal to continue my sporting events and to live the most active life possible. He spent the time to educate me on the possible out comes and what I could do to improve them.What he didnt do .... is tell me I would have to stop my activities . He stated I would have to modify and prepare and strengthen my body to adapt.That is who I wanted in my corner.He didnt over promise me anything but gave me hope and results I could build on.Im 30 days out and all I can tell you is .... so much happier today than 30days ago and the pain I was havingis deminished so much! He stated I will keep improving at my follow up visit. His office staff will always find away to help and even though they are busy making all of our scheduling and refills appointments, they ask how you are doing!

He has been my surgeon since 2009. He fixd lower back in 01. And then in 2016 gave me a new back!! Best thing ever happend to me.. i woke up pain free.. gave me my life back

Dr. Gary lame did my back surgery 2 1/2 years ago I have had zero pain since my surgery he is a great Dr. Ira Matt recommend him to anybody who has back problems or back pain
