Ive been here twice and both experiences have been awesome. My most recent visit I had Jenna and she was able to give my drab hair a complete makeover with just a cut. She spent a lot of time getting my new bangs and layers perfect while dealing with my cowlicks. I cant appreciate her enough!

Went in 90 minutes before closing. Only one employee. She said she was doing her last cut at 7:30 and wouldnt take any more customers because she had to close... extremely poor management and customer service. Just moved to the area, but definitely will be finding somewhere else to take my business.

Maddie squeezed me in last Friday for a quick trim. Fun conversation, and I love what she did with my hair. It is laying just perfect! Thank you!

Sister just came to get a trim and we asked for the clean cut package that is supposed to come with a shampoo/conditioner and cut. They never washed her hair and offered to wash it after she had already gotten her hair cut once we questioned why she didn’t get the wash even though it’s advertised on the menu. She also has long strangling pieces of hair. They only took about 10 mins to do her hair so it makes me think they didn’t really care and just wanted to get her out even though she was the only customer.

The stylist I had the last two times was great.

OMG.....been here for 1hr 45 min and still sitting with foil on my head....while stylist drinks coffee and chats with guy in the back area. I want to run out of here foil and all. I better not be over processed!!!

They did a great job on my daughters hair. Little pricey for a haircut but it was worth the money.

Never again. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for a haircut. Since they do not offer a waiting area for their customers, I had to wander the mall for 20 minutes before returning for my haircut. I stood there ignored for 2 minutes or so, watching the girl sweep hair and finish socializing before she turns to me and says, um, i forgot that i have to take lunch now, can you come back in another 30 minutes or so? Absolutely not. Not only will I not come back in 30 minutes ,I will never come back to this establishment again. There are at least 3 more places within a mile of here to chose from. I would give a 0 star rating if I could.

Very friendly and talkative employees! The lady who cut my hair said I could even come back and ask for her if I decided I wanted it cut shorter. And it only took 45 minutes! Most the time it takes longer for my hair.

This place closed their doors on dec 31st. Terrible! No notice no forwarding numbers to call,nothing.

I always go there for my cuts. the lady was understandable when you told what you wanted and how you wanted it. i enjoyed the cut and had a fine conversation.

It was a fairly good experience. I got side bangs. They cut them way to short for my taste.

Went in for a hair cut, they cut it shorter than why I wanted. I also heard the employees talking about pricing for different things they do, and they said they dont have set prices they charge whatever they feel like. I didnt care for that.
