Had electric panel replaced and generator installed. Could have been a better experience.Poor communication throughout the process quote to completion. The work done was adequate.-Was given a quote which I was fine with then they said it was not calculated correctly. They said their was all this extra work that needed to be done for $2000 more with a extra day of work. Did not see all this extra work when installed. Was thinking that the extra work was adding concrete pad for the generator. The prep for the site was about 30 -45 minutes to flatten the dirt and adding rocks.-On the quote there was dividing up the circuits and when the work started they said they are not going to do that work. Same person quoted the work also did the work.-One day got the house ready for work and the tech sat in the car for 2 hours outside while was home the whole time. Didnt hear the door bell ring or get a phone call. Then they just left.

Worker charges way too much n does a terrible job n does not complete work needed.Faucet has space behind it causing water to get behind it n never did the covering of my walls at the top of the tub.Also the water leaks off a seam of tub n runs down on my floor.NOW LESS THEN A YEAR MY TOILET LEAKS !!Call company n the guy (Sean) doesnt work there anymore!!! He never gave me any info on my tub or toilet for any kind of warranty n company is not giving me any help except it will cost me $89 to come look at my leaking toilet.!!! MORE MONEY !!

Our Central Air went out on one of the hottest days of the year so far. We found CC&M Services on Google and are so glad we did. They came out first thing in the morning. Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel at easy and not pressured. He was able to fix our AC in a very short time and price was more than fair. I had two old hot water tank heaters that needed to be replaced. I called CC&M Service about replacing the heaters. The decision was made to replace the two hot water heaters with one tankless hot water heater. We went with a Navien tankless water heater. Sean the plumber had the two old units removed, the new water heater installed and operating within one day. All of the work was done professionally, job site was left clean and neat. If you are considering a tankless water heater, I highly recommend the Navien unit and CC&M Services they are extremely responsive and quality of work is superb.

When we got in over our heads with a wiring issue, CC&M was out to us within half an hour (on a Sunday no less!). Our tech fixed the issue quickly and explained everything to us in detail.I would highly recommend them.

Lee was sent out to help with a ceiling leak that we had no idea where it was coming from.He kept is informed of pricing and showed us his findings as he worked.He was very honest and straightforward, easy to talk with and answered all our questions. CC&M was quick to answer an emergency call and get a technician out to our house (after hours 8:15pm) in about an hour. Sean was friendly and very knowledgeable identifying the issue quickly and letting me know our options. They returned the next morning and completely replaced our well pump (275 ft underground) and the pressure tank inside the home. Overall very satisfied with the entire experience and will use/recommend them in the future. Thanks Sean for getting what seemed like a huge issue resolved in under 24 hours.

I called CC&M Tuesday morning for an emergency call. The woman in the office (Andrea) was very nice. She advised me the technician (Sean) would be out within the hour. Sean was AWESOME! He explained everything to me & completed the work right away. I was so relieved that my issue was resolved quickly. I will definitely be using CC&M again!

I called CC&M to repair a pipe which was starting to develop a leak at one of the junctions on our fernace. Sean was awesome! Very friendly an professional, he went over everything with me an gave us a quote for all the work... no hidden surprises, which was even better! I most definitely will be recommending CC&M and will be sure to call again when we have any other plumbing, heating or electrical needs!

With a very high iron content and extremely hard and acidic profile, my well water needed treatment. Problem was, in a 1950 house on a slab and no drain near the water tanks, no filtration company or stand-alone plumber would touch it. Enter CC&M, who could do both and certify their work. Sean surveyed the place and found a way around the odd configuration. I showed him the lab tests, the other companies’ estimates, and said he could match the work and price.Now, this is happening in the midst of a global pandemic and we ALL needed to be extremely careful, I didn’t want to put my family or their workers at risk! They came in with gloves and booties, we stayed away, and they worked miracles for 2 days, making as few holes as possible in our walls and installed a 3-tiered system that is delivering on their promise.I couldn’t be happier with the entire process of working with CC&M, who even offered 0% financing for 12 months! They’re professional, very knowledgeable and, most importantly, respectful. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I’ve known sean for some time. Although I work for a sewer and drains company we don’t do water conditioning. I live in an area with very hard water and sean was able to come install a new water softener and iron breaker system. Much better price than I had received from other friends companies and the whole job only took a few hours. Thank you Sean, your service is greatly appreciated!

They were the only company out of 11 others that called me back on July 4th. My AC had blew a capacitor on the hottest day of the year so far.My own service contractor Douglassville Mechanical did not have emergency service and has still yet to return my call.Jesse showed up and was nice to us. He confirmed that it was the capacitor however because he didn’t have the correct one he had to use 2 together. I never did get an answer on how safe that was for the system.When he wrote the invoice he just wrote “Replace Capacitor” and wrote $412 next to it.My AC broke down on a holiday after hours so I have no choice to except to pay the price. I would have liked to have a breakdown of the costs for the 25 mins he was there. To write a cost without explanation was just odd to me. I had a feeling that because he installed 2 capacitors because he didn’t have the correct one my unit needed it elevated the cost in aggregate.Jesse gave me a brochure for a service contract but he was honest when he says that he did know much about it.Other than that they were responsive and professional.

If you have any plumbing need, I recommend you call Sean at CC&M. Hell get you taken care of and wont give you the runaround or play games. He really knows his stuff and will go above and beyond for you.

I do not usually do reviews, but that probably is because it is rare to deal with a company that I feel is worth it. That being said, CC&M was probably the best experience I had with a contractor and I wanted to give them the praise I feel they deserve.Our AC unit died on a Thursday evening and I called various companies the next day as early as I could. CC&M were out by lunch time to look it over and give us a quote for a new unit. One other company was able to come as well, but the bottom line was CC&M had a better quote for what I believe was a better unit then the other. CCM also said they would be able to install Tuesday of the following week which was a much faster turn around then the other co.There then was an issue that the unit we were getting from CCM was not available due to the factory being closed for weeks because of Covid-19. At this point I was starting to panic because there was an upcoming heat wave. They then offered us a portable unit to use in the mean time and had it to use that day. They still had someone come out to do all the inside work they could so that when the unit came in it would not take as long to install. The guy that came out asked about the portable unit to make sure it was working well enough for us, and luckily it was. Unit arrived a week or so later and they installed it the next day. I was extremely pleased with how everything happened. You’re not always in control of everything, but they made sure we were comfortable in the mean time.I also wanted to mention the employees that were here and the receptionist over the phone (no automated system!) were extremely pleasant and friendly. So thanks to Griff, Andrea, Jason, and John for making our bad situation into a good experience!Sorry this was so long, but I thought they deserved it. I obviously will use them again and recommend to others.

Sean was excellent. He he was friendly and knowledgeable. When an additional job was requested he also took care of replacing the water regulator and stayed late to complete all jobs. I would use this service again.

All work was done in a professional and expedient manner. The guys cleaned up after themselves and were courteous. All good.
