I really enjoyed my first class. Everyone was so welcoming. The teacher, Corinne, introduced herself and made me feel like I belonged there. The class itself was accessible for all levels and challenging 🙌

Stopped in for a morning yoga class when I was visiting from out of state. Vanessa was an awesome instructor! She gave awesome cues and instruction. Awesome class!

Last Sunday, March 8th, was my first time at Even Flow - Christian (the owner and instructor) has so lovingly created a visually beautiful space. The studio is clean, welcoming, bright and very charming. Christians demeanor is so calming and the cues he provided throughout class, were some of the best I have received. I cannot wait to practice in this space again!

I have been attending EvenFlow Yoga for 8 years now. First at the Long Branch studio, then in the Red Bank on mechanic street and now in the new and beautiful space on Broad street in Red Bank. First, the space that just opened is absolutely gorgeous. Also, all teachers are truly amazing, they are dedicated and very experienced; Bridget, Tim and Christian are my favorites. Christian, the founder and owner, has built a beautiful community of yogis through his studio and everyone is always happy to go an practice there. I recommend EvenFlow wholeheartedly!

I have such gratitude for EvenFlow. There are so many yoga studios in the area, which delights me, but EvenFlow has my heart. The energy of this particular studio draws me there, even when other studios are closer to my home.Christian is one of the best teachers Ive ever had the pleasure of practicing with. This yoga community is absolutely amazing! Every time I walk in I feel like I am stepping into the home of an old friend (or really, lots of friends!). Highly recommend and hope to see you there :)

EvenFlow yoga is truly my happy place. The studio just moved a couple of doors up and the new space is a gorgeous, warm and welcoming space with an amazing NYC loft feel. Large, bright, yet very cozy. However, Christian, Dana, Bridgett and all of EvenFlow’s teachers are what make this studio truly special. Not only are they incredible instructors who know the body, encourage alignment and keep every class challenging and unique, but the love and sense of belonging they bring to the studio is one of the most important reasons I come to EvenFlow Yoga.

After dabbling in yoga for a couple years, I found Even Flow about 10 years ago when Christian first opened his doors. This was the first time I got it as more than simply exercise. Hes got an intuitive approach that really connects the dots. Each teacher Ive taken class with here has truly had so much to offer.Any time life has gotten hectic & taken me aside from practicing, I always look forward to returning to Even Flow for the physical, mental & spiritual benefits. Beautiful new studio filled with a genuinely great energy. Highly recommend.

I like Christians teaching because he pays attention to detail. All the teachers have a uniqueness that is worth trying, especially with the new $ specials. The new studio is awesome.

Fantastic yoga place! Great teachers and good people who attend. Before EvenFlow I did not always get a lot out of yoga sessions, but this place proves that the right teachers and environment can make a huge impact on your practice.

Evenflow is truly one of the best yoga studios i have ever attended. The space is stunning, open and welcoming, the instructors highly knowledgeable and informed, and the community incredibly warm. I leave every class feeling not only physically stronger, but mentally and emotionally more balanced. Beautiful place, highly recommend.

When I first came to EvenFlow, I was relatively new to the asana practice of yoga. I was immediately welcomed and gently guided by the amazing teachers at the studio over the years. I am able to make connections at EvenFlow more than any other studio I have visited. It is my home now...my safe space to open completely for transformation. I highly recommend it to both the beginner and the seasoned yogi.

I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for a little over four years, and I can say that Even Flow is by far my favorite studio to date. All of the teachers have something unique to offer their class, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming! Christian in particular is excellent. He has an incredible knowledge of the body and a great energy! Whether you’re taking your 1st class ever or 5,000th, you can be sure you’re in good hands :)

Only just discovered Evenflow a couple of months ago, being new to the area it was so amazing to find such a beautiful setting to embrace yoga & meditation!
