Dr. Krista & Dr. Mike saved my life! The effects of Covid -19 nearly took me out. I was hospitalized 3 times, and was fearful I would not make it. They walked me through this devastating illness. Not only myself but other family members suffering with this terrible illness too. Giving us all exceptional care!I am now a Long Hauler, dealing with the long term effects of Covid. With the need of many specialists, CVDPC is my home base. They help me understand the complex medical issues I deal with on a daily basis.I am so fortunate to have doctors who really care about me, and understand my complicated health conditions. My sister and I searched for weeks for a good doctor at a decent price for our parents. I kid you not when I read his reviews and called them? We thought they were to good to be true! Dr. Kim is the most caring doctor I have ever experienced in my 74 years. He responds very quickly and has gone the extra mile for me on many occasions. His follow up and knowledge are unparalleled. Can not imagine my health care with anyone else.

My daughter fell and had a cut just above her eye, didnt want to go to the emergency room or even the urgent care and spend at least 6 hours before being seen, so I called Dr Kim and he got me in and out of his office in 15 minutes! You really cant put a price tag on convenience and service like that. Definitely recommend Direct Primary Care for all of your medical needs!

My wife signed up for continued service on a monthly basis. She was happy to have a female doctor to go to without waiting a month or two for an appointment. They even scheduled her on the weekend, which she was very happy about since she didnt have to call out sick from teaching.

Dr. Kim and his wife Krista are the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their system is revolutionary and how a medical practice should be. When I first called I was amazed when Dr. Kim himself answered and set up the appointment to bring my daughter in—as soon as I wanted! When we entered the front door, we were greeted by Dr. Kim himself. No waiting room, no receptionist. We felt like we were his only patients. He is kind, intelligent, friendly, and thoughtful. And his wonderful wife is just as great. They listened to our concerns, and took care of every angle we would need to be covered to take care of my daughter. Even after the visit, we were set up on a confidential app system where I can text anytime and communicate with Dr. Kim almost immediately. If we need to come in, he is able to see us the same day we call. I can’t put into words how highly I recommend Coachella Valley Direct Primary Care. If there was a 10 star option, I would still want to pick 20. Yes, their practice is that amazing.

Because of a very high insurance deductible which I will hopefully never meet, I have to pay cash for visits so end up falling between the cracks a bit. Urgent care visits are fragmented so I started looking for a primary care doctor but have found you’re lucky to get one to see you in the next 6-8 weeks!I needed a specific test, pronto and could not wait that long for a referral. I tried to go direct to the imaging center and pay cash for it but was told you can’t just do that, then found out about CV Direct Primary Care, Dr. Kim. I called, expecting a recording and he answered the phone himself... on New Year’s Eve! He asked “What’s going on with you?” and a few hours later I was sitting in his office for an hour long consult. Later that day my tests were done and the next morning he texted me an explanation of my results and called in a Rx for me- again on a holiday. Even spent time helping me get the best price for the meds.This is an unconventional medical model in that you pay one price per month and can see them as many times as need be in that time period for any reason with no additional fee! On top of that, you get their prices on imaging and other things referred out - I was prepared to pay $600 and instead only paid $245 for my CT scan. Also they personally communicate with you by text so it’s seriously like you have a friend who is a doctor. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I move very frequently, so I have seen a lot of doctors, in a lot of different cities and states. Dr. Mike and dr. Krista, are both, hands down, the best, most caring doctors I have been to. Our first appointment was actually 57 minutes long. They took the time to get to know me as a patient and all of my medical concerns. The next time I visited, dr. Mike even remembered my dog had been to the vet. They fit me in whenever I need an appointment, Order labs quickly if needed, and They even return my texts right away. I’ve never had such a good experience with MDs before. They even texted me after hours one night to make sure that they were ordering me the correct prescription. Highly highly highly recommend these two!
