Such an unusual business to rate but I hope someone important sees this. Personally a very rough day & I get here & no orders...I felt like crying but not my style...I like joy! Well the nicest gentleman JUAN helped me, I had no orders, no phone, no Drs # & he looked up the Dr office, sat on hold got the orders & had them fax it...all while assuring me it was not a problem & he was happy to help😇what an angel...I left feeling so much better😉Juan youre a real gentleman 🙌Thank you

The ‘other’ lab place is so expensive, I couldn’t afford to have my mandatory Drug Testing twice yearly. I went to Quest on Airpark Dr. and the staff was really nice. They took copies of my new Medicare insurances—and although they didn’t forward my new information to my secondary insurance for billing, I appreciate everything they did to take care of the secondary billing—and I never received a bill from either insurance companies.I would recommend Quest Diagnostics for any labs or other services needed.

We have been using the Quest 2510 Airpark Dr #202, Redding, CA for several years now. The reason we continue going there is the staff at this location is excellent. Yesterday my wife saw her doctor at 3 PM and was sent for blood work at about 4 PM. When we arrived at Quest Airpark Dr Redding, CA there were 4 people ahead of us and no one working the check in desk. It turned out that in the afternoon there is only one Quest employee assigned to this location. That employee was dealing with the work load as well as he could. It took almost an hour to get my wifes blood drawn. When we left there were still 3 people waiting that came in after we did.The 2 star rating for the July 21, 2015 visit is for the Quest management decision to reduce the staff at this location to one technician. That was a foolish decision made by a bean counter someplace. It must be a effort to increase profit at the expense of wasting their customers time. Many of their customers are sick, sent in for blood work by a doctor, and dont feel like waiting an hour or more for a blood test.We like the staff at this Quest location and will give them one more chance to provide acceptable service. If the Quest management fails to schedule staff which can handle the work load we will take our business someplace where management is still providing good service, not just talking about it in a staff meeting someplace.

I have NEVER had an issue with the Lab. The staff are always polite. The Lab Techs. Are very good at their jobs. The waiting area in SCHC EXTREMELY SMALL, cluttered and access for electric chairs and walkers is POOR.

M&T are the two best phlebotomist Ive been to in a long time. Great personalities which takes the fright out of a blood draw and very light handed. 5/5 service.. (sorry I didnt know how to spell your names)!! Thank you

Impossible to contact by phone. Long wait times and some (not all but some) really grumpy staff...one lady is great but I never seem to get her....There is no way to contact them for questions....their phone system puts you into a loop that wastes 15 minutes trying to get to a person, but I was never successful. This has been my only lab choice for a while, but I do not want to go back.

This is by far the worst place I have ever gone to get my blood drawn. I need monthly blood draws and sadly I am completely stuck with going to Quest for insurance reasons, but this location in particular is atrocious. The service and staff are consistently rude, the staff seem like they have no idea what they are doing half the time and they are consistently argumentative instead of helpful whenever I need questions answered. If you have the opportunity to go anywhere else to get your blood drawn, skip quest and dont waste your time.

They can’t seem to update hours so on their own phone system time is wrong. They don’t tell you on top of that they often close early. Terrible service. If you are able, go elsewhere!

Wow, what a joke. Not once, not twice but at least 3 times I have given these people a chance. I had a specimen I had to drop off within a one hour window, and I get there and check the appropriate box. I am only the 2nd person there and I am sitting there over a half hour. The people there are rude, unfriendly, always talking to each other and dont seem to pay attention to any of the clients. Its too bad because my DR is next door. So now I have to be inconvenienced and go to another location. Hopefully management takes these reviews seriously and does something about it.,

Ive never had any problems with this place, aside from the long wait times. The staff is friendly and competent, and did a great job with my blood draw.

We have a problem with Quest Diagnostics. They are failing to comply with Hippa regulations, specifically the legal requirement that they make available to patients a copy of their lab report. I have made numerous requests that have been ignored. It would appear that allowing the authorities, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, to follow up with Quest and require compliance may be the only way to get their attention. Quest site on Airpark Dr, Redding has no phone or email access for patients, so followup at that end is impossible. I begin to sense something rather sinister is afoot with this organization. The staff of phlebotomists do a very good job, but the company is acting like deadbeats with no accountability to patients.
