Book an appointment just to get here and its closed. Cant even call to find out why..no voice mail set up. Im in tears. I have had a hard day and this is the icing on the cake. Walk in was told no walk ins available. So I do what I was told to do book an appointment. Got the confirmation and no one here. I booked a week ago. U think they could have reached out and said they wouldnt be open today.

Friendly staff that are easy to get along with and talk to. Great quality haircuts as well. I got a Skin Fade/Hard Part and have been receiving compliments left and right.

Im trying to find the Stylist that did my hair like 7 months ago.. she had dreadlock extensions and tattoos and was absolutely amazing!!! I would love to have her do my hair again but I cant find her!! Anyone know where shes is at??

Im sorry but this was just HORRIBLE the lady was doing my hair and it was completely short and wrong she didnt even look at the picture I had.. the hair was uneven and she had to help 3 other people in the middle of my hair cut! And the seat I was in had hair from the other person!

I called six salons and all had answering machines. So figured I would try one more time and got a real person. Not only were they open today, they also could do a color and in 30 minutes or less from the time of the call I was in getting my hair done! Im so happy with the look and everything! Great experience!

I would have given this business zero stars if I had the option!! Below is my experience with this store.I arrived at 10:00 a.m. yesterday at the hairdresser. The manager (Tracy Gordon) started working on my hair. Just prior to that, I gave her some gentle guidelines since I have very weak hair, pulls easy and does not react well to ironing while wet (Needless to say, she ignored my guidelines and proceeded to do whatever she thought). Immediately, Tracy became extremely agitated and frustrated with my guidelines.To cut a long story short, Tracy effectively become so irate with me guiding here reference my hair that she stopped halfway with the work, removed her work apron, told me that I will never finish this work, will charge me nothing and I am good to go (as in leave the store). Except here is the problem, my hair was half way done when this incident took place.If you DO NOT want to be left halfway with your hair not completed, then I strongly recommend to give this hairdresser lady a pass.
