Prior to my daughters hernia surgery we were told Dr. Schepps would come in to answer any final questions. He came into the room on his cell phone and continued his conversation while he flipped open her gown and drew an X on the incision area. He then left while still talking on his phone. My daughter looked at me and said what an idiot. I had to agree.
