They are not good with kids!!! They over book themselves and then cxl last minuteThey cxl with the excuse that the appointment was not confirmed but they confirm it the day before and call when you are at work. They dont pick up the phone when you try to call back, or just send a message saying they need to reschedule, I have to take the day off work to take my kid there and on top of that if he tells them something hurts they ignore him. Last time I went to the office they made me wait in the waiting room and took my 8 year old alone in. Saying its safety measures due to covid. This office is a waste of time and schedules you months later only to get there for them to say its been a long time and they have to do the x-rays all over again.

Normally a great dentist office to work with. Havent had a problem before besides being scheduled on a date that theyre not open and wasting a trip to come down here an hour away from where we live. Their office needs to be a little more proactive on their scheduling so they dont waste peoples time or money. Hopeful for a sooner appointment than later so my daughter is no longer in pain.

Having been to multiple dentists over the last three years in an attempt to get my son willingly sitting in the chair, let alone having a Dr. poking around in his mouth... was, well, challenging. I want to thank Doctor Wilson and her staff on making my daughter feel so comfortable while she is getting her teeth done. My daughter was nervous about seeing a dentist but feels good at seeing Doctor Wilson. She is great with kids thank you Doctor Wilson.

My 6 years old boy visited Lila Wilsons clinic and everything was very good. The dentist is a very gentle and caring woman, and all the personal are nice and smiley. The clinic is very clean, big and they even have a screen in the cabinet in order that kids can watch their movie while she is working. I really recommend this clinic, you will left with a big smile because they treat you with love and respect.

This office has a terrible policy of not helping new patients with emergencies. My daughter was injured and had a loose tooth, I tried to schedule and appointment, but was told that my daughter needed to have x-rays and cleaning before she could be seen about the loose tooth. Does this make sense? Not sure if the dentist is any good - but she should rethink her policies as this makes it seem like she only wants money! They asked me what my insurance was several times - yes, I have insurance. zero stars

My son is 5, and it was his first time at the dentist. He was getting a cleaning and x-rays, and was very scared. The dentist and the assistants were all wonderful with him, included him in everything they were doing, and made him feel like a big boy! They were wonderful, and I would recommend them to anybody. Great first-time experience!

I bring my children to Dr. Wilson they love her and all her staff! They are truly amazing at what they do!! My daughter has a few loose teeth and she cant wait to go see Dr. Wilson! My children always leave with a smile on their face! I really recommend her to anybody looking for a great dentist!! We love Lila Wilson DDS!

I recommend this dentist. I heard about the practice from direct mail marketing. Typically I dont pay too much attention to this type of mail, however this time I did because I was shopping for a new dentist. What stands out to me about Dr. Lila’s office is that they dont try to pressure you into getting procedures completed for my children. She recommends what needs to be done and the staff explains the cost and the decision is up to the parents. They also use the latest materials and equipment.The office is clean and the staff is Friendly with my kids. They love this place!

The front office staff is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make appointments that work with your schedule. My son used to be deathly afraid of dentists. Since we switched to Dr.Wilson he goes back on his own with the dental assistants, without being afraid. I highly recommend her and tell everyone that I know about her.

Lila Wilson is amazing with kids. Ive attempted a couple times with my 3 1/2 year old daughter to go for her first cleaning and exam without success. She wouldnt even open her mouth for the dentist. Lila Wilson took her in and got everything done without a problem. We had to come back because it turned out that my daughter had three little cavities and Lila Wilson got them all done in one visit. Amazing! My daughter came out to the waiting area just fine without any tears. I would highly recommend her, especially for kids. I give her A+ rating.

My son was scheduled for a cleaning and X-rays as a first time patient. Upon meeting Dr Wilson she decided to keep us longer to get the work he needed done on the spot! She was kind and very compassionate! Whenever my son needs any dental help in the future we will definitely go to her!

To start, I don’t appreciate being told that I’m not allowed to be with my children for their dental visit! There is absolutely NO REASON for that. We took our 13 year old daughter in to Lila Wilson for a checkup, and found out she needed a filling. Lila filled it same day, and then came out to consult with us IN THE WAITING ROOM, where there was no privacy!! After more than a week, the filled tooth was still painful, and we scheduled a follow up appointment. Lila said my daughter must just have “sensitive teeth,” and that there was nothing she could do about it. After several weeks of continuing pain, we decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out that Lila had overlooked a gap that she left in the filling, which was leading to my daughter’s pain.My daughter was never afraid of the dentist until her experience at Lila Wilson’s office.

Absolutely Amazing !! !! Entire office is professional and personable. Listens to parent/patient requests. Appointments are on time and we were able to be seen for emergency very next day. Thanks for providing the best care and experience for our family!!!!

This place was AMAZING... I took my 6 year old daughter, who is scared to go to the dentist and usually wont let the dentist touch her. This was not the case here, she let them do all that was needed. She did amazing and actually looks forward to going back.

I took my 3 children in to see Dr Wilson. Each had a great experience! We got an exam, cleaning, x-rays, sealants and one got a tooth pulled for the tooth fairy and it didnt even hurt! They were so happy I decided to make an appointment to see her. I hadnt been to the dentist in over 5 years due to a bad experience with a local dentist. She x-rayed my teeth, cleaned them and fixed two old fillings and everything went well!! We will be back in six months!!! :)

I have a lot of kids. I like that Im able to schedule them two at a time and that the work is done well and in a timely manner. The staff is all very friendly, both to me as well as to my kids. My only complain is that I was too cold at this last appointment. Otherwise, every appointment has been a very positive experience.

Dr Lila has worked on both of our 5 years olds twins. She is fantastic! The staff is also very accommodating when supplying pricing and insurance information. This is a drive for us, but well worth it.

Amazing dentist for kids! They accept medi cal, and children only. Im so glad I switched my child from Shasta Community Dental to Lilas office. Highly recommended.

I would put zero stars but thats not an option. After our visit I will never take my child back to her. My child did good through out the visit until she was told she was done and could leave...then added she needed more x-rays first. To tell a young child they are done no more after having a tooth pulled and extra work (I was never told about) and then go oh yeah we need x-rays so we can get paid so the child now screaming and crying is told they cant leave til she has them done. Then instead of letting her mother calm her down and get her to do them. Lila stood over us saying you have to or you cant leave over and over again. Making the situation worse. Everytime I calmed her down Lila would come back in with the same attitude and upset her again. In the end we were sent to a different dentist where my child had to be put under because she is horribly scared of dentists now. The new dentist who deals with fearful children regularly couldnt believe a child that age would have such a horrible fear of dentists as she does now. Thank you Lila Wilson for destroying my childs trust in dentist!Also we found out she didnt need as much work done as Lila said. The other staff seemed nice but I dont trust liers and will never take my children here again. Thank you for canceling my other childrens appointments I would hate for all of them to fear dentists and need to be put under for any kind of work.

Dr Wilson is truly amazing, my kiddo had always Benn uneasy about goingto the dentist until she started seeing dr Wilson, now going to the dentist is actually a pleasant experience

BEWARE!! The staff discourages parents from accompanying their child during treatment. So, unbeknownst to me, while receiving treatment my daughter was given three silver fillings. I didnt know these were still used due to the mercury content and they never consulted with me. After seeing a dentist we trust we also learned that our daughter only had two more cavities to fill and not SEVEN that Dr. Wilson said she had.
