Love the store but unfortunately the staff discriminates against the hearing impaired by refusing to accommodate for deaf customers. They will not remove their masks or change to a transparent shield to communicate. I can’t communicate with any one there, it’s very isolating.

Great selection but way to expensive. At least Sephora ALWAYS gives free samples with purchase because they value their customers. This place is priced so high and you only get incentives if you order online. I have options.

Horrible company to order from! Ordered a package on the 15th still hasn’t arrived company made no attempts at getting a hold of their shipping company that they used to find out where my package was still to this day I have not received it denied a refund because it wasn’t eight days later from order, I will never order anything off of the altar website. The only thing this company wants is your money they could care less if you get your merchandise or not. Be aware!

If someone doesnt know the answer the take me to the right person who does. Prices are very reasonable as well. The product base is very diverse everyone can shop here and find what they need.

Went in today to get a Christmas gift and was helped by Valentina. She was so helpful! She showed me what I was looking for, gave me a few similar options, and showed me Christmas specials that were along the same lines. She was extremely kind and upbeat. Amazing customer service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices on some brands are comparable to the prices youd find in a drug store but with much better selection. Keep your eyes out, there are often bundle deals near the counter that can be a good bargain

Ulta has a super welcoming atmosphere. I just started getting into makeup and when I went in there they helped me match my skin tone with foundation, showed me the best blender and how to use it, showed me the best bronzer, etc. There’s so much to chose from and they help anyone from someone looking for just everyday simple makeup to the more complicated makeup routines.

Friendly staff that is more than willing to help you find what you need. The salon is also great. My daughter loved getting her hair done before her first formal school dance.

They didnt have what I was looking for, but is still a wonderful place to stop when at the mall, because they always have all the new stuff.

It is a beautiful store. It was a bit messy on some shelves. However, I could see that some immature kids played on displayed products. Other than that, staff was nice and there were a lot of options to choose from here!

Not my favorite place. you go in to shop you are literally left to do your own thing, I went to buy, the buy one get one free shampoo in January I went to counter no one around the wait was to long, I used my gift card & left. there are other stores that carry the same beauty supply & cheaper.

Very clean, well-lit store; all inventory was clearly marked and in order, employees were extremely helpful and happy to answer questions! Angela in the salon is the best stylist I have EVER had; she takes great care to listen and understand what my needs are and is always happy to help. She always makes sure I am aware of what treatments and products would be best for my hair and she has never steered me in the wrong direction! I recommend Angela to all of my friends and family for their styling needs! You get what you pay for and then some!!

I was disappointed that they dont have enough sales Associates to help with product questions. The ones they do have are great though. I wish they werent so expensive.

Sales associate at checkout was nice, but one on the floor I had 2 small bottles (shampoo & conditioner), she came up to me & said let me take those for you & put them in this bag which was huge, I politely told her thats all I was getting & might grab something else. I continue on my way, & while I was by the window looking at something, I hear her loudly say, where did that lady go that had the small shampoo bottles. Like I had ran out the dam store with them! Itll pro be quite a while before I return!

I love this store! I was excited to have all the make up that I love, both high end and drugstore, in the same place. Ive discovered some amazing new brands as well. Their customer service is excellent, they have good sales, and its crazy convenient, so I stopped going to Sephora long ago. I will say that you have to check their website for sales, sometimes theyre not posted in store (which isnt a big deal to me).

I love ultra beauty, but the staff at the Mount Shasta Mall In Redding CA, Are very unprofessional. Had no clue how to help me and seemed very lazy they didnt even want to take time to look up my account they kept making excuses for everything.I felt like I inconvenienced their staff by calling. Wont be shopping at this one ever again. Shame on you ultra beauty staff members of Redding.

My wife really likes this place they have a lot of really great beauty products and the staff have always been really helpful and kind. They keep the store very clean and everything is very organized and well lit. I would recommend coming here if you havent and see if you like it!

Staff is always so nice and they even helped my daughter set up her own account because she shops there so often. Helpful when you need them and they give you your space when you want it.

My guilty pleasure but! Can you get some better makeup remover and testing tools? Maybe get rid of the disgusting testers because people dont know how to act. Its really disgusting when you have yo check and see if someone swatched a non-test product because no ones watching

Ulta has been my favorite store for awhile now, I love it, my only complaint is they dont always carry all the sale items from the current catalog, which is kinda frustrating, as I like to try & or smell beauty items before purchasing. Thats the reason for 4 stars.

I spent ovwr 500 dollars for a wedding party of my girls,my mother,myself and my sister. One of the stylist made snide remarks to my youngest about her unkempt hair. She suffers with anxiety and depression, combing her hair takes alot of energy that she often struggles with. My oldest daughter has a rough complexion from severe acne. She was embarrassed as 5 different people worked on her and didnt listen about her wishes...75 dollars and she went home and washed it off. I was the bride...I was happy with my makeup and hair. I also had to repin the back of my daughters hair as it fell out. They comped me 45 dollars for this whole thing....
