I have been going to this place for 7 years with my daughter. We went on a non busy day. The lady (Cassie) got my daughter. She seemed annoyed to be there. I explained to her what we wanted done. She only cut 1/2 off the very back bottom hairs only and shaved her neck line. And that was it. I kept asking her to cut more after about quite a few attempts to get her to cut my daughters hair which I paid for. I gave up asking and said it was fine.We were in there less than 7 mins total. My daughters hair was hacked up. I had to pay for someone else to fix and cut my daughters hair the correct way. The lady was on her phone and seemed quite annoyed to help us and it showed. I am very sad that we got treated so poorly. You lost our business. :(

I have two helix piercings (relatively new) and the barber, Kristy, was really patient and kind about making sure she didnt catch them on anything. Super nice and super fast service. Couldnt recommend this place more, especially Kristy. Her brand of patience is so necessary when getting a hair cut with sensitive piercings. Its hard to find hairdressers like her.

My mom was really happy with the haircut from Lee Ann. She was very patient and caring with her at 92 years old...

I want to praise Beth. Ive been going to great-clips everywhere Ive lived for years. But have never been satisfied with my haircut, but, its inexpensive, giving me more fiscal freedom to give to others.But Beth, she was so kind, talkative, engaging and kind. Not only that, she gave me the best haircut I have ever received. I will absolutely be coming back to have her cut my hair in the future. Thank you Beth!

This place has an online wait list which is handy to check if they are busy. But, there is no way to schedule an appointment. It took me 4-5 attempts to find a wait time that aligned with my availability. Not cool. Once I got in, the place is nice, people nice, good haircut.

Got there approximately 25 minutes prior to closing and they had 3 people in front of us. My son needed a buzz since my personal buzzers bogged out while I was buzzing his head at home. They managed to work him in thankfully. Very grateful for the gal who did his cut. She was fast and did a great job.

I was greeted with frustration when I electronically checked in for my three kids and myself to get a haircut. The haircuts were fine but I was not pleased with the feeling as though I had inconvenienced all of them by coming in. They were not polite. I tipped $12 per haircut and not even so much as a thanks for coming in.

I took my two boys in for haircuts. We were in and out very quickly and both boys got exactly the cut they wanted. Everyone working there was friendly and listened to what we asked for.

Went in last night and got quite a bit cut off. Unfortunately Ive straightened it this morning and it is very very uneven. No matter how I part it or style it, its obvious and cant be hidden. I called and was told I could come in to get it fixed, but im kind of weary of letting them cut it again. Hopefully it can be saved.

Had a wonderful first visit for a hair cut. My son is a regular and highly recommended Great Clips. Ashley was my stylist. She greeted me as I came in and took me back almost right away as some of the online sign ins had not arrived. Fast and friendly service, lower prices than most other salons And/or or barber shops. Stylist are knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and they seem to be familiar with difference request. Would definitely recommend this location.

They are closely following CDC guidelines, so be sure to bring a mask as they dont provide any there.

Online check-in is great so you don’t have to wait around. And because they keep clip notes I can simply say: “Just do it like last time”. 👍

Very pleasant experience

This place was great at first for quick cuts and trims but when I asked for a recommendation for hair salons or people they knew who did hair color the help disappeared. Meaning they didn’t know anyone at all and had no recommendations on where I could start my search. I find it hard to believe being a hair salon but that’s fine. The attitude changed when I asked about hair color.

Amanda did an awesome job with my hair and was a delight to chat with. It always surprises me how quick they are, and I love how my cut looks.

I have been to other Great Clips before and they are a decent and affordable place for a quick hair cut. The staff at this location seemed slow and took their time inbetween clients while the rest of us just watched them and waited to be called up.When I finally got mine done I was relatively pleased, just what I expected for less than $15. I think that I will try an old fashioned barber shop next time though.

A year ago I had my hair butchered at supercuts in auburn ca, I tried growing out and once long enough threw it in a bun to hide how choppy and damaged it was. For a while I was afraid to go to a salon because of what happened, my boyfriend recommended them to me and I went today. The hair dresser Amanda did a amazing job!, she really understood curly hair, my hair feels fuller and looks beautiful, I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great haircut!

I was so disappointed, I asked not to blend the back specifically and boom all of the sudden she brought out clippers and whack there it went. She did not listen to the customer. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years and rule number 1 is LISTEN to the customer. She asked so let me see, so you want this stacked and blended. I shook my head no, I said no do not blend I want it one length and only undercut to show a very little of the bottom of the clipped area but do not layer or blend. I went out in tears. I was horrified, it was not only shorter than I asked it was layered half way up my head and not just restricted to the nape area. I will not return, she was just In her own mind set and did not listen to what I wanted even though I explained it to her, she was just bent on doing it her way. Well it is MY hair NOT YOURS!!!! Great stylists,always so very nice and understanding with my two babies; however they dont take coupons very well :( so if you are budgeting out 6.99 to get your kids hair cut then I would bring $12 and feel special if you only have to pay the $6.99 as the coupon states.

The young lady that cut my Grandson hair did a nice job. Anyone who can get 6 year old to sit long enough for a hair cut, gets a thumbs up from me.

Previous cuts are good until encountered hairdresser Rachel S. who seems has no skills nor knowledge on hairstyle - chopped your hair off on the top of your head at the wrong position, terribly cut; the worst haircut ever witnessed. And heartbrokenedly it cant be fixed right now. Endure the worst haircut now everyday and cant be fixed by other shops as well as it is cut way too short.
